The foals and the rest of the crew besides Marcy listened with extreme interest. There’s nothing the pirate crew loved more than stories from friends from all over the world to share with other friends in other places.
“That’s terrible!” Riptide chimed in at the mention of the atrocities the griffon had faced regarding his species.
Marcy rolled her eyes and turned to nuzzle into Coral Reef’s neck lovingly.”My love,” the captain started.
“Shhh,” the pregnant pegasus shushed. “I’m trying to listen, Marcy.”
Marcy huffed and turned away, her muzzle scrunching up in annoyance.
The crew except Marcy burst out laughing at Silver’s story.
“You just hit the bastard?” SS asked through laughter.
Marcy rolled her eyes even harder, picking at her food on her plate and resting her head against her hoof. “Yeah, right,” she mumbled under her breath just loud enough for Coral Reef to her.
The captain’s first mate turned to her wife with a glare. “My love. Behave,” she warned through clenched teeth. Marcy returned the glare.
“I wanna be just like you, Silver!” Riptide announced through the room of laughter. “Kicking tail of the guys who deserve it and takin’ names!” “Settle down, tsunami,” Sunny Belle laughed at her eager son.

Marcy nodded in return to the griffoness. “Grizel. The pleasure’s all mine,” she responded. She turned her fiery orange gaze back to her crew. “Alright, mares. Let’s show our guests how well we prepare delicious meals on the open seas.” All of the mares saluted their captain, sounding off with an “Aye, Captain!”
Sunny Belle and Juniper flew below deck. The foals galloped to the edge of the ship to transport their newly purchased groceries to the kitchen. Sea Pearl eyed her captain briefly, sending her an expecting look before joining the rest of the crew below deck.
Marcy flew into the captain’s quarters without another word. SS turned back to the griffons and showed them a crooked smile. “Well. That wasn’t as painful as I thought it’d be,” she said with a laugh. “Come on, let’s head down then. I’ll show you guys around below deck, and then dinner will be ready shortly.” The earth pony led the trio below deck, passing several rooms. “There we have the stock room, the bathroom, and the laundry room,” SS said with gestures to each room. She led them into another room and opened the door to reveal a spacious room with seven hammocks hanging from posts. “These are our quarters. Those hammocks are actually more comfortable than they look. That’s the closest thing you’ll ever get to being swaddled like a baby again.”
The last room they entered was full of the rest of the crew bustling around with prepared food and porcelain dishes. “As you can guess, here’s the kitchen. Dining room is off to the right. Looks like they’re almost finished up, so let’s head there now,” the yellow mare suggested.
The dining hall was larger than the kitchen with a deep oak table that sported two long benches on either side and one bench at the very end for the captain and her first mate. The table could easily hold over ten bodies. SS sat at the end of one of the long benches, patting beside her for the griffons to have a seat. Riptide flew in carrying dishes in his arms while his sister carried several in her dark blue magic aura. They set the table quickly and returned into the kitchen to help the rest of the crew.
“Man, I can’t wait to hear all about what you’ve done since we last saw you, Silver,” SS said, leaning her hooves on the surface of the table to place her head into. “I bet you’ve got some great stories.” The rest of the mares and foals in the kitchen pushed through the doors, each of them carrying dishes of steaming food. They placed everything along the table for easy reach for everybody and took their respective seats at the table.
“Soup’s on!” Sunny Belle shouted with her voice aimed to project above deck.
The door opened once more and the captain stepped out, sticking close to Coral Reef who had not been seen all day. Marcy led her heavily pregnant mate over to their seat at the head of the table. She used her wings to make sure Coral sat down carefully and comfortably before standing up and grabbing her drink in her wing.
“Mares,” she began with her voice projecting strongly over the table. “Tonight marks another successful chapter of our voyage that has come to and end, and another chapter that is just beginning. We have with us an old friend and a new one as well. Tonight’s feast is about them, to make them comfortable in our company and to make up for past grievances.”
Marcy nodded in Silver’s direction with her raised glass, clenching her teeth as she begrudgingly admitted to let bygones be bygones. She turned her gaze to Riptide and Coral Cascade.
“Tonight is also for the successful first chapter to the lives of our newest members. These two have done the best job we could have ever hoped for. We could not ask for a better time to have two more sets of hooves on deck,” Marcy toasted to the foals and their mothers. She turned her gaze to her mate at her side, her expression one of pure love and admiration.
“Lastly, to the love of my life. Another addition to the crew will be here in a month’s time. We learned today that the foal is healthy, developing well, and will be as strong as her beautiful mother. To ends and new beginnings,” the captain ended, holding up her glass higher in the air.
The rest of the crew repeated her last statement, taking sips of their drinks before digging into their food. Plenty of vegetarian options were spread out before the group as well as different types of fish for the griffons.
“Tell us some stories!” Riptide asked of Silver with his mouth full of apples.
“Yeah, griffon. Spin us a manly yarn,” SS said, nudging Silver playfully with her elbow.

