that being said, i will no longer post art publicly.

im very tired of being a public figure - albeit a small one. i don't find it interesting anymore and all it brings me is pure anxiety and fear. i wanna draw without feeling pressured to reach a certain audience, or to please people. i always draw for myself and only myself (except ofc during commissions). there wasn't any turning point per se that made me choose doing this, ive just been thinking about this for a while and it's the best decision for my mental health and happiness overall.

i don't draw fanarts and i don't share my oc stories, so theres no way for ppl to get attached to my characters beyond their designs. im happy and satisfied with the path im choosing to take. itll be for the best ^__^

this is a goodbye. ill still make art, ill still post it privately on toyhouse, and ill still join artfight. im just going private, that's all! im okay and ill be okay, this is a promise. life has its ups and downs and i can manage now that im medicated for my bpd and ocd :3

i will still post on my side acc, @neuvichi, but there won't be any artwork. just rb and all. i also have a side acc on bluesky for rambles n all, with occasional wips. this account will not be deactivated as i want people to read this post. i will however deactivate my vgen once i deliver the last comm that is due

im eternally grateful for the love and support throughout these years - almost a decade!

about commissions

hello there! this is long due but as you’ll see, i’ve been either busy or trying to avoid going insane

i will not publicly open commissions again, unless it’s an emergency. every queued commission will be cancelled (will directly contact everyone soon), and i’ll finish only the ones that are already paid (1 sketch, 1 painted, and a few chibi heads). i work as an accountant for my day job and shit happened now my department is extremely overworked and understaffed. i am so tired i’ve been drinking energy drinks and coffee every day and i still fall asleep on my chair every now and again, plus constantly not taking lunch breaks so i can work on more stuff (n i don’t get paid extra so yay). because of that, i tend to leave the nights after work to do personal stuff and ease my mind. i am very close to having a burnout and it’s not fun at all, i’m so sorry for lack of updates and communication i’m going Insane

day work aside, i also have adhd and i can’t be medicated due health issues that would lead to risk of convulsions if i took any type of adhd med so this is fun

every PAID commission will be delivered until june 15th, no more no less

after that, i’ll only open commissions to close friends or friends i’ve known for years bc i feel very guilty for being this slow. i hope you guys understand and once again i’m so sorry for lack of professionalism in this regard :’) i will try (keyword: try) to work every other saturday afternoon, current priority is the painted commission as it’s the one i’ve been working on the longest.
