@kyohansha has sent: 🛑 for Rowan and Palmer
Send 🛑 and I will explain a way in which my muse is different from their canon counterpart. [Accepting, specify muse]
// Wait, what canon... Is there any canon for them..
I remember going off extensively about the fact that Palmer, isn’t in the possession of any Legendary pokemon. The games never bothered giving any explanation about that detail, about the frontiers and the anime doesn’t show anything like that. As far as I’m aware, that’s only made into an actual thing in the manga’s canon.
As much as I enjoy Palmer, I don’t think he’s a fitting character to be in possession of creatures that are, one of a kind and very important to the world. But at the same time, I couldn’t just erase it all together either. So that’s why, I came up with a bunch of HCs talking about a battle simulation program with holograms, which grants Palmer (and the frontier brains) a seemingly easy access to such Legendary creatures.
Cresselia, Heatran and Regigigas were all pokemon that in one way or another left an impact throughout Palmer’s life. That’s why he got them in his team.
//I believe that Cynthia makes a passing comment, about how she once was a pokedex holder in the games. Or at least, I recall it being a pretty popular fanon within the RPC. Regardless of it, this comment kinda of clashes with the timeline I follow for my muse’s worldbuilding/development.
The pokedex was created a very recent time, within the timeline. By the time it was launched and began to be distributed throughout the regions, she would be too old to be eligible for such task. Because of that, I ignore this comment and just chalk it up, as just the game trying to toss a relatable character for the protagonist (the person playing the game).

// So out of all my muses, only a handful of them actually celebrate christmas. The majority of them simply treat it as a normal day, since their focus is on the New year’s eve (or another holiday in their region). Only the following muses actually get to celebrate it:
Barry and Palmer: Christmas was the only time of the year Palmer was capable of visiting, and spending some time with his family. Although, once Barry started travelling abroad- the reunions became something far more intimate between Palmer and his wife. Most of the regions Barry has travelled to don’t celebrate this holiday, so there have been a few years he has gone by without celebrating it. But there were a few christmas, that he spent in pokecenters alongside other trainers that stayed over.
Drake: Drake got a taste of the holiday through his travels all over the world, by interacting with other sailors or stopping by around that time in regions such as Unova and Kalos. Christmas isn’t celebrated in Hoenn, so he is pretty neutral about the holiday as a whole. Overall, he has had good experiences involving it.
Juan: Kalos is amongst the few regions that celebrate the holiday, Juan’s family never missed it out- and he carried over the tradition even after cutting ties with them. Juan enjoys almost everything related to it, from decorating his mansion to hosting huge parties for the special day.
Tabitha: Tabitha only began celebrating it, once he moved into Unova. At first he would hesitantly participate on it, in order to try and not raise anyone’s eyebrows - or cause anyone to question the fake story he gave others. Eventually, the holiday grew on him and he started getting used to it.
Riley: He spends it all by himself. He is nowhere to be found during the holiday, no one seems to know where he has gone to. However, his disappearance doesn’t seem to worry anyone- not even his partner, Byron. It’s an odd phenomenon to put it mildly, the man simply waits for his return- and doesn’t seem to be concerned at all about the whereabouts of his so-called “loved one”.
Rowan: Rowan spends christmas with Richard. Simply put and self-explenatory, it is a rare moment in both men’s lives where they have some actual free time for themselves. Usually, he travels all the way to Iron island and spends it there with him. Although, as of lately- they have spent a few christmas eves in the professor’s place in Sandgen town.
Kahili: Alola may not celebrate christmas, but this is a huge event that is held by her father’s hotel. People from all over the world, gather up to participate in it- after all it is the perfect place to spend the holiday. Although, Kahili tends to spend this time of the year in Kalos, with her mother’s new family. She seems to be neutral about it, Kahili doesn’t mind the holiday at all.

// Okay so, just addressing this one detail here bc it has been bugging me for awhile now:
Yes, Rowan did a shitty thing by being an unfaithful husband to Bertha. But it shouldn’t cancel/negate, all of his other good traits/aspects and things he has done throughout his life and career.
Especially in modern days, when literally- for as bad as it is. It is something that (unfortunately) happens all the time.
I’m addressing this because:
Unless your muse is extremely close to him, they shouldn’t be aware of this detail about him. It isn’t of public knowledge.
And even if they know, that doesn’t give your muse the right to be a shitty person to him?? Over his personal matter?? Unless they have done that rightfully earned this reaction out of yours.
I didn’t think this needed to be addressed, but oh well. This isn’t aimed at anyone, it’s just more of a reocurring comment made by several people that have been lowkey pestering me.

