Palestinian fundraiser masterpost
I'm starting to receive quite a lot of asks, so change of plan: I'm making a post to collect the ones I could verify as legit, to link in my pinned (the scam bust takes priority for now ^^) and to keep updated every once in a while.
First of all: NON-COMPREHENSIVE LIST OF SOURCES I USE FOR VERIFICATION (and consequently good place to find legit fundraisers)
_ @/gaza-evacuation-funds
_ @/nabulsi and @/el-shab-hussein's spreadsheet
_ @/90-ghost
_ @/ibtisams
_ @/bilal-salah0
_ @/a-shade-of-blue (not a vetter, but good at finding info)
_ Operation Olive Branch - spreadsheet (includes fundraising for Congo and Sudan)
_ Operation Poppy Flower
_ GazaFunds
_ Project Watermelon
_ Strawberry Seeds
_ Butterfly Effect Project
_ Bees and Watermelons spreadsheet
OTHER LINKS
_ Crips for E-sims (Chuffed crowdfunding to buy e-sims)
_ re: gazavetters (TL;DR: former vetters that stopped working as of time of posting. List seems to be functional for now, so I'm still gonna include any person who's been vetted by them in the past, in a separate list at the end. Those who had a secondary verification will be in the main list, as they're more easily verifiable. Be cautious!)
LIST OF PEOPLE WHO CONTACTED ME, with verification, under readmore (will do my best to keep it up to date) (lmk if you find any broken link)

🚨🌑 Dear friends, The situation is deplorable
With the large number of displacements from one place to another, we have forced to leave some basic supplies in each place to escape death and seeking peace 🌿…
In these cold days ❄️🥶, We used the blankets that was made to cover us during sleep, to make a tent that shelters me (to protect us now from the cold days).
Previously it was summer and we did not care about having a good tent,
But now with the arrival of winter we cannot sleep at night, the bitter cold has eaten our bones, and we have a severe shortage of blankets and clothes ....
There is no even a mattress for my little brother, and he sleeps on a blanket stuck to the ground without a mattress, and I myself sharing the same blanket with my father
I ask you to donate now in order to buy a waterproof and reasonable tent and remove the blankets from the current tent to use it to cover us again during sleeping and buy some other supplies of bedding, clothes, etc. and prepare for upcoming winter ...
a simple renaissance from you, good people, so that we can achieve our short-term goal.
2646 euros from 5000 euros.
Thank you all
I swear to you that I could not sleep at night due to the severity of the cold. What do you think about my old father and my young brothers? This is what prompted me to write in the morning.

"Don’t we have the right to live like other women in the world?"
I am Hilda, a Palestinian woman living in Gaza, carrying my first child amidst an unrelenting war. Pregnancy was supposed to be a time of joy and anticipation, but the war has changed everything😥
@hildanasr1 gfm
Since our home in Shuja’iyya was destroyed, my husband and I have been living in a tent in southern Gaza. Here, we face the biting cold of winter, the scorching heat of summer, and the relentless intrusion of insects and reptiles. It feels as though I’m locked in a constant struggle with both nature and reality, yet I strive to find a glimmer of hope in the darkest moments.🙏🥺
🍉🇵🇸🍉🇵🇸
I place my hand on my belly and feel the heartbeat of life within me—it’s the only thing keeping me grounded. I wonder what kind of future this child will have. How will they grow up in a world steeped in fear and destruction❓
My sister’s children, Rima and Saleh, give me strength. I try to be a source of comfort and protection for them in a world that feels so unforgiving, even when I feel like I need that protection myself.
Fear is my constant companion. I’m afraid to leave the tent, and I’m afraid to stay inside it. I long for a single moment of safety—a moment where I can breathe without this crushing weight on my chest. Still, I refuse to give up.
I am Hilda. I carry hope in my heart despite the war, dreaming of a better future for my family, no matter how long or difficult the journey ahead may be.
"Please respond to me... to save my life and my baby’s."

Before January 2025:
If you are a USAmerican in a relationship that might be affected by legislation that dissolves same-sex marriages, who may no longer be recognized as next-of-kin, especially if you have children, get your rights in writing!
Your marriage certificate may not be enough to prove you have rights to make medical decisions for non-biological children or for a same-sex spouse or partner.
Go to a lawyer, get it spelled out as clearly as possible that you have a voice in emergency medical and legal situations.