The group chuckled at the mother’s affection toward her punk son, while the foals ate up all of the attention they were getting from Grizel. Sunny Belle ruffled her daughter’s mane with her hoof with a smile and turned to lead the group in another direction.
“Let’s head out then, gang,” the blue pegasus announced. She led them in the direction of the dock.
“Don’t worry too much, Silver,” SS said as they walked toward the ship that was able to be seen in the distance.
“Yeah, the captain’s been a lot happier recently,” Juniper chimed in from the air.
“We think highly of our captain, but I will admit we were afraid of what she may think when Riptide was born,” Sunny Belle said, eyeing her son who was trotting happily beside Grizel. “Thankfully, she’s not that horrible.” “I don’t even know if she’s sexist,” Sea Pearl added bluntly. “I just think she’s liked the crew the way it’s been with all us girls that adding a stallion would set us off balance.” “Besides, what’s she gonna do? Just kick Riptide off of the crew when he gets older? She can’t do that,” SS said with an eye roll.
“I’m sure it’ll be okay. She’s much better now,” Sea Pearl added. “Just don’t get too close to Coral.”
The group finally made it to the port where the large, wooden ship was tied to the dock’s edge. Juniper and Sunny Belle flew up to the side of the ship to drop the plank so the others could climb aboard. Once all were on deck, they turned around and came face to face with a stunned Captain Marcy.
“What’s going on?” the captain asked, slightly confused.
“We uh...brought some friends here for dinner while we’re in town,” Sunny Belle answered.
“And we’re going to be on our best behavior for our guests, right Captain Marcy?” SS added, getting close to the captain’s side and staring her down with a stern glare.
Marcy’s orange eyes met with Silver’s and narrowed ever so slightly. “Of course. What kind of captain would I be if I didn’t make our guests’ time here enjoyable?”
The rest of the crew looked back and forth at each other with wide eyes as the captain approached Silver and held out her wing for a shake.
“Silver. What a pleasure it is to see you again,” Marcy greeted, her voice conveying no malice or emotion whatsoever. She turned her gaze to the griffoness beside Silver and also extended her wing in greeting. “Hello there. I don’t believe we’ve met. I’m Captain Marcy. I’m sure you’ve been acquainted with the rest of the crew already.”

“It’s nice to meet you, Grizel!” Sunny Belle said with a huge smile, offering a hoof shake to the newcomer. “You are absolutely stunning. We can see where Silver got his looks!” Rapid hoof steps could be heard suddenly, and two foals approached the group suddenly.
“Mommy! We’re back!” the young colt shouted, flapping his wings.
“We found a school and met some foals,” the filly added.
Sea Pearl turned to her children with a smile while Sunny Belle nuzzled her little ones.
“That’s great, my gems,” Sea Pearl said. “I’d like you two to meet a friend of ours.”
Sunny Belle beckoned her children over to the griffons. “Riptide, Coral Cascade, this is Silver and his mother Grizel. They’re old friends of ours.” The two foals smiled and nodded. “It’s very nice to meet you,” the unicorn filly responded.
“Well,” SS piped up. “We’ve got everypony but the captain and Coral.” Sea Pearl turned to the griffons. “Would you two like to join us for dinner aboard the ship this evening? We’d love to have you both before we set sail again in the morning.”
“I’m sure the captain will behave herself,” SS said with an annoyed eye roll.