@athazagoraxine has sent: META CANNON!!!
Send me ‘Meta Canon’ for some meta knowledge or rules I have about writing my muses![Accepting]
Seasonal cycles throughout the pokemon world. It is different, some regions have very unique/distinct cycles, that must be taken into consideration when visitting it. Especially for young trainers, who wish to head out to their journeys. From Sinnoh’s extreme Winter season, that last 6 months. To even Hoenn and Alola’s seemingly, non-ending Summer.

@obliviouskind has sent: -Meta Canon x4-
Send me ‘Meta Canon’ for some meta knowledge or rules I have about writing my muses![Accepting]
Not everything that you experience in-game, is relevant or makes any sense from a storytelling standpoint. Here are all of the game mechanics I consider to exist in their world, alongside with the ones I straight up refuse to acknowledge.
As a way to pay homage to all the cancelled/beta designs of pokemon. I HC that they are actually deemed to be some sort of cryptid, or fictional creatures that belong to the respective region’s ancient myths.
Real world animals don’t exist in the pokemon world. With that in mind, in present days there is a huge dillemma/discussion about whether or not people should consume them. And the pokemon League, is pushing for a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle for people to adopt. However, not everyone is taking this well and keep their old ways.
The various languages in the pokemon world. At some point in history, kantonese got to be a common studied/spoken/used language throughout the world, back when they were making huge progress in the technological/scientific field. But it fell out in favor for unovian, when that period came to it’s end and Unova became the new refference for everything.

// -sees the dash discussion about pokemon training & expenses-
-looks over @ my muses catalogue-
I’ll be brief, bc I’ve touched on the subject of training for my muses extensively on numerous occasions. But the trend that I’ve got to show is that:
Pokemon training is something, that has drastically changed throughout the decades due to a number of reasons (Be it because of the lack of technology, researches, someone overseeing things, etc.).
Training gradually became something mainstream, as the pokemon League also grew within the regions. The views/stigma towards it, has also gone through a lot of changes.
For the most part, this is what I go with my muses:
The elderly- older ones (the likes of Blaine, Pryce, Rowan, Palmer, Juan etc): Training wasn’t taken seriously at all, people just weren’t encouraged at all for heading out into the wilderness. The pokeballs had yet to become something that most can easily have access to, the pokemon League still was in it’s infancy in most regions, although there are exceptions in families where training/befriending pokemon is a tradition or they happen to be open-minded for the time. Overall people who tried to make a living out of pokemon, just weren’t well received by those around them (”That’s cute, but what’s your real job tho?”). Some of these characters, had a direct hand into making huge leaps into progress in the areas mentioned above.
The adults folks (Morty, Lance, Steven, etc.): They are in a middle-term, a lot of progress has happened, they can head out for journeys with relative ease. The pokemon League has finally, set a rooting of sorts (it isn’t the same for every region, but still). They can be considered to be in some sort of, transition stage. There is still a lot to be done, in the time they had set out for journeys. Training is starting to become mainstream.
Younger folks (Barry & Brendan): Now that’s the point in history, where we get to explore/experience in the games. Even then, we still see one more change in the scenery. Seeing how RSE/ORAS events happens, at the same time as FRLG. Thanks to these protags, they draw even more people (young trainers specifically) to join in the training bandwagon (DPPt/HGSS kids). And if we think even more, those kids later likely inspired as well the protags/rivals that come afterwards (BW/B2W2 & XY folks) & so on.

I’m doing this on muses that have no ties to the League, OR they didn’t last that long in it.
Explanations under read more:
Steven Stone: Hoenn’s champion for 5 years, he was defeated by Brendan 2 years after taking over this position. Despite no longer being a champion, his skills in battles are still as sharp as ever.
Palmer: I haven’t had the chance to touch much on him, throughout the years. But there’s a good reason, why he stands as the Leader of Sinnoh’s Battle frontier. He surpasses any of his colleagues’ skills by a milestone, and throughout his career he has had the opportunity of challenging champions (those who came before the likes of Lance, Steven, Cynthia, etc.).
Barry: This is more related to what he will become, when he is older. He may be Palmer’s son, but it doesn’t mean he becomes a leader or even the strongest of Johto’s establishment.
Agatha: It is a combination of her skills in battles not aging well, despite holding her elite member title for many years. As well as her pokemon becoming too old, to properly battle.
Kahili: When Alola’s League was created, she was brought on board as an elite member. However, it’s quite obvious she doesn’t fit in with the title given to her. She may have been an island challenge champion, during her childhood. But things have changed, and battles haven’t really been a priority to her for a long time.
Riley: His own ego blinds himself, to the fact that his skills in battle aren’t really as great as he makes himself believe. He may be able to defeat Roark in battles, however Byron still easily defeats him.
Rowan: He has talent for battles, his research and studies of pokemon have shaped- given him a rather peculiar way to come up with battle strategies. However, Rowan has never showed any interest in them in the first place, meaning he never practices- hones the skills he possesses
Tabitha: Becoming an organization’s admin has never taken into accountability his skills in battles, and even then Tabitha has never truly followed the pokemon League’s code of rules for them in the first place. He might be the weakest one out of all my muses.

