Vikram vedha
You know Santhanam, the character played by Manikandan? I loved his character and i remember being shocked when he shot at Vikram. Then when he tries to talk he says 'sir na-' and promptly gets head butted by a gun.
I always used to think that he was out of the loop like vikram and the scene he entered was very discriminating against Vikram, like he had the IG at gunpoint and the others too.
I guess this is just me defending him.
This the exact second he gets knocked out. (But seriously, if the force needed to knock out a person was used, Vikrams hand in the middle of the gun and his head should definitely be broken right?)
#Vikram vedha#i reeally want him to be innocent#like let him be the naive police officer#i thought of him as the police in that ashok selvan film#por tholil ig#And ashok selvan was awesome#kollywood#excuse the quality of the screenshots

Just watched Mumbai police.
I read it through wikipedia a long while back, so watched with spoilers. I remembered it as he confessing to aryan and not him finding out.
Anyway, it was awesome and in 2013? Daring. Loved watching Prithviraj. And loved Aryan too. Halfway through the movie I thought Rahman was the murderer.

whenever i see gifs like these, I'm imagining the scene shooting- the lighting the camera focused on the two and people watching them.
The way you described the gifs is awesome
If it was platonic why Deva's hand was aching to touch Varadha's as soon as he put his hand on his thigh?
If it was platonic why would deva's arm was readily hanging waiting to hold onto Varadha’s body?
If it was platonic why would Deva runs his hand along Varadha's arm and squeezed his elbow?
If it was platonic why would Deva's instinct was to run his fingers through Varadha's hair?
If it was platonic why would he put his hand on Varadha's chest and softly pat it in soothing manner?
If it was platonic.......but it never was, wasn't it? They're indeed in love.

Edhir neechal(1968)
I remembered watching this film with my family a long time back and I rewatched it today because I have exams tomorrow.
I swear the plot at those times were diverse and unique. Each and every character in the house had a solid personality. And Nagesh- I loved his acting, his voice modulations and his reactions, I loved it.
I bawled my eyes out at few of the scenes. some were very sad😢
My favorite scene was when Maadhu's professor comes to visit him to talk about marrying him with his daughter and Paaru intervening.
Nair's ideas always backfiring, the movie fanatic and the two silver cups.
#kollywood#Nagesh#tamil cinema#such emotions and plot and twists...#badava rascal#bedroom under the stairs#and works his ass off for the people in the house#gets nothing in return#the true Indian harry potter#BaDAvA RAsCaL#RIP coughing thatha

Deva x Das
based on a conversation they had in the Chettu Kinda Doctor song
-
-
-
“Nee problem ento telusa?” [Do you know what your problem is?] asks Deva, removing the stethoscope from Das’s chest.
Das shakes his head, wondering what ailment he had now and how Deva had suddenly become a medical professional.
“Neeku brathakadam teleedu.” [You don’t know how to live.]
Das blinks at the other man, who then starts laughing at him. He frowns. How dare this… this… criminal come into his shop, threaten him, and then tell him he’s not having a good time?
“Nenu mee laa kanu sir. Naa life calm ga, santhosham ga undalanukunta. Brathakadam teleekapoina brathikinchadam telusu.” [I’m not like you, sir. I want my life to be calm and happy. Even though I don’t now how to live I know how to save lives.]
Deva fixes Das with an intense stare, making heat pool uncomfortably in Das’s lower stomach. (It’s just nerves, probably.) “Brathakalanunda?” [Do you want to live?]
“Enti??” [What??]
Suddenly, Deva grabs the collar of Das’s button up and yanks him over to his side of the table. Deva moves his face toward Das, angling it in a way that looks like… a kiss.
Das stops breathing, alarm bells in his brain ringing and then stopping as their lips get closer and he can’t think about anything else other Deva. His eyes are fixed on Deva’s red lips, and what it would be like to taste them. A smaller part of him is screaming about the morality of kissing a criminal, the ethics of kissing a patient, and the wrongness of kissing a man, but the larger part of his brain is just on standby. Waiting, to see what Deva will do, how this will all play out.
Their lips are a centimeter apart when Deva pauses, and Das, after a few moments of trying to parse through the brain fog, looks up at him for an explanation.
Almost immediately, Deva pushes Das off of him, laughing nervously. “Gold gaadu Golde mari.” [’Gold’ is really gold, then.]
Das has never been more confused in his life, and he went through medical school. Did Deva just try to kiss him? And then try to play it off as a joke? Did Deva really have feelings for him or was this all part of Deva’s teasing? Das recalls what Deva had said right before. (Brathakalanunda?) Was this just another normal day in the life of a mafia boss? Did they just go around almost-kissing people for fun?
Das shakes his head to clear it, and decides to ignore the incident, that would be the best course of action for his sanity. He can’t let Deva know he got to Das.
Meanwhile, outside the clinic, Deva stands, panting. What the fresh hell was that? He’d always considered himself a little crazy, but what impulse had made him try to… kiss Das? And the worst part was that Deva still wanted it. He still wanted to go back into the clinic and push Das down and kiss him until his lips bled. When Das had looked into his eyes after the pause, Deva had felt a jolt of warmth down his spine, a longing that he didn’t even know he could feel.
Don’t get attached, Deva, he tells himself. Das was just temporary companionship, and would likely get himself killed by association sometime or later. Then why did that thought make him so afraid? Why was he always following Das, knowing when he was in trouble and needed to be saved? Why did he come over to the clinic every day, citing wounds that had he been on his own, wouldn’t have even thought of treating?
Deva sighs, and walks over to his car where his men are waiting for him. He can’t afford to be thinking of Das when there are bigger threats in his life. He can’t resist a last look towards the clinic, though, wondering what Das thinks of what happened.

Soooo after I’ve watched Devadas and it makes me draw this… I should’ve…
I’ve imagined they went to tourist sights and coincidentally met with each other… Dhruva should’ve known Deva’s face and had suspicion in his mind…😂 Daya? I don’ know. I thinks it depends on his mood to give shit on Deva or not. Even if he had his redemption he is still Daya. 😂
When I was drawing this I’ve searched their photos for reference and I’ve seen this one picture. I just love their height difference and wanted to show it in my drawings 😂 Tarak is so small! (Compared to other actors haha) though his body seems the most bulked one and I just… I just… 😇😇😇