Juniper smiled and blushed at the griffoness’s compliment earning a snicker from Southern Sails.
“Ah, definitely. Not a problem at all. Anybody with Silver is a friend of ours,” SS responded with a smile.
Juniper flew just a few feet above the group, carrying all of the groceries. SS led them toward the town center where Sea Pearl and Sunny Belle waited on a bench together very obviously flirting.
“Hey, lovebirds!” SS shouted at her friends. The two mares in question jumped at the sudden intrusion, Sea Pearl falling off of the bench and Sunny Belle taking off straight up in the air. The unicorn stood up, her pale face red with anger.
“SS, what the hell!?” she shouted.
“Calm down, Pearl,” SS responded, laughing with Juniper who was doubled over in the air. “You can keep up the bedroom eye looks, but first, we have someone here with us!”
The earth pony stepped aside to introduce Silver and his mother into view. A gasp came from above the group.
“Silver!” Sunny Belle shouted in excitement. She flew down from the air and wrapped the griffon in a tight hug before ending with a hoof bump. “What’s up, dude? It’s been such a long time!”
Sea Pearl glared back in the direction of SS who was still snickering at scaring the mares. She turned her attention to Silver and offered a nod and a smile in his direction.
“Hey, Silver. It’s good to see you again,” the unicorn said. She looked beside him to see his companion. “Who’s your friend?”
Sea Pearl turned back around to Juniper and SS. “Did you tell the captain? Is she still at the doctor?” SS rubbed the back of her head with her hoof. “Uh, yeah. No, we didn’t meet up with her yet, so she doesn’t know we found him,” she responded.
“You know we’re super happy to see you, Silver,” Juniper said with a smile. “It’s just you and the captain didn’t end on the best of terms last time.”

“Sweet,” Southern Sails said in response to finding out Silver now lived in the quaint town. “We all definitely missed ya when you finally left.”
The earth pony nodded with a smile in the direction of Silver’s mother after the introduction. She held out her hoof to shake the griffoness’s hand.
“Pleasure to meet you, Grizel,” she said. “Your son could make one hell of a pirate.”
Juniper chuckled and held her hoof to her mouth. “Don’t tell the captain that.”
SS rolled her eyes playfully and turned her attention back to the griffons. “It’s definitely good to see you again, Silver. This is our first time back on land in months, so it’s great that the first familiar face we run into is yours,” she said.
“Definitely,” Juniper agreed. “The rest of us are spread out over town doing other things. Wanna meet up with them? We’re all done here.”

At the call of their names, the two mares turned toward the voice, their eyes widening and their mouths forming large smiles as they recognized the caller.
“Silver!” Juniper shouted, placing her bags on the ground and flying over to wrap the griffon in a hug.
“Silver, what’s up? Long time, no see!” Southern Sails greeted with a hoof out to bump hands.
“Yeah, what brings you to Ponyville?” Juniper asked.
SS turned her gaze to the griffoness behind their old pal before looking back at Silver. “And who’s your friend?”

After the captain had given the orders to her crew, the mares and foals set out on their individual tasks while still enjoying the feeling of solid land under their hooves for the first time in over half a year.
Juniper, the chocolate brown pegasus, flew above her companion Southern Sails. Their task had been to gather some food for their sail.
“See the market yet, June Bug?” SS taunted from the ground.
The pegasus in question rolled her eyes. “Don’t call me that before I’ve even had a chance to find Gin,” she said angrily. “Anyway, the market is right up ahead over that hill.” The two trotted and flew up to the marketplace that was bustling with ponies and other creatures alike. Plenty of apples, lettuce, and oats were purchased by SS and handed up to Juniper in the air for carrying.
“What’s next on the list?” Juniper asked from behind the bags she carried in her arms.
Southern Sails pulled out the small list and made a few more check marks. “Looks like some carrots, beetroot, celery, and some cucumbers. I think Carrot Top is here today. Let’s pay her a visit,” the light yellow mare suggested.
The two found Carrot Top quickly among the other shop ponies and greeted her with a smile. “Long time, no see, girls! Here to stock up again?” the friendly mare said.
Southern Sails nodded. “Yes ma’am! First time back on land in about 8 months. Back for some supplies and for a doctor’s visit or two,” she responded. “You know we could use a doctor on the ship, but doctors who want to sail for their entire life and treat just a handful of the same ponies are hard to come by.” The trio laughed loudly, and the pirate ponies proceeded to purchase the rest of the vegetables they needed for their check list.

