Carbs play a significant role in transporting tryptophan (the serotonin precursor) to the brain, so serotonin levels might drop without those carbs. How does that affect women in terms of mood, appetite, impulsivity, and more?What's the Bottom Line? Keto seems to be viable for short-term weight-loss and the other health issues described above. Whether the approach is suitable long-term is still in debate. Its benefits are still in debate, as well. Critics cite possible kidney damage and the lack of long-term studies and scientific evidence.Overall, Keto seems to be neither a long-term cure nor the ideal solution for those who just want to "be healthier." Not least, the diet is difficult for many people to follow consistently.A preferable long-term food plan might be a more balanced one that's low in sugar and "junky" carbs and emphasizes healthful, high-fiber foods, including vegetables.

Put Some Z.I.P. Into Your Relationships
Relationships are really what makes the world go 'round, aren't they? I mean, good, positive, healthy and meaningful relationships provide us with the richest experiences we have here on this old earth of ours. Your loving spouse who shares everything with you; that best friend who connects with you like few others do; the people at work who appreciate you and help you to become the best that you can be; This is what brings joy to life!

But... relationships can also be the bane of our existence! What really brings more pain in this life than a broken relationship, especially when it isn't just broken but downright ugly!
So, it behooves us to do all that we can to keep our relationships zipping right along, doesn't it? If we put our very best into our relationships we can almost guarantee getting the very best out of our relationships!
Through the years I have spent hundreds of hours working with people in their relationships: Marriages, friendships, working relationships and social relationships. Through it all I have seen some wonderful things and some terrible things. It truly is the good, the bad and the ugly!
But I have been able to find three core elements of successful relationships. These are things that, when done over time, begin to create for you the kinds of relationships that you truly desire. They are the kinds of relationships you have always dreamed of.
The key to remembering these three items is the acronym Z.I.P. Z.I.P. stands for three things you can do - and begin to do immediately - to improve any and all of your relationships. They are:
Put some ZEST into your relationships. Cultivate more INTIMACY in your relationships. Develop a PURPOSE in your relationships.

Let's take a closer look at each of these three:
Put some ZEST into your relationships. By Zest, I primarily mean fun. Relationships were meant to be fun! We wouldn 't have been made with the capacity to have fun if relationships weren't supposed to have a little zest in them!
Think about it: Don't you usually start out most healthy relationships with a lot of fun times. Whether it is going out to dinner or a ballgame, or spending time playing a game or even just a lively talk, you usually have fun as a major part of the relationship. Fun is some of the glue that bonds the relationship.
But as life goes on, specifically in a marriage, but in all relationships really, the fun starts to go by the wayside. More and more it is about getting the job done, whatever the job may be.
To restore the relationship, to put a little zip into it, we need to reintroduce the idea of "zest."
What about you? Have you lost the zest? What can you do to get it back? Think of a specific relationship you have: What were the fun things you did at the beginning of the relationship that acted as the glue that bonded you together? Now, commit to doing those again and see if your relationship doesn't begin to soar again! If you can, develop new fun things to do together so you can both start an adventure of fun together!
Cultivate more INTIMACY in your relationships.
First a couple of clarifications: One, I don't just mean intimacy in the currently common understanding, that is, sexual intimacy. I mean for all intents and purposes, taking your relationship to a deeper level. Second, I don't mean that you have to start doing group hugs with your workmates or having revelation sessions where the tissue flows freely.
What I do mean is that every relationship that is mutually satisfying has a level of depth to it that provides meaning. This is really what the search is for in our relationships: meaning.
Remember when you first started your relationship, whether with your spouse or friend. All of that time was spent opening up, telling who you are, where you were from, what your likes and dislikes are. There was a deep sense of satisfaction with the relationship - that is why it continued. You liked who they were and you enjoyed being known by them.
But then something happens. We get to a certain level and the pursuit of depth ends. We stop sharing feeling, likes, and dislikes. We stop sharing joys and dreams and fears. Instead, we settle into routine. The daily grind takes over and we stop knowing one another and we simply exist together. Now don't get me wrong, every time you get together doesn't have to be deep. Remember, I am the one who advocates in the previous paragraphs just having plain old fun sometimes. But there is a need for regular times of intimate connection where we go deeper with others.
This is particularly hard for many of the male species like myself but it is not only possible but healthy and needed! If we want to have the kinds of relationship we were made to have, we have to open ourselves up to having others know us and for us to know others.
True meaningful relationships come when we are loved and accepted for whom we are at our core, not simply for acting the right way in our relationships so as to keep the other person in it.
Think about the relationships you would like to see improvement in. Take some time in the coming weeks and months to spend time just talking and getting to a deeper level in your relationship. Specifically, let the other person deeper into your world. You can't force the other person to be more intimate and you certainly can't say, "Let's get together and have an intimate conversation," because that would be too contrived. But you can make a decision for yourself that you will let others into your world. Perhaps this will be the catalyst for them doing the same.

