Another of my characters turned into a Guardian. This was voted on as September’s Patreon wallpaper and I had an absolute BLAST working on it. Saffron was voted to be the main character and it was fun designing a super for her. Her sword instantly revives dead teammates and buffs those she slices while alive. A real “fuck you now get back in there” move!

Sledgehammers are FUN. Even down to just chucking a hammer, catching it in mid air off of their face, then redelivering it all before hitting the ground. Its all so fluid and great! I have also been running hunter blades on PC and I am so ready to make a ton of Destiny themed artwork. 

Did you know that if your art gets featured on Bungie’s website or blog you get an in-game emblem? I really really want that thing. So expect some more artwork as I practice and refine what I got. See you around!

I only really do Destiny artworks when I am playing the game and really feeling it. I want to make artworks that I like, not just to fill this blog! Thank you all for being patient with me. Honestly I love this image a ton lol.

Previews of the Player’s Guidebook and Game Master’s Guide are here! The Player’s Guidebook will be free for EVERYONE, while the Game Master’s Guide will be for patrons only.

There is one more book in the series, the Bestiary of the Wilds, which will be for Content Package patrons ($10/month). This book will contain additional and alternative stat blocks for monsters, and will have stat blocks (including lair and legendary actions) for some of the named ultras that appear in Destiny, The Dark Below, and House of Wolves. Hopefully I will have a preview of that book available soon!

“Into the Forest of Dread”

Not all of the stories told in Destiny are gun-toting thrall-blasting loot-snatching hero tales. There are a lot of them that are dark, dreary, nevermore style. Of ancient gods ripping what you never could feel away from you. Where technology so advanced its beyond your scope of knowledge enacts vengeance for something you aren’t aware you would do. When your friends can just vanish into the night before they could get out a scream.

I wonder if any of the dead ghost’s memories are traumatizing for our Ghost? To see a guardian walking into a forest, knowing it will never see them again. Do they see us in that situation? Does it know we will return for certain?

My PC Titan who I have been calling “The Knight”. She is all about honor. Earning, maintaining, and respecting other’s. If you dare insult her honor you will be meeting the wrong end of a sword real quick. Probably a nice gal most of the time. Loves the Crucible.

Each Ghost carries with it centuries of stories and experiences. When their light is snuffed out, some small part of that is kept in their shell. Find them. Preserve what they share.

Some ink work for Inktober of my Warlock. Had an idea about light and a sudden idea I wanted to get across. Warlocks are weird like that.

First piece I made of my PS Warlock, The Actor, after getting the colors and pattern right. She has no set subclass at the moment, but the dramatic reveal of an effen flaming sword seems to work for the time being.

What do you think of the new D2 DLC trailer that just dropped?

Someone already threw it at me the MOMENT it was available. Like D2 vanilla, I will try to go in as blind as possible. I am not going to look at the trailer or as much other things as possible. More fun that way!

And the cycle begins again. Same Guardians, new look.

I have been working VERY hard to get my guardians to a point I am happy with on Destiny 2. This one still needs a bit of work on the legs, and I am willing to replace the robes if I find something more matching what I am looking for. But for now I am content with my Warlock on PS4. All of my Guardians have personalities I have designed for them, because that is what I do. Hopefully I make the time to draw them more now that I have more Destiny fans in my community willing to put up with my hours of armor practice.

I also have it on PC. So I have PLENTY to work with. Yay!