Spring was in the air around the town of Ponyville; and it could be seen all throughout the country air here. Flowers once closed off for the winter could be seen in bountiful bloom, spreading their joy across the land - colors flourishing with every step one took throughout the cobble roads. And out this bright day, a mother and a child were out within the local marketplace of Ponyville; going on a bargain hunt for their favorite foods. It wasn’t often that he’d consider taking time out of his day to spend time with her, but she was more worthy of it all.
Silver was clutching a basket full of green onions, having been carrying them within the feather-tips of his wing, as well as some fresh oranges. To his side was the taller Labrador hen, her light tan coat shining gently within the sun. Now that she wasn’t tied down with work, it left time for the both of them to bond - this time, over a topic that didn’t make the both of them upset. “Thank you once again for coming to help me, Silver. I know you didn’t have to, but..”
“Eh, don’t worry about it, Ma.” Silver would stop her, shrugging. “..Besides, I wanted to. It’s not like I had a friggin’ gun pointing to my head.” Grizel rolled her eyes. “Even then, I still like being around you. It feels nice, and I’ve.. missed this. I’ve missed the opportunity I didn’t have when I was younger..”
“Yeah..” Their relationship now was far from perfect. There was still some form of awkward feelings between the two of them. It wasn’t easy for either of them to just go back like this, as if nothing happened..
But it wasn’t all bad. This was a step up, better than being kicked out of each other’s respective lives. “..So.” Silver cleared his throat. “What’s next?” The hen lifted up her list, skimming it over. “..Carrots. I’ve been having a distinct lack of ‘em for some time. Plus, I’ve been craving carrot soup for the past week..” And so, the two of them moved on down the street; on a search for the carrot sales mare.

Open RP: Docked in Ponyville
-- Please feel free to respond. There are eight characters to interact with that can be found here. The other two are two young foals that can be found here. --
The early morning was breezy and cool. Spring had just sprung and the trees were already in full bloom. The docks at Ponyville’s port were calm; the sound of the waves lapping on the shores and seagulls filled the morning air.
A large ship had just made its stop in the otherwise empty bay. The coral and green-colored sails were doused as the ship prepared to make her stop. The Reef had seen a long winter at sea with her loyal crew who now needed to stop and stock up on supplies.
Ponyville was a bustle of all types of resources the crew would need to set back out to sea: apples, hay, vegetables, clothing, linens, and so much more.
A brown pegasus and a light yellow earth pony jumped from the ship, grabbing the ropes to tie her securely to the docks. Not long after, the ship’s docking ladder was released, landing with a thud on the boardwalk. The remainder of the crew followed a dull, sandy-colored pegasus one could guess was the captain.
“Alright, mares,” the captain spoke, her voice cutting through the calming ocean ambiance. “We have only a few hours before we need to set sail again. You all know your tasks and what supplies you need to get us while we are here.” The rest of the crew - all seven of them - stood in front of their captain and nodded. The two foals out of the group stood bouncing excitedly at their first docking since they we’ve been born.
“Coral Reef and I will be headed to the doctor in town,” the captain continued. Said mare walked up to stand beside her captain and lover, her swollen belly hanging low with the impending birth of her foal.
“Southern Sails, Juniper,” Captain Marcy singled out the two mares who had tied the massive ship to the docks. “I know you are both here to see your girls. Take as much time as you need, but please make sure to be back here on time with the supplies.”
Every pony nodded once more and turned around to prepare to spend their day in the small town.
Sunny Belle, a light blue pegasus turned to her two young foals. Sea Pearl, the foals’ other mother, a light, almost white unicorn turned to them as well with a stern look on her face.
“Riptide, Coral Cascade,” she said firmly. “You two may explore. There’s no way you’re going to learn this place if you don’t see every inch of it. You need to learn where everything is for the next time we come to this town.” Sunny Belle nodded with a smile. “Your mother is right, my foals. Meet some other fillies and colts and take the time to really soak this place in. Please just meet us back here when the sun goes down.”
The two foals nodded and kissed their mothers on their cheeks before turning and galloping away.
“Oh, and stay together!” Sea Pearl called after her retreating fillies. Sunny Belle chuckled and wrapped her wing around her lover and began to walk in the direction of clothing and linen shops.
Back at the ship, Juniper flew in the direction of shops to obtain food, hoping to find her girlfriend along the way. Southern Sails trotted in the opposite direction with the same intent to meet up with her love.
The captain and her first mate made their way toward the doctor’s office, taking in the sights and ponies along the way.
“I never know where anything is here,” Captain Marcy said as she walked, touching sides with her wife’s.
“There’s a lot to do here,” Coral Reef replied in her sweet voice. “Maybe one day we’ll have time to go up to Canterlot. We’ve only ever been there once, and maybe we’ll meet some new suppliers.”
And with that, the entire crew were off to various locations of Ponyville, both exploring around for new things and new ponies as well as gathering the necessary supplies to set sail come sundown.