// Okay but, here’s a brief worldbuilding thing:
The pokemon TCG is a thing in the pokemon world, and it is largerly sponsored by the pokemon League. It helps to promote their famous trainers (champions/e4 members/gym leaders/etc), as well as grab the attention and interest of non-trainers. This is a combining effort, of every region’s league.
Despite this game being funded by the League, it still acknowledges their rival organisation - the battle frontier.
The game is pretty popular, and is often having worldwide tournaments. Obviously, it can’t be compared to any pokemon League tournament but it does have it’s own place in the field of entertainment.
Most players consist of people who just couldn’t get a grasp for training, had no interest at all in it, or found it to be too intimidating.

@skvllbug has sent:21 through 25
@mercenaryrocket has asked: 21, 22, 23 (I guess these aren't specific to any muse?)
@invictarre has sent: Do you follow the headcanon that certain ghost pokémon used to be human? [Yamask, gengar, etc]
The pokémon headcanon ask meme! [Accepting, specify muse]
21. Do you follow the headcanon that real animals exist in the pokémon world? Why or why not?
// No I don’t! While I may do a few slip ups here and there, whgen describing a certain pokemon with an animal. They don’t really exist in this world! Meaning that, any and all sources of protein/produces/etc come from pokemon.
In fact, that’s what I find so interesting about the discourse of “the implications of eating pokemon”. That’s a hotpot for worldbuilding headcanons and discussions.
Although, this reminds me when awhile ago- I can’t remember what or how I came up with the idea that: animals once used to live in their world. However, pokemon started showing up- basically invaded this land, and have replaced all of these living beings early on the planet’s history. Enough so humanity, wouldn’t have any recollection of the existence of these creatures.
22. Do you follow the headcanon that certain ghost pokémon used to be human? [Yamask, gengar, etc]
// Yeah I do! Although, out of all my muses I only get to explore this with Morty. This is something not quite easy to be found on most posts about his Gengar, but he is meant to be Morty’s ancestor, Matsuba (part of an anient time AU, which takes place 300 years in the past). Obviously, the creature has no recollection of his past life, or is even aware he was once a human.
Although I’ve been brewing and talking to a few partners, on the possibility of Gengar recovering his memories and realising what he used to be.
Interestingly, despite being another ghost type trainer, and having three Gengars with her... This fact about the pokemon, is actually pretty irrelevant to her story.
23. Do you believe that all pokémon are capable of human speech [even if limited], or only certain species?
// SO I’VE BEEN MEANING TO ADDRESS THIS FOR AWHILE:
The pokemon talking thing, is exclusively found in the anime (& movie... I can’t remember an instance in the manga where this happened, and clearly isn’t supported by the games). Which as I’ve stated in the past, is the source I try to distance myself from the most.
It’s cute to have pokemon talking and stuff, but I’ll give this a hard pass. I may still rp with muses who have talking pokemon, it’s not something I’m strongly against. I suppose it depends on the case, but overall I don’t really take this into consideration ever.
Chatot is the only exception to the rule, because it is designed after a parrot and their main gimmickie is being able to “talk”, repeat what it heard.
Anything else? Yeah, no sorry. You’ll have to deal with my muses being scared/startled the moment they hear a pokemon talking.
24. How literal do you think the pokédex is?
// I feel like, yes there was definetely someone who felt like having fun with the entries. But that’s only very few cases, here and there.
I like to think that there are many steps into the process of allowing an entry to be accepted, for the pokedex. After all, this is meant to be a trainer’s encyclopedia, a reliable source of information for them at any given time.
It needs to be as clear and informative as possible.
I feel like the small snippets we get in the games, are just that. But the actual entry itself, is a lot larger/bulkier in content.
25. Wildcard! Mun gives a headcanon about their favorite pokémon.
// You know what? I feel like I need to give some attention to Rowan’s pokemon!
More specifically his Togekiss:
I’m moving this to a post however so read it here!

