gurllll i’m damn near ur height and i need some tips i have a party in like 3 weeks i need to lose weight for!
FIBER FIBER FIBER, I CANNOTTTT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!😭 it’s good for you AND keeps you full. I take fiber in the morning before eating anything. Prioritize protein like a mf, AT LEAST 40% of consumed calories should come protein, aim for that or higher, not lower. Do workouts that you enjoy. Ik working out seems soo bleh, but I like dancing so I’ll just put music and fuck around😭 KEEP YOURSELF SUPER BUSY!!! I have school and work so it’s been easier but having hobbies like reading, drawing, knitting, anything(!!!) helps with the food noise!