Ahoy! New Mates Aboard!
Sunny Belle and Sea Pearl have finally consummated their love (story to come) and produced these two new members of The Reef's loyal crew: Riptide and Coral Cascade. These two foals were produced with a little help from magic and a surrogate stallion. While Sunny Belle was the one who carried her foals, both mares are biologically their mothers (remember: it's magic). Riptide is the only colt on the entire ship. He's a rambunctious foal just like his mother Sunny Belle. He loves learning about the sails and going surfing with Sunny Belle. He often gets in trouble with Sea Pearl for his inability to calm down. He's been caught up in the middle of the night a time or two. Coral Cascade is more laid-back and calm like her mother Sea Pearl. She's very clingy to both of her mothers and does not much like the water. She's always at one of her mothers' sides and likes to help tidy up. Her favorite part of being on the ship is watching the sunrise. She does not like her brother's wild and energetic ways. Both of the twins share a special bond that most twins do. Despite their different dispositions, they can't sleep without each other and enjoy their alone time in the mornings when they wake up before anypony else.
Art by me! Don’t use these characters or this image! Story to come later.

Uncomfortable Questions Part 2
Read Part 1 here!
Great news! Artist’s page link is below.
______________
“I’m sorry, girls. There’s not much we can do if this one here is as infertile as the tests show,” the nurse with a white coat and pink mane says to the disheartened couple in her office. “You could keep trying by all means, but I think it’s a waste of your time.” Coral Reef sits in a chair next to her beloved marefriend Marcy with her head in her hooves, silent tears streaming down her face. The other mare has her forelegs and wings wrapped tightly around her grieving lover. As if coming ashore to go to the same clinic several times a week didn’t make her feel uncomfortable enough, the bad news that the artificial insemination has not worked not only once but 12 times completely drains the captain to the core. “Isn’t there anything you can give her, doc?” the sandy-coloured pegasus asks. “Like a fertility treatment or something?”
“Fertility treatments are too experimental and highly unlikely to produce good results if any at this point in the research,” the nurse replies. She sighs, shaking her head before casting a sympathetic look onto the couple in front of her. “I’m just afraid we’re out of options here.” “There’s got to be some other way,” Coral Reef says, her voice dripping with pure sadness as the tears do the same. She closes her eyes with a strangled sob and continues to hide her face with her hooves and wings. “Yeah, like magic or something? Those unicorns always have some kind of spell for something,” Marcy suggests, her idea making her love look back up with a sniff. The nurse sighs once more and sits back in her large desk chair with her arms crossed. “Being an earth pony, I have no idea how magic works. I suppose with some shred of possibility there may be something like that,” she says, leaning forward to rest her elbows on the desk and shrug. “Perhaps you could speak to the princess. You are in Ponyville. She may be able to help you.” ______________ The two pegasi walk side by side to the enormous tree-like castle that rests in the heart of the town. The crew never really comes this far inland to the quaint town, but when Marcy’s research led her to the best doctor in Equestria, she did not hesitate to take Coral there. “What do we even say to her? ‘Hey, we can’t get pregnant and want you to knock up this one here’,” Marcy says, gesturing to Coral with her wing. Coral Reef pushes against her larger lover a little roughly at the joking, her face still not one of amusement after her breakdown in the doctor’s office. “Knock it off. We’ll explain the situation and see what she can give us.” The door lies before the two, and Coral awkwardly lifts a hoof and knocks three times. The door promptly opens in a cloak of purple magic and the Princess of Friendship appears with a smile on her face. “Hi there! Is there something I can help you with?” Twilight Sparkle asks, her tone the usual enthusiasm she shows to new ponies. “Yeah, uh…,” Marcy stutters, rubbing the back of her head with a hoof. “Mind if we come in and explain?” “Not at all!” Twilight says, moving aside to welcome her guests into the castle. She leads them down several hallways, going on and on about this and that until they finally reach a large room with a circular crystal table. “…That’s how I was able to answer the door so quickly!” she finishes, taking a seat at the table. She gestures for the two of them to sit down in chairs opposite of her. Marcy uses her wing to help Coral up into a chair while boosting herself up with her wings to get into her own. “Princess, I know this probably isn’t what you’d be expecting, but my love Marcy and I,” Coral Reef starts, taking Marcy’s hooves in her own and meeting her eyes before turning back to the princess, “are having a bit of trouble.” The princess gasps loudly, the noise echoing in the large room off of the tall ceilings. “Are you two having difficulties in your relationship? I can definitely help you there. You name it and I’ll fix it immediately!” “No, no, this isn’t a friendship problem, Princess. This is a fertility problem,” Coral responds, her gentle voice becoming quieter as she becomes embarrassed while mentioning their issue. “Oh? Fertility?” Twilight Sparkle repeats, just to make sure she understood what the pegasus has said. “Yes. Marcy and I have been trying with the help of donors to conceive a child,” she explains. “But the doctor says that I am near completely infertile, and we just don’t know what to do.” Tears begin falling down from her dark teal eyes once more and the sniffles begin. Marcy sighs sadly and wraps her wings around the smaller mare like she had in the doctor’s office. “There’s no way