You can guard yourself from intimacy but then you won't go much deeper and you will feel a longing in your heart for more, or you can begin the deepening process and see your relationships change for the better.
Develop a PURPOSE in your relationships.
The most meaningful relationships we have are those that are held together by a common purpose and vision for what the relationship can accomplish, not only for those involved but also for a greater good.
Let's face it, when people have a common purpose they feel like they are part of a team and they feel bound together in that relationship. Even when people may be disappointed in the people they are in relationship with, if they have a purpose, such as raising the children, they are much more likely to stick it out. Purpose creates bonds.
So what happens if we are proactively involved in seeking out a common purpose with those who we want to have a relationship with or those who we already have a relationship with but we would like to see it go deeper with? Well, it gets better and stronger.
Think about your strongest relationships. Aren't they centered around at least one area of purpose or a common goal?
What about a relationship that has cooled? Think back and see if perhaps you used to have a common purpose but it has gone by the wayside.
And what of your desire to see a relationship grow? Take some time to begin to cultivate a common purpose. Sit down with that person and tell them that you would like to have some common goals, some purposes that you pursue together. As you develop these, you will see your relationship strengthen in ways you never imagined!

Of all the universal laws, the law of attraction is both the most fascinating and the most misunderstood. Fascinating, because as humans we naturally want a tool to help create the life of our dreams, and the law of attraction can certainly help us to do that. Misunderstood because, unlike a tool that we can pull out and use now and again but is otherwise inactive, the law of attraction is operating in our lives constantly and independently, whether we are consciously aware of it, or believe in it, or not.In other words, there is no need to engage the law of attraction, it is already at work in your life and always will be. So long as you are alive and breathing, the law of attraction is at work. This is great news! You are already using the law of attraction to create everything in your life whether you realise it or not. The results that you are experiencing: your career, finances, relationships, health, home, community, and so on, are a direct result of the law of attraction and your interaction with it in the form of thoughts and feelings.If you're not creating the kind of life you want though, chances are you are creating by default, allowing the law of attraction to bring you more and more of the same. Unfortunately, we weren't handed a life manual at birth and, for many of us, our parents were not aware of the law of attraction and so did not teach us. Law of Vibration
According to the law of vibration everything is made of energy and has a distinct frequency or vibration. With the advent of powerful enough technology, science now agrees. Quantum physicists have shown that, although matter may appear to be solid, when you look at it through a high-powered microscope so that it is broken down into its smallest components: molecules, atoms, neutrons, electrons and quanta (the smallest particles measurable), it is ultimately mostly empty space interspersed with energy.In other words, at the quantum level, everything is comprised of energy and empty space and what makes you, your home, your car, the chair you're sitting in, seem solid is the frequency of the vibration of the energy that makes it up.Not only does your body and all that you consider to be "you" have a distinct and unique vibration (or more correctly a mix of vibrations), but your creations, in the form of thoughts, also have distinct vibrations which affect or blend with your overall vibration.In turn, your vibrations affect everything around you - your environment, the people and animals around you, the inanimate objects, even the seemingly 'empty' space and they, in turn, affect you.

