If there’s one thing you can take out of this post, it’s resilience, strength, hard work and determination. This was my first progress photo from my highest weight of 320. Hard to believe that a woman of my height could get to that size. It’s unhealthy and I did NOT feel beautiful (personally for MYSELF). I hated everything I was and then a glimpse of hope and self love took over. The girl on the left wanted to basically disappear and just stop existing. The woman on the right spent a few years healing after a horrible situation and now is loving herself more than ever! THIS IS BODY POSITIVITY. Getting right with yourself, taking accountability, and taking care of yourself from the inside out. 50LBs down and 80lbs more to go (or more!). SUPPORT YOUR FRIENDS WHO ARE ON A HEALTH JOURNEY. This shit is hard on our own as it is, PLEASE be loving and supportive. And thank you to those who are! You don’t need to know my entire story to know that I took accountability for where I was, so what are you going to do to help your damn self? Because NO ONE is going to hold your hand! COMPLACENCY IS DEAD! Don’t settle!

PLEASE GUYS HELP ME AND ARIHEL BY SUPPORTING OUR CAUSE?! As a lot of you know, I help out my local ferals by getting them TNR (trap and release) and vaccinations. This aids the cats health, the local community and keep the cat population down. These poor animals suffer greatly, health wise, physically, emotionally and mentally, because they become unwanted in the area and are often abused or killed. TNR is a wonderful way to help and stop their suffering, but funds are greatly needed to keep the process going. I have found a new colony that needs help ASAP, because in a very short period of time one cat can become hundreds. Please help me get them fixed.