I’m carrying a baby with my line of work,” Marcy pipes in. “I’ve probably got no fertility problems, which is ironic and cruel if you think about it.” The princess puts a hoof to her chin in thought. “Hmmmm,” she mutters, wracking her brain. “Well, I suppose it wouldn’t be impossible to fertilize one of your eggs and transplant it into her for surrogacy. Give me a week’s time to perfect the spell and work out some kinks and then I want the both of you to come back here.” Coral Reef lets out a strangled, yet happy sob as she smiles at Marcy, beaming in delight and relief. “Oh, thank you, Princess Twilight Sparkle!” the pegasus cries, getting up out of her chair to embrace the princess in a very tight hug. Twilight pats the mare on the back with an awkward smile. “It’s my pleasure. I can tell this is very important to the both of you and I want to be as much help as I can be,” she says. She leads them both back to the front door of the castle, holding the door open for them. Coral steps out first, leaving Marcy in the doorway with the princess for a small second. She places a hoof on Twilight Sparkle’s shoulder and nods gratefully. “Thank you for your help,” she says before spreading her wings and grabbing Coral under her forelegs to lift her up into the sky. ______________ A week later, Coral lies on her side on a flat table while Marcy does the same directly across from her. Twilight Sparkle is hovering in between the two of them in the air, her large wings keeping her afloat. “Alright, you two. Are you ready?” she asks. With two nods of approval, the alicorn begins the process. Inside a jar lies the donor’s portion of the process. The donor – a pegasus stallion with a yellow coat and red mane – was chosen carefully by the two mares for his looks, his medical history, and his education level. With a flash of purple and a small shriek of surprise from Marcy, a ball of magic lifts itself from her lower body, floating up to the jar. With another pop, the two combine until one ball of purple magic remains. Twilight walks toward Coral Reef, her horn suspending the ball in the air. “If my calculations were correct, this here is a fertilized egg,” she says, letting the mare take a look even though it’s impossible to see. “This is what will eventually become your baby. Are you ready?” Coral Reef nods, closing her eyes to brace for the impact that never comes, because in a small pop, the magic disappears inside of her lower body and the room draws silent. She opens an eye, looking around to the princess and Marcy who has gotten off of the table to be by her side and grasp her hoof with her own. “Feel any different?” Marcy asks. “Not really,” Coral says, sounding a little disappointed. Twilight Sparkle lets out a chuckle. “Well, it’s only now just been fertilized. Of course, we can’t know it’s true success for another couple weeks,” she explains. Again, she leads them to the doors and ushers them out with parting information. “If anything abnormal starts to happen, please do let me know. If anything at all happens, still let me know so that I can see that it worked! Good luck!” ______________ Two weeks and three days from their session with the princess, the crew is back at sea, though staying close to Ponyville’s outer harbor for their own safety while their situation is being assessed by fate. The morning over the bay sets a peaceful, gentle tide and a painted sky beyond the shallows. The crew all snore peacefully in their hammocks below the deck of The Reef, with the captain and her first mate sleeping peacefully in each other’s arms in the captain’s quarters. The captain herself is dreaming blissfully of tropical islands and treasure finding with her beloved crew when she is knocked from the bed and onto the wooden floor. She grunts, about to be angry when she sees that the cause is from Coral rushing out of bed to the bathroom and retching sounds following quite loudly and obviously. Orange eyes widen as the captain flies into the room to be by the retching mare’s side. A wing rubs the dull blue mare’s back as the contents of her stomach are emptied hastily. She sits back against Marcy’s body as the retching stops and her breathing struggles to calm itself. “I don’t feel well,” Coral says with a frown and beads of sweat forming on her forehead. “We’ll go to the mainland and…wait a minute,” Marcy starts before stopping herself in realization. “Does this mean…?” Coral’s brows narrow for a moment before shooting up so fast they could have flown off of her face. She looks at Marcy before sitting up completely and hurling her body at Marcy’s, wrapping her in a hug as she laughs in pure joy. “It worked!” she shouts. “It worked!” Marcy laughs, her eyes squeezing shut as she squeezes Coral as tight as she can before holding her out to look at her. “We’re gonna be mothers,” the captain says, tears brimming her eyes. She grabs Coral and flies out from below deck and into the air, twirling Coral around in circles in the sky and planting kisses all over the smaller mare’s face. “I’m gonna be a mother!” she shouts at the top of her lungs. The proclamation echoes off of the surrounding mountains and back into the ears of the pegasi, the two of them pressing their foreheads together in mid air, smiling and sniffling and trying to calm themselves down. “Shut up and go back to sleep!” comes a shout from below deck from a rudely awoken Sea Pearl. The two laugh, their lips meeting in a chaste kiss. Marcy pulls back, her face one of pure love as she looks at the smaller mare in her arms. Coral’s smile slowly fades, however, until it becomes a worried frown. “Marcy? I’m scared,” she says quietly. Marcy raises a brow in amusement. “Weren’t you the one who said we’d get through it together like we always do?” Coral’s smile returns and she nuzzles herself into Marcy’s chest, sighing in content in the air with her lover and the mother of her future baby. Marcy places a kiss to her coral-coloured mane. “We’ll be okay. You were right,” she admits. “This is a good idea.”

