My DIY Natural skincare routine for radiant skin
For daily routine:
1. Sleep for at least 8 hours a day.
Now a days, we usually do not sleep 8 hours a day because of some reasons like work, browsing the internet using our smartphones, taking care of our business and many more. Sleeping is a must for us because it generates our cells and it makes our skin glow and radiant.
2. Drink detox water.
Apple cider vinegar, lemon and honey
Apple cider vinegar is high in enzymes, and it leads to a clearer complexion. We all know that lemons are packed with vitamin C. Enriching your body’s detox capabilities and nourishes the liver. Honey is best for anti-bacterial purposes, but since it’s rich in sugar, be sure to take a right amount of it.
3. Take a warm bath or shower.
Taking a warm bath or shower makes our skin clean and reduce the symptoms of skin disease.
4. Wash your face and apply a moisturizer.
To make your face clean always wash it with soap and dry it with towel. A moisturizer can also boost hydration to your face and also, it prevents from flaking and dullness.
5. Sanitize your smart phones.
Did you know that our smartphones has E. Coli, influenza, and many more so it needs to sanitize. You just need a cloth and an alcohol to sanitize your smartphone and even your cellphone case.
