the directors themselves confirmed the tiger from kpdh isn’t a demon, but a spirit animal!

we never got a clear explanation if demons other than rumi are able to walk free in the human world, and now the chances of that are even lower considering the tiger isn’t a demon at all 😭

it lives in the barrier between the demon and human worlds, in other words the honmoon! which makes sense how it’s able to use the honmoon as a portal and teleport

the tiger is also referred by the directors as he/it!

hoping they go into this a bit more if we ever get a sequel. it seems like the girls themselves draw their weapons from the honmoon, so i’m wondering what else is there in the in between. not to mention it’d be nice to know how jinu and the tiger first met!

the fact that entrapta, because science, knew about the portal within the weird reality even though she hadn't regained her memories yet??!? like we have to assume she doesnt truly remember yet because uh, when adora mentions hordak she goes "hordak?" and then she goes "I remember now"

which means??

she built scorpia and hordak without actually fully remembering them. Like she didn't just build them to build them, she built them because her love for them was so strong she felt compelled to do it without fully remembering them, just like how in that episode adora's connection to being she-ra was so strong it compelled her to find the sword without fully understanding why

now look I get why mermista and perfuma and frosta called entrapta out for not caring about her friends BUT UM. I think entrapta DOES care for her friends, at least the ones that have treated her right

hordak is such a ridiculous man because my brother really came out here with the COOLEST fucking entrance and he was genuinely being set up as such a scary and threatening villain

like look at this he actually looks so fucking cool when we first see him. i honestly thought he was going to be our main villain for the entirety of the series.

but then we see him interact with entrapta and then the realization suddenly hits that not only is he the most awkward person ever he's also just turned into like WifeGuy™ the second entrapta talks to him.

absolute fucking loser i'm just obsessed with how hard he tries to just act like a normal villain; like he has the scary armor, the dimly lit lair and throne, even his voice sounds scary like.

he even has his own weird little minion and whatever the fuck shadow weaver is. generally, his whole scary vibe and plans for world domination set him up as a proper villain, but then he meets entrapta and all of that just CRUMBLES and is tossed out the window.

10/10 i'm a fan of the progression.

The 2025 Gender Census is now open!

The 12th annual international gender census, collecting information about the language we use to refer to ourselves and each other, is now open until 30th August 2025.

It’s short and easy, for most participants it takes 5 minutes or less.

After the survey is closed I’ll process the results and publish a spreadsheet of the data and a report summarising the main findings. Then anyone can use them for academic or business purposes, self-advocacy, tracking the popularity of language over time, and just feeling like we’re part of a huge and diverse community.