Pony Commissions (OPEN)!
Hey hey hey. I’m opening some vector commissions because I’m in need of some quick cash.
Commissions will be completed within the next 2 weeks whenever I have the opportunity! I will start on the first ones today and go in order. Accepting as many slots as I need to reach my goal.
Prices will vary with character difficulty and range from $3 to $5. PayPal will be the method of payment.
I usually only do ponies, but I will do baby dragons if that’s more of what you’re looking for. You’ll get a very nice vector. I will private message you the bigger, original file upon completion.
Message me if you’re interested! Here’s some examples of what I can do.

random starters
“Are you telling me I don’t manage my time well?” “Give me a moment here, please!” “Leave it open.” “Nothing about today screams happy.” “I didn’t ask you to be here. Go home.” “Did you see that look he gave you?” “Don’t follow me.” “I’m sorry, but I can’t be here right now. Not with you. I don’t deserve this.” “Are you asking me or telling me?” “Stop looking at me like I’m a freshly served piece of steak.” “I was thinking about fishing.” “Beep.” “He smelled like road kill. I can’t do it.” “Do Chinese. Chinese is great.” “You have to talk about it. You can’t not talk about it. It’s done.” “I can’t believe I put a bra on for this.”

Random Starters [ send me one maybe? ]
"Do you believe in the tooth fairy?"
"I think I'm pregnant. And it's not yours."
"I feel like I'm going to puke."
"Are you seriously wearing that to the party tonight?"
"You need to change that attitude before we leave this house."
"I AM NOT CRAZY!"
"Stop staring at me like I grew a second head."
"Are you drunk or do you just act like that all the time?"
"I forgot where I parked my car."
"I'm not going to lie to you anymore. I do love you, but I..."
"It's only a slice of pie."
"I just want to be loved again. Is that so wrong?"
"The cat is looking at me funny."
"YOUR HOUSE IS ON FIRE!"
"I think you're the prettiest thing I've ever seen."
"Care to join me?"
"I would rather not eat dinner alone."
"Did you remember to lock the door?"
"How do you live with yourself everyday, doing what you do?"
"I don't feel pretty enough for him."
"You can do anything you set your mind to."
"People say ignorance is bliss, but... I just want to know the truth."
"People are stupid today."
"I'm in the hospital. Can you come?"
"You're act liking I'm in love with you or something."
"Go ahead and leave. I'm not going to stop you."
"I'm tired of fighting."
"I think you need help."
"Do whatever you believe in, and I'll support you."
"What is it like being you?"
