I would like to ask for recommendations of mangas or doujinshis where the mother is lesbian and if possible there are no secrets, at least not in the end, and without incest.

Ebisu-san and Hotei-san is a good one! Technically an aunt; not a mother, but she’s in a parental role, and there are some very cute “small child’s understanding of love” moments with her niece.

I get the feeling there are probably a lot of Nanoha x Fate doujins (some nsfw @ the link) focusing on motherhood, too, considering they canonically have a child together, haha. I’ve never really focused on them too much though so I can’t suggest any specific doujins.If you mean manga where the story is about other characters and there just happens to be a lesbian mom, unfortunately, I can’t think of any off of the top of my head. I think Hourou Musuko (Wandering Son) has some positive queer adult role models, though! There’s some yuri in Hourou Musuko, but the main focus is on growing up (with trans/questioning main characters).