That's why, when you walk into a room where there was an earlier argument, you can sense it. We even use terms like "bad vibes", "you can feel the tension", and "you could cut the air in here with a knife" to describe it. In each case what we are referring to is the energy imprint of the earlier occupants.Similarly, you may have gone to someone's home, office or business where, as soon as you entered, you felt the "good vibes" that filled the place. That's because, over time, a place becomes imbued with the energy imprints of the dominant vibrations of the people who live or work there. So a home, for example, can literally become filled with love or tension or anger or sadness or any other emotion, and that home will feel that way to a visitor even if none of the regular occupants are at home at the time. If you've ever entered such a place you may even have noticed how you just relaxed and felt good in response to the "good vibes" around you. Of course, the extent to which you take on the vibrations of the people and things around you is up to you - but for most people, this is not a conscious decision.So, you are giving off vibrations every second of every day. You are also simultaneously receiving and translating the vibrations of everything and everyone around you. If we use the analogy of television, you are both a television transmitter, beaming out your own unique station, and also a television set or receiver, able to tune in to all the stations or frequencies being broadcast around you. Sometimes we refer to these incoming vibrations as intuition or "gut feelings".So how do you know what your vibration is at any moment?Simple - ask yourself how you are feeling.Your emotions are a quick and handy guide to your vibration in any moment. If you feel loving, you are vibrating at the frequency of love; if you feel angry, you are vibrating at the frequency of anger; if you feel curious, you are vibrating at the frequency of curiosity, and those vibrations are received by everything and everyone around you. You are also, through the law of attraction, bringing to you more experiences that will match this vibration so when you feel angry the law of attraction will bring to you more experiences that will elicit the feeling of anger, you will attract angry people and find yourself in the middle of angry situations.Have you ever had a day where you felt lousy, but tried to pretend that everything was OK to family, friends or co-workers? It doesn't work does it? Your friends, family or co-workers know straight away that you are not how you are pretending to be. They may ask if something is wrong, or comment that you don't seem to be your normal self. They pick up on the incongruence between what you are saying and your vibration. Because we are not used to explaining in terms of vibrations, they may attribute their knowing to something more mundane like tone of voice or body language, but even people without the full use of their senses can detect this type of incongruence.To sum up, you are sending out vibrations every moment of every day. Those vibrations are a mix of your thoughts and feelings and they affect everything around you. At the same time you are also receiving and translating the vibrations of everything around you (which can, in turn, affect your vibration by how you react to them). Now that we understand vibration, let's look at how it interacts with the law of attraction.

The law of attraction, simply put, means energy attracts like energy. You may also have heard it expressed as "like attracts like', "that which is like unto itself is drawn" and even "thoughts become things".The law of attraction is at work in your life every minute of every day. Your vibrations are constantly being broadcast to, and received, by the universe. This activates the law of attraction which then matches your vibrations and attracts to you similar vibrations in the form of people, things and situations in your life. In other words you are always creating your life through your thoughts and feelings. So, even if you managed to change all of your conscious thoughts to be positive, that still leaves an awful lot of subconscious thought, at least some of which would be negative, vibrating away in the background without you even being aware of it! If you're having trouble creating what you want in life, chances are your subconscious mind is at fault.

I remembered watching the Law of Attraction video, and there were these statements - "Whether you believe or not, universal laws govern the universe.  These Laws of Attraction are basic principles of life and have been around since creation. The Laws are laws of the Divine Universe. The Secret Law of Attraction applies to everyone, everywhere. Secret Law of Attraction cannot be changed and cannot be broken."
In the movie, the Secret, it is reported that a vegetable managed to walk again from his death bed because of using The Secret, i.e. the Law of Attraction.

There are a lot of negative people around, but they do not do anything to improve their life, instead they just talk about it and moan about it. How do you feel when somebody tells you that you are destined to be a normal person just like everybody else? Do you let it get to you or make a decision that you will prove them wrong? Remember any so called "Secret of Law of Attraction" that goes against "thoughts become things" is not the secret law. You must have the determination to go on and fulfill your dreams. In the Morning…
The most important part to fully get into the habit of LOA is how you start your day. So, for effective implementation of the 24-hour law of attraction daily routine, here are some steps that I want you to do…

