Many asked me why I'm not religious. I have my reasons not to believe in god. No, God didn't give birth to me. Two human beings' mistake gave birth to me. No, God didn't decide that I get adopted by two wonderful people. The women who I call mom, saw the beauty in me and decided that she wanted me to be apart of her life. I remember how confused I was not knowing who I was. I was not like my mother nor my father. God is suppose to make life better but I don't see the things he have done for me. My hard work and determination got me to where I am today, not God.

Just another day...

Friend: do you love me? (smiles and laughs)

My mind: i don't even know what love is suppose to feel like...how do I know if I love a person or not?

I Support Abortion

I support abortion. I’m not inhuman to think it’s okay to take away an unborn life. I just think that if a mother can’t be there for their child or give a child all the love he/she deserves, then don’t bother giving birth to them. You’re not giving them a chance to live but a chance to suffer in pain, one much greater and unfixable.

Due to the loss of their most intimate connection (mother), many adoptees develop a coping mechanism that protects themselves from possibly experiencing the feeling of loss again.