// Now that I’m open for some Ga.lar action, I’ve been getting a few ideas and thoughts in regards to how things could go.
I’ve looked through the pokedex in the games, and it got me thinking a few things:
Gal.ar’s environment is way too fragile, some of those pokemon species can only thrive in that region. Meaning that in order to protect them, from possible invasive species - they had to banish/forbid the entrance of most pokemon species commonly found in the others.
Meaning that entering the region can be quite the hassle for many trainers, so they most likely avoid travelling/visitting Gal.ar for that reason. And those that do decide to venture through the region, they end up having to do their visit without any of their pokemon.
While for Gala.rians, they can travel to other regions without many hitches along their way. So long, as they don’t bring back any of the considered threatening species.
Due to the hard access, Gal.ar has garnered a negative fame in the eyes of other regions. Reserved - closed off from the rest of the world.
I have mentioned this in a past post, but I’m adding it here as well. Gal.ar and Kalos have a historical rivalry/animosity towards each other, something that is still thriving in modern days. I wouldn’t call it straight up hate towards the other, but they may get a few odd eyes - if they decide to speak gal.arian in kalosian territory (and vice versa).
Reminder that these are my views and the worldbuilding I’ll be using for my muses, you’re welcome to join in - but it is not necessary.
So, how does this affect interactions on this blog?
It means that they will
A) Either have to take place outside of Gal.ar region (either prior to the games events or post);
B) Or if it happens in the region, my muses will be stripped from any and all of their pokemon.
Of course, these are open for plotting and discussions! So they can be altered, to fit in our plotting!

@eternalr0ses has sent: Coal Dust, Amethyst Calm, Brickwork Shadows and Rosy Touch for Juan, Steven and Rowan
Stonework headcanons [THESE ARE LATE]
Coal Dust: Can they withstand manual labor? Do they avoid manual labor as much as possible, and if so, why?
// Steven is the one who handles manual labor out of the three. He has to, given his general field of interest, requires him to delve deep within caverns in search of his precious stones. Even though, it is something he doesn’t take much joy out of.
Much like everything in his life, Steven just never gives all of himself into something. As such, he leaves the hard work up to his pokemon, more precisely two Aarons he bring along and his Metagross in charge of digging things up.
Rowan’s age and health restricts him in regards to what he would do for manual labor.
Brickwork Shadows: Is your muse good with their hands, or do they tend to be fairly clumsy?
// They are all skilled with their hands, in their own right way. Although as you can expect, in Steven’s case, he gets extremely clumsy while under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Rosy Touch: How do they show affection nonverbally? Are they likely to show affection with their words as well?
// For the longest time in Rowan’s affair/relationship with Richard, they weren’t able to show any affection towards the other. Since, it was meant to be nothing more than sex. So he has specialized in using subtlety, to demonstrate it to his partner. By cooking, bringing him gifts, staying with him, etc. They both struggle to be vocal when being affectionate to each other.
Juan is extremely touchy, he is often holding onto the person- running his hands along the person. This gentle touch, would definetely be accompanied by him talking to the other- he knows his way with words.
Steven doesn’t really know how to be affectionate with anyone, because of this he prefers to use words to try and give some of it back.

// TFW I feel like I could spend the entire evening talking about worldbuilding with @littlesilverplatinum dskjbsdjhsd
ANYWAY just dumping here some HCs in regards to regions’ languages. Reminder that these are meant exclusively for my muses’ development.
Both Kanto and Johto speak japanese- but with different dialects. Although it is still possible to comprehend the other, for outsiders- this means that if you know one dialect over another it won’t affect their stay all that much. Although in Johto, there is a noticeable preference, to keep it all in their dialect. You may be frowned upon, or flat out ignored- depending where you use Kanto’s.
Hoenn finds itself in an odd spot, where its official language is japanese. However, because the region has many smaller islands that have remained isolated for the most part in their history there are actually many dialects- weird hybrids with other languages (thanks to the abundant influx of immigrants from the other regions). On top of having their language from ancient times, still thriving and being used by Draconids.
Sinnoh speaks this cross between russian, scandinavian and german. Meaning their language might as well be the most difficult one to be learned, by outsiders. If that wasn’t enough- it makes sinnohians carry a heavy accent while speaking other languages.
Kalos is another oddball like Sinnoh, it is a cross between french, spanish and italian.
The other regions- I won’t get too much into them, because they’re pretty much self explanatory. Unova and Gala.r are englishspeaking regions, Alola is Hawaiian.
When it comes to an universal language that they all speak, it has changed just recently within their world’s history. At some point it was japanese (with Kanto being the center of progress for sometime), however, it fell out of use and was replaced by english due to Unova’s consistent progress and growth. Now surpassing Kanto by a mile, who unfortunately has found itself stagnant within time.