Visualize
Upon waking up, instead of reaching for your mobile phone , I want you to take this moment to visualize what you want to happen to your day. Think about the things that you need to accomplish within the day and see yourself getting the results that you want.
Visualize how positively your day will unfold. This will only take you a few minutes. Doing this will not only put you in a good mood, but it’s the first step for LOA to work in your life.
Get Up & Write Down Your Goals
Give yourself a minute, take a piece of paper, and write down your goals for the day. You don’t need to make an endless list of goals. Just stick to the goals that are achievable for you within the day.
Do Your Affirmations
Before you head out for the day, and while you’re in front of the mirror, do your affirmations. Say them out loud while you brush your hair.
Recite something positive such as, “Today, I will have an awesome day.”
Talk About Your Plans
When you typically have breakfast with someone, discuss your goals. Say it out loud. On the other hand, if you don’t usually have a breakfast buddy , call a friend , or even say it to your local barista while you’re getting your coffee on the go!
Be Kind
I encourage you to do random acts of kindness every day. It could be as simple as opening the door for someone or giving up your seat for someone else during your commute.
Commit to doing random acts of kindness in the morning as much as you can.
Just simply thinking about being kind and doing kindness to others will open up opportunities that will allow you to exert your kindness towards other people.
Spread Positive Vibes
The morning rush can easily put us in a bad mood, but don’t let it! Instead, when you get to work, spread positivity.
A simple cheerful “good morning” to your colleagues will do the trick. And before you begin the workday, why not tell your office best friend about something wonderful that happened to you in the morning? It could be as simple as getting a good night’s sleep!
In the Afternoon…
Now that half of the day has passed, it’s possible that you’re already feeling the pressures of the day with deadlines to meet before you leave the office, but don’t let it take you away from your 24-hour law of attraction daily routine!
Be Kind To Yourself
I want you STILL be in a good mood at noon, and the most effective way to do this is to consciously be kind to yourself. How?
Have a healthy meal for lunch. Or have a conversation with someone you care about.
Take a couple of minutes to yourself. Walk out of the office, breathe in some fresh air, get a fresh cup of tea, and just enjoy it. Think about all the positive things that will happen to you during the day.
Continue to Spread the Positive Vibes
Mid-afternoon, take a moment for a break. Stretch your legs and walk to the pantry. Smile at your colleagues or give encouraging comments. Inspire others with new ideas and continue to tell people about stories of happiness!
At night…
Finally, the day is over! But before you hit the sack, there are still some things that you need to do…

The key is to bypass the shield of the conscious mind. What happens here is to bypass the rational mind, it should be relaxed. The subconscious mind is more receptive when it’s in a relaxed state. Therefore, you need to get to a deep relaxed state of mind to absorb positive wealth frequencies.

Writing is one of the most powerful ways to get your desires out of your head and into the Universe.
Sometimes, things just go a bit crazy when you verbalize what you want from this life. Aside from that, writing it down brings a sense of fulfillment because you can touch it. You can also go back to it whenever you feel like it.
Also, with the Law of Attraction , we don’t really mention what we fear. Instead, we’re focused on the positive. However, there are going to be times when the fears are present. And one of the best ways to get rid of these fears is to write it down.
You can openly talk about your concerns or your fears on paper. By doing so, it will help you get rid of your anxious feelings and eventually, it will bring positive emotions.
One thing to remember when writing to the universe is that it’s not only for writing down what you want to manifest. You can also ask the universe questions by writing them down. And you know what? The answers will come to you… at the right time.

Okay, not all letters should start with a “Dear…”
You can write a letter to the universe the way you want to.
The universe doesn’t really mind… as long as your intentions are clear, you’re good to go.
However, here are some tips that might help you craft that perfect letter to the universe.
1) Meditate
I might have hinted in the first part of this post that writing down your letter to the universe can be an “alternative” to meditation. But that doesn’t apply to everyone.
I guess for some, you can treat it as an alternative to meditation. For others, you can meditate before you write down your letter.
Why?
Meditation plays a huge role in opening and clearing yourself up. Remember, meditation doesn’t require you to sit still for hours. It could be just for a few minutes and when you reach a calm state, then you can move on to the next step.
2) Write
It’s time to get that pen and paper and start writing your letter to the universe. Let the words flow. Just write whatever it is you want to manifest in your life.
It could be a single sentence or an entire page. Just write down everything you feel like telling the universe .
Just like when manifesting, you have to state your desire.

Ask yourself  these questions:
What do you need to happen?
What do you want to happen?
When do you want it to happen?
A good example would be:
“Hi universe, I would like to be able to pay my month’s car payment in full before the end of September. “
As you can see, the statement above is simple yet very specific. So, when you’re writing to the universe, be as specific as possible.
3) Thank
the Universe
Before you let go of that letter, make sure to thank the universe.
Tell the universe thank you for fulfilling your wish because it’s already done. The moment that you wrote it down, the universe already moved to give you what you want and it’s on its way.
Praise the universe, Tell the universe how awesome it is and how amazing it is.
Doing this gets you into a state of gratitude. This is essential in lining up your energy.
4) Let It Go
Once you’re done with your letter, sign it, fold it, and put it in an envelope . Store it in a safe place.
Let it go and let the universe handle it.
Believe and trust that it’s coming.