Dear compassionate friends,
My name is Lubna Alajrami, and I am a devoted mother from Gaza. At 30 years old, I cherish my three beautiful children: Eline, aged 7, Kinda, 2, and my precious son, Nasser, who is 4 years old.
Amidst this dire situation, my heart aches for my son, Nasser, who at 4 years old, grapples with a thyroid condition and stunted growth. We lack the means to provide him with medical treatment and the most basic necessities, such as diapers and milk. Urgent medical attention is imperative, but our current circumstances are beyond our reach. We need to travel to Egypt to seek medical treatment for Nasser; however, the fees required from the Egyptian side to cross the borders are very high, £ 4000 for adults and £2000 for kids.
My family, including my husband, three kids, and I once led a content and joyous life in the North of Gaza. However, the onset of war-shattered our dreams, our home, and our means of sustenance. Today, we find ourselves with nothing but the fragments of what was once our life.
During the war on Gaza, we lost our business and our source of livelihood
Allow me to share with you the stark reality we face. With the outbreak of conflict, we sought refuge in the south, settling in Deer Albalah, clinging to the hope of safety until the storm of war abated. Yet, our reality is now a tent in a refugee camp devoid of basic amenities. Our living space is confined, lacking toilets, kitchens, and even access to clean water and electricity. For six gruelling months, we've endured the harshness of our circumstances, battling not only the physical challenges but also the pervasive illnesses that haunt the refugee camp. All these conditions directly affected my son Nasser's health for the worst. It breaks my heart to see my child suffering and needing medical aid while I have nothing I can do.
Hence, I implore your kindness and generosity in support of our case. This fundraiser aims to secure medical treatments for Nasser. Therefore, we need to travel to Egypt to seek medical treatment for him. However, I can't leave my other children; we must travel together. This fund will support our evacuation from Gaza to have medical treatment for my son, covering travel expenses, the necessary entry fees into Egypt, temporary shelter, and essential provisions for our survival until we can rebuild our lives.
Our goal is ambitious but essential: £16,000. This sum will provide us with fees for medical treatment for Nasser, £2000, and £14,000 to pay the Egyptian side for arranging our leave to Egypt for five persons: me, my husband, and our three kids.
Your assistance can make a tangible difference in our lives. Here's how you can help:
Donate whatever amount you can afford to support our cause.
Share our fundraiser with your network, spreading awareness of our plight.
Keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate these trying times.
No matter how small, every contribution is a beacon of hope for us. Your kindness and compassion will serve as a lifeline, guiding us towards a brighter tomorrow.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Lubna Alajrami

For those not tapped into Australian politics, King Charles is in Australia to conduct his "historic first tour to the commonwealth realm" i.e visting countries that King Charles is supposedly a monarch to.
Indigenous senator Lidia Thorpe had requested an audience with King Charles for weeks prior to this visit, she wrote countless letters to speak to him. Unlike other commonwealth nations and other former Brisitish colonies, a treaty with Indigenous peoples in Australia was never formed. Their land was never ceded to the British Crown. After being denied and ignored, Lidia Thorpe, draped in a traditional possum skin cloak, stormed in the Great Hall during the reception for Charles at Parliament House in the capital shout the following:
I literally can't even look at these photos without getting goosebumps.

!! DONT SKIP !! donations urgently needed They are only at €5,561 out of €50,000 goal
I was contacted by Nader to draw pictures for and help spread his brother Abdulsalam Al-Anqar’s fundraiser to save their family. Nader is a 17 year old boy who lives in Gaza with his family: parents Ahmed (54) and mother Iman (49), brothers Abdulsalam (26), Mohammed (14), and Omar (21) and Abdulsalam’s wife and their one year old daughter Iman. Imagine it was your sibling, your friend, your son, who should be in school or with his friends, who instead has to hide from bombs and ask for help online to save his family. His family have suffered through one year of genocide. All of you are their hope to get to safety.
This fundraiser is vetted by @gazavetters, number four on the spreadsheet here
Abdulsalams daughter Iman is only one year old and has lived most her life in a war zone. She is suffering from malnutrition. It’s every fathers worst nightmare to see their child starve and not be able to feed her. Please help him feed his daughter and get her to safety. No child should grow up hearing the sound of bombs. Every child has the right to food and safety. You can help give Iman the childhood she should have, where she can sleep in a safe bed at night with a full stomach.
Their father Ahmed has cancer and needs surgery and medication. It is not possible to get the treatment he needs in Gaza. every day his illness is left untreated, the cancer will continue to spread through his body, so he very urgently needs money for treatment and travel. If you help them get to their goal, you are saving their fathers life. Don’t let this family who have already lost so much lose their father, husband, and grandfather
Nader has showed me pictures of this explosion close to them, thankfully they were able to get away. Every day they stay in Gaza their lives are at risk from israeli bombs. Every day and hour counts. I know there are compassionate and kind people who are willing to help. every euro helps, YOUR donation will bring them one moment closer to safety. With love and hope I’m asking you to give what you can, I believe in the kind people of the world and I beg you to not let them die. If you can’t donate, please share so it may reach people who can.
Never forget that palestinians are not numbers on a list of deaths. Please think of each of them, think of their names and faces and know that you can help them. I think of them every day. I think of the hopes and dreams they should achieve, I think of their education, their future, and the love they show when they work hard every day to get help. You may feel powerless to stop this genocide, but you have the power to save Abdulsalam and his family. I dream that the day will come soon where they may use their days to rest and recover from what they’ve been through, where they can share a meal and laugh and the children will play, instead of having to use their time to beg the world to listen and help them. We can make this possible.
50 000 euros is a lot of money for one person to give, but for all of us together, it can be done. Please don’t look away.

if you’re a new tumblr user from tiktok or IG or something and only like posts and dont reblog them yeah people will think you’re a bot and block you but you will also make this website actively worse. they want “algorithmic” users like you, served recommended posts through likes, not people who just follow each other and respond to the direct chronological feed. there is a reason this website is still better than the rest, even with all its problems, do not ruin this

they'll fund a genocide and let their poor regions be destroyed. don't fucking forgive them for that.
my hometown is completely gone from what pictures i can find of it, i have not heard from my family (including aunts, uncles, parents, one sibling, and a grandparent), and the infrastructure in the mountain communities is wiped out. i cannot stress how catastrophic this is, or how difficult it will be for these communities to build back. i am angry, and scared, and heartbroken by everything that's happened.
and our government is spending it's money to fund a genocide.
free palestine, and don't be complicit. realize that this is not something happening that doesn't affect you--although it shouldn't take this to care about the deaths of thousands of people anyway.
