Ever since Apple did away with the iPhone's headphone jack, the issue's been one of consternation every time another brand debuts a jackless phone.

A lot of the time, people accuse makers of dropping the jack in order to sell additional pricey Bluetooth headphones.

That was the same for Razer, which recently released its first ever smartphone; people said it was so they could sell its $79.99 USB C headphones, or $99.99 Bluetooth ones.

However, Razer CEO, Min-Liang Tan, has revealed that removing the headphone jack added a very respectable 500mAh to the phone's battery by way of size.

Black Friday was a lifetime ago - and Cyber Monday is already starting to fade in your memory - but that’s not stopping Amazon from continuing to offer some pretty competitive discounts.

Apple has filed an application for a US patent on a foldable electronic device with a flexible display this month, indicating that the company may be working on ideas for a future iPhone to rival Samsung’s rumored foldable handset.

To be clear, the brief application states that the gadget “may be a laptop computer, a tablet computer, a cellular telephone, a wristwatch, or other electronic device.” Of these, it seems most likely that Apple would be keen on baking a foldable screen into its popular smartphone.

FOR THE LOVE OF GRILLING.

All meat lovers fully understand what it means to have a perfectly grilled steak, fish, chicken, etc. Granted, this stretches to even those who love perfectly grilled veggies as well. Below are 10 tips for both outdoor and indoor activities.

For people living in a condo or apartment:

1. Invest in a good electric grill.

There are two types of electric grills. (a) Open grill- Food is cooked from the bottom and you need to flip it over once it is done. (b) Contact Grill – Its lid cooks the topside of the food so no flipping.

2. Prepare Properly.

In door, grilling suggests that you oil your food and not the grill. Simply heat your grill over high heat until it begins to smoke, then brush oil on your meat or vegetable, with seasoning and cook according to the recipe.

3. Ensure fire safety measures.

To keep smoke levels down, try not to over oil or over source your food. Secondly, do not press down on foods or squeeze the juices out which will dry your food, burn it and produce a lot of smoke.

4. Smoky flavor.

It’s quite hard to get that smoky flavor from an indoor grill as it is gotten from hardwood charcoal on an outdoor grill. To achieve a somewhat similar taste, invest in smoky flavor barbeque sauce.

5. Pick the right foods.

Avoid large cuts of meat and fatty meats like the dark. Do burgers, hotdogs, stakes, and vegetables.