5) Alignment
You can revisit your letter to the universe at any time of the day . In fact, this is a great way for self-alignment.
Choose a specific time of day when you want to open up the letter to read it. Just like with meditation, you have to be in a calm space to do this.
Read the letter and connect with the feelings and emotions of your wish being granted.
This can remind you of your desires and it will keep you in higher vibrations.
Re-opening and re-reading your letter to the universe can also open you up to synchronicities, signs, people, and ideas.
On the other hand, if you choose to store it, you’re free to do so. But this is another manifestation technique that you might want to try.
Writing letters to the universe is a great way to shift your energies quickly.
If you think about it, there’s really no excuse for you not to get what you want. There are so many manifestation techniques that you can do in order to align your energies with your desires.

Many people are interested in learning how to create the life they desire and attract abundance, but are still looking for a way to ground the magical science behind the law of attraction in some kind of scientific reality. The result is a new era of research into the brain and body, mind and consciousness and a way to connect new scientific concepts with ideas about creating reality that have been around forever.
The law of attraction is about matching energetic frequencies to attract the things we desire into our experience. It is based on the idea that like attracts like, and equally dislike attracts dislike. Whatever you are focused on grows – be it good or bad, negative or positive.
It doesn’t make any difference whether you believe in the validity of the Law of Attraction or not, as a law, just like gravity, it is working its effect on you regardless. Your thoughts dictate your reality. Wouldn’t you like to know how to deliberately harness this powerful law?

Delving just a little into basic quantum physics we can see where scientific concepts make sense of the Law of Attraction (The Magical Science Behind The Law of Attraction). Einstein’s Theory of Relativity showed us that atomic energy vibrates at different rates. His famous equation E= mc2 proved that energy and matter are two sides of the same coin.
The entire universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. The same energy that exists all over the universe exists within us. Energy therefore is at the basis of all physical reality.
Just like EVERYTHING else in the universe, each atom that makes up our physical bodies is vibrating at a specific frequency.
Our cells communicate with each other in tiny impulses (biophotons) – tiny sparks of light energy carried inside our bodies.
This energy is light and is always moving both within and around our physical beings, but it is too difficult for us to perceive these different vibrations with our human senses.
Just KNOWING that we are made up of the same energy as everything else that exists can help us to BELIEVE that intelligence, an invisible consciousness exists within all of us.
Our destiny really is controlled by our conscious and unconscious thoughts and feelings. We have the power as human beings to manifest into reality any potential future that we choose to attract. The power lies within our own minds and within the universal mind in all its potentiality.
There are three simple, everyday ways you can begin to align your energy with the energy of your desires.

Practice acting, speaking and being like the person of your dreams.
Take positive action towards your dreams.
Understand that what you desire on some vibrational, energetic level already exists. You have to open your mind to the infinite, limitless potential of the universe, and the fact that time and space are man made constructs of reality.
There are different future potentials that already exist on an energetic level – you get to choose which one you want to experience by your clear focus and attention.
1. FIND THE FEELING PLACE
Practice the fun of imagining what it would feel like to have the thing you want.  Go as far as you can in your imagination before negative “reality” thinking takes over. What would it feel like to not be worried anymore about your finances or your health? Try to spend some time each day to really conjure up those feelings within your emotional and physical body.
Neuroscience teaches us that we have something like 70,000 thoughts a day and 90% of them are the same as the day before. During our lifetimes we hardwire patterns of thought into our brains and these patterns just reinforce our beliefs, perspectives and attitudes over and over again.
You have to make a deliberate effort to think differently to how you are used to. You have to access new thoughts by finding the feeling place of the things you want. When you FEEL your way forward, you attract new thoughts that will then begin to hardwire your neural pathways into new positive patterns.
2. PRACTICE ACTING, SPEAKING AND BEING LIKE THE PERSON OF YOUR DREAMS
To attract whatever it is you desire, you have to act as if you already have it. Now you might find that hard right,
how can I act as if I have lots of money when I know I earn minimum wage? That is where the power of thought, imagination and visualization comes in.
Imagine what this newly manifested reality would feel like to you as the person living it. How would you act differently? How would you speak to others and importantly to yourself? Would you walk differently or wear different clothes? One of the best things you can do to start drawing in new experiences to your life is to act as if. Do you want to be a professional writer? Start behaving as if you already are one. Get a routine that you know real professionals follow, project that image in your mind and don’t let criticism from your self or others ruin it.
Once you start to embody who you really are you cannot help but actually become that person. The Law of Attraction has to respond to you, and remember our brains do not know the difference between real and imagined. Our minds are so powerful, whatever we believe is what begins to be shown to us over time.
One of the hardest parts of the law of attraction that people don’t tend to talk about is the fact that it is difficult, near impossible to create a new reality, i.e. the manifestation of your desires, from a mental and emotional place that is the same as your old or present reality.
The solution is on a different frequency than the problem. That is why literally going into a new frame of mind is essential. You have to strip away limiting beliefs, outdated self-image and any feelings of unworthiness and negativity. You have to create from a place of open-minded belief and self-love. You have to be prepared to change.
When you love yourself, anything is possible. When you love yourself, you do not have to force things or convince yourself of anything, you just expect good things to happen and so they do.