@roleplayersoul has sent: Who likes and who hates the holidays, or, really, just celebrations (Anything specific?)
WHEN BOBO STRIKES MY INBOX
// It depends on the holiday you may be talking about! Since the majority of my muses, come from reagions that are way more eastern based. They don’t exactly follow/celebrate the majority of our western holidays (such as: christmas, easter, halloween, etc.), although they do have contact with them to a certain extent.
Since as I’m writing this post we are near christmas, I’ll be focusing on it.
// Out of all my muses, the only one who seems to truly embrace the christmas festives is Agatha. She may spend christmas all alone, but she loves decorating her house, knitting sweaters/scarves for herself, and baking christmas goods. Her family was amongst the few within the Kanto region, who actually celebrated it. Although nowadays, she spends christmas all by herself - and it doesn’t seem like she is bothered by it.
// Morty’s mother side of the family used to celebrate christmas, in fact: The very last good and happy memory he has of them is during christmas, the very last family reunion they had before his abuse started. Needless to say, this isn’t a good time of the year for him - he feels especially lonely. He doesn’ like this holiday - as such he doesn’t celebrate it neither does anything related to it.
Thankfully, that isn’t something he is too worried about. Because he lives and works at Ecruteak city, the heart of Johto’s traditions. And christmas isn’t one of theirs. In fact, whoever celebrates it - is quite frowned upon by the most traditionalists in the city.
// Blaine uses his laboratory to its fullest, around christmas. Since it is completely empty, he can focus on his work without any interruptions at all. Although, his friend mr.Fuji likes to do a little reunion of family and friends around this time of the year, this means he drags Blaine out of his workplace to attend to it.
// Pryce and his family don’t celebrate christmas, BUT they do like the concept and idea of it. As such, he and his wife use it as an excuse to make a family reunion. Gathering up everyone in their home!
// In Sinnoh they do have a holiday, similar to christmas - it has a lot more religious undertone to it mind you. Barry likes this time of the year, because the chances of his father showing up are a lot higher. He isn’t too fond of all the rituals- religious steps involved in this day, but he will go through it all- thanks to his hopes of seeing his father by the end of the day. He also enjoys the family reunions, that take place in his home.
Although ever since he started travelling to the other regions. There have been a few christmas where he spent it by himself or in a pokemon center. He always makes sure to call his mother.
// Palmer tries his hardest to get a brief vacation from the frontier around this time of the year. Although, he wasn’t always successfull at it and had to spend christmas with his colleagues instead.
// Drake has never experienced christmas - neither him or mr.Briney. It doesn’t help that it is way more likely, for him to be out sailing- and see christmas as no different from any other day of his life. Although, he has assosciated this time of the year - with Joseph Stone being extra generous towards him. Giving him a bunch of gifts- seemingly out of goodwill.
// Simply put, the Wataru clan doesn’t celebrate christmas. In fact, they take it as being just another normal day. As such, Lance goes about his day like usual - or at least, as much as the League may allow. The organisation may hold an event or something like it. More often than not, lance takes it as his day off work - where he will either visit his family or just stay home, take care of his pokemon or go look for a fling.
// Tabitha is neutral towards christmas. He lives in Unova, and is seeing/experiencing this event to its fullest. The cafeteria closes early during the day, and hosts a little gift exchange event between the employees. Although, he doesn’t exactly do anything different during the night - maybe he could hit up a bar or something. But he still isn’t feeling the christmas spirit.
// Juan’s family used to celebrate christmas, it was one of the traditions they brought from Kalos. These were one of the few times of the year, where they could host a family gathering - so needless to say Juan has some fond memories of the festives. Even if nowadays, they carry a bittersweet taste to them.
Ever since he became a top coordinator, he wasn’t invited to the christmas parties. From there, he started distancing himself from his family, until his father’s death - which effectively made him cut ties with them altogether.
It hasn’t ruined the celebration completely for him however. Around this time of the year there are many public events he attends to, on top of doing a few performances with this as his subject.
Juan adores decorating his mansion, white and gold being his most used colors. However, he no longer celebrates christmas.
// Brendan’s very first contact with christmas came when he travelled to Sinnoh during Winter. His family doesn’t celebrate it, because it just isn’t of their tradition. He comes from Johto, and moved to Hoenn. His very first real christmas, was spent in a pokemon center in the company of the staff’s members and some other trainers who were there. There wasn’t any gift exchange, but it was a very pleasant night with food and people sharing their wishes for the next year.
// While under his derranged mother’s care, christmas was just another day of abuse for him. Later his adoptive family, celebrated it- and honestly they were extremely good times for Riley. He has a rocky relationship with the festives, to say the very least.
Nowadays he celebrates it because of his relationship with Byron, but he doesn’t care about christmas itself. They basically celebrate it by themselves, because of him - no one from Byron’s family wishes to visit him. It only adds further salt to the injury, for Roark and his relationship with his father. Seeing how the man would much rather, spend it with his supposed lover - than with his family.
// Ever since Rowan divorced Bertha, he has been joining Richard ( @auraguardians‘ OC) for the christmas festives. He is the one responsible for cooking and baking for them. In these celebrations, they tend to be joined by Riley (Richard’s nephew) and his boyfriend Morty.
He has always enjoyed christmas, even if down the road he would put aside its religious values.
// In Alola they don’t celebrate christmas. Kalos on the other hand... Kahili has never clebrated it in the early years of her life. However, ever since her parents divorced each other - she has been travelling every year to Kalos in order to spend christmas with her mother. She is still getting used to christmas, the party is always an enjoyable time for her but she is oftenly forgetting about it whenever she is in her home region.

