Yesterday I hit the gym again and did some sweaty cardio 🌍💪 I finished with a light go on the recline bike to hit 45 minutes in total, so I had a major leg day (feeling today!) • I have been actively cleaning up my act for two weeks, this past week being the first where I've really commited and stayed organized. -I feel better- 💖 Not only am I making time to take care of myself (which hasn't happened since the baby came), I'm also treating my body better. You cannot change something by hating it, but you can change anything with love, so that is my goal. ♡ Love my body for what it's done for me, it has carried me for 26 years. And love my body for where it is now, enough to take care of it and help it improve in the future. Today is Sunday and I have work so I think Sundays will be my rest days because it'll be particularly hard to get to the gym. This upcoming week I'm hoping to get in there 4 to 5 times and try a few of the weight machines so that I can start honing my arms and back. - I hope everybody is having a great week and I hope that you have at least one goal or good thing that you achieved for yourself that you can focus on today. Every little change you make to improve matters. No effort is too small 💖

The baby has been sick the past couple days 🙁 so today I had to up the ante this morning to make up for a lost workout. I really enjoyed zoning out and getting a good sweat in.🌍💪 My eating habits have been really good the past couple weeks and I'm proud of myself for keeping consistent and not giving in to random cravings for junk food that makes me feel like shit.🖒😏 I'm trying not to get into a habit of weighing myself too frequently but I have noticed the scale dropping the last couple times I've checked 😃 and even though, I know some is probably water weight, I can genuinely feel a difference in my body. Focusing on keeping myself hydrated has also really seemed to make a difference in my energy levels and even the condition of my skin. So it's these little victories that are encouraging and helping me keep going, and not lose faith in the process 💖 I am off today and tomorrow so I will try to make it in for another workout or two at the gym before the week is out. My goals for the upcoming week are to find a supplemental workout that I can do at home on days I can't make it to the gym!