3. TAKE POSITIVE ACTION TOWARDS YOUR DREAMS
Clearly you have to actually behave in a way that supports the manifestation of your dreams too. Attitude is everything; there is a difference between forcing yourself to do something you don’t want to and taking positive action from a place of happy, optimistic expectation.For example, if you want to make money in a freelance business but are currently stuck in a 9-5 job you hate (make that more likely 8 -7) you could begin by doing research on the type of thing you would rather be doing. Read articles about people who made it as entrepreneurs and note how they did it, what steps they took. There is always time in the day to do something, even just ten minutes extra a day that you put aside as your “positive action” time will help to boost your confidence and self belief that you are doing something for your future.If you want to get fit, it could be the ten minutes a day you go for a longer walk or a run. Maybe you start small and you add in some extra stretches or yoga before bed. Look, dating's a tough gig. Yes, it's fun and exciting, but it's also nerve-racking.
At first, it's all about the chase. He's trying to get your attention, and you're deciding whether or not he's worth it.
That's the time in any dating relationship when both people are so wrapped up in the pursuit that they're hardly giving any thought to what will come next.
And then, the pursuit changes.
You decide you're into the guy, and he, having won your attention, has to begin the process of considering an actual, serious relationship. Does he want one?
More than likely he does, or he wouldn't have been chasing you!
But, wanting it and being fearless enough to really go after it are two different things.

Avoid These Two Common Mistakes
First, don't assume it's about you. It almost certainly isn't. He was into you before you decided you were into him. He's still into you, now.
Second, don't pressure him. This is where a lot of the advice columns get it wrong. They often say you should play "hard to get" or some version of it.
Instead, let him know you're interested in him.
Do it in ways that don't smother or push. (Text messages every hour, on the hour, for example, might be over-doing it.)
Why do men pull away and shut women out at this phase of a relationship? Because he's a little nervous. He's nervous about giving up the freedom of choice.

The way suggestion works, there are no negatives.
If I tell you, "Your leg no longer hurts," the impact on the subconscious mind is thoughts, feelings, and imagery representing the word "hurts."
The "no longer" part gets ignored.
That's why hypnotists use only positive language for the suggestions they want to instill in someone's mind.
Hypnotists say, "Notice how comfortable and relaxed your leg becomes with each passing moment."
They don't say "Notice how your leg stopped hurting."

Plant the Idea in His Mind...by Creating Space
Raising the question of what could happen between the two of you (in the future) causes his mind to automatically fill that space.
It's like the movie, Inception. If you haven't seen it, Inception is a movie about planting the seed of an idea in someone else's mind.
They do so by entering someone's dreams through a special device that allows several people to share the same dream.
In the movie, the "architect" of the dream creates a safe...like a metal box for keeping secret papers and valuables.
Once that "space" is created, the dreamer unconsciously fills that safe with things they want to keep hidden, tucked safely away.

Many of us, if given a crystal ball, would take one look at the last days of a love affair and swear off that relationship completely.

When a relationship ends, you may experience depression, anxiety, insomnia, skin flare-ups, aches and pains, drastic weight loss or gain, or illness.

Relationships, as wonderful as they feel, can be limiting. Finding yourself single again can be self-empowering.
Perhaps breakups aren’t the demon everyone has made them out to be.
Perhaps breakups are the wisest teachers.
You might even say that it’s worth getting into a relationship that doesn’t last, because of the self-knowledge you’ll gain from the experience.
Even if you had a crystal ball, would you still say yes to those relationships that ended badly?