// Rowan’s Togekiss:
There’s a tradition in Sinnoh, where it’s common place to give a newlywed couple a pokemon egg (This was from a post that I came across once a long time ago, and I feel like it has been lost to time- if I ever do find it, I’ll update this!). In theory this should help prepare the couple, for their children arrival.
In the day of his wedding with Bertha, they received a Togepi egg from his parents. Due to his busy life as a lab assistent, it was up to Bertha to hatch it essentially by herself, since she was a housewife.
For the majority of his early life, the Togepi was way closer to Bertha than Rowan. It actually took him awhile to get used to his presence and warm up to him, due to how absent he was (around this time, he still hadn’t even met Richard, meaning the affair still was nowhere to be found).
Togepi helped Bertha a lot to get through her loneliness, at home on top of being in a land where she barely could communicate with anyone. It was their strong bond, that made Togepi evolve into a Togetic.
However, when she had their daughter, Nichole. Rowan took the role of looking after and taking care of the pokemon, for safety reasons. Both for the creature and the very young child.
Nichole was about 6 years old, when Togetic evolved into a Togekiss. By then, her first few contacts with pokemon began.
As stated many times before, Rowan isn’t someone who battles. But Togekiss should be seen as his signature/ace pokemon, not because of his battle prowess. But because of his importance, in the professor and the family’s life.
Ironically, the pokemon his wife hatched and essentially raised it from the start, became some kind of delivery pidgeon during his affair. In order to carry the letters he and Richard exchanged with each other, as well as gifts. By then, Bertha’s interest in ground types had sparked up and she began training these pokemon.
In the future: Despite all the bad blood between him and his daughter (she is actively looking to try and ruin her father’s image), Togekiss will be given to her after he passes away.

// As much as Drake and Rowan are opposites from each other, they still are similar in some aspects. So here’s a little highlight from some of them:
A natural talent for battles (despite Rowan’s dislike for them in general)
Have a strong caring nature (one has an easier time showing this than the other)
They are well known for their frowns/glares
Surprisingly are quite talented cooks

// Okay so... Is it a good time to address/talk about Rental pokemon?
When travelling abroad, League assosciates (professors, gym leaders, E4 members, champions) can request rental pokemon to the organisation should they find themselves without their partners for whatever reason.
This is in order to ensure that they won’t get themselves into any dangers, if they decide to venture out into the wilderness.
Unfortunately, they have no saying in regards to what pokemon they are handed/given. Their specialization can be used to try and influence in what type of pokemon they could receive, but it won’t ensure they will receive something accordingly to it. Seeing how, it is mainly influenced by the availability of options more than anything else.
