Personality: A sweet, gentle giant who loves humans. He's a bit shy, but pretty curious and cheerful when he's with his family and friends.

Fun fact: He got a magical necklace from a witch friend. It can make him shrink to human size.

As a overthinker and perfectionist person I already dislike my last drawing of him, (thank god I removed the reblog option lol) so I'm starting a new one :)

Aww, tysm! I'm glad you liked him! I saw that some of my favorite creators like @puddingforg @coffehbeans actually saw and liked my post, this is unreal!

I've written many versions of his story, they are almost the same, but I need to write an official one. I'm not very confident in my writting but.. I can try.

Tiny: *shakes their head.

*Silence

Tiny: *suddenly grabs one of the giant's fingers and hugs it.

Giant: *gently scoops the tiny up, holding the little one close to their chest.

Yep, I agree with you. He's too innocent and clumsy. I guess he doesn't really notice what's going on around him when he's in giant form. That's why he couldn't help.

The author probably made him seem like a dumb character to make the scenes funny. If this wasn't a comedy anime it would be amazing to see him being more carefull around tinies! Since he seems so sweet and shy. His kind nature made me forget about some atitudes that should have been better. I could only see how sweet he seemed.

They made him seem like an air head to bring the comedy. At least he said sorry two times for the sneeze lol. Yeah he's slow, not realizing he could use his size to help..

I love when the giants take good care of their tiny friends. How could I just not talk about his flaws in my post!!? My FAV thing about g/t interactions is when the giant really is carefull and gentle with the tiny!! And he wasn't until now.

Unfortunately, when it comes to g/t in media, especially when there are male giants, most of them are just mindless beasts, so I guess when I saw Oota I already felt happy to finally see a more... sweet and human-like giant. A giant that doesn't want eat or kill humans. But anyways, I do wish he was more carefull.

Expressing my love for g/t

(English is not my first language and I'm not the best when it comes to expressing my feelings, but here I go)

When the giant is sweet and carefull when interacting with the tiny... my heart gets warm, my head calms down and butterflies appear, flying around inside my stomach.

G/t wholesome scenes are like a comfort place where I don't feel so sad.

Sometimes, I need to lie on my bed, close my eyes and think about giants being kind to their little friend or lover.

Giants teasing their tiny friend, their friendship, their precious little moments, their love, it all makes me feel... sweet emotions...

And it's not only the wholesome moments. It's about the adventures, the stories, the excitement you feel when you discover a whole new fantasy world of amazing stories with giants and tinies!

A giant meeting a tiny for the first time! Their journey to their friendship, their story...

Giants and tinies helping each other, them being kind to each other, them teasing and pranking each other, them fighting against those who hate the giants or the tinies in their world...

Sweet scenes, sad scenes, funny scenes, scary scenes...

I like to create g/t stories in my head, when I close my eyes I can live those adventures and watch my characters live amazing moments. I LOVE them.

I'm not the best with words, and words can't describe all the feelings and the precious connection I've created with g/t.

Tiny houses

Okay but you know when a giant is trying to communicate with a frightened tiny hiding in their house?

Yeah you know that one scenario, where the giant keeps peeking at the windows with one eye, and saying “Won’t you please come out? I don’t want to hurt you- I just wanna talk!”

But the shy tiny keeps hiding, so at some point the giant sighs and goes “Okay, take your time…” sitting in front of the house.

Like, the giant could TEAR OFF the roof if he wanted, but it wouldn’t be cool to break someone’s house to force them to communicate! So the giant remains patient, and keeps saying random crap to lighten the mood and hopefully start a conversation. 

Random crap like “Ya know, it’s a pretty weather outside. A shame you ain’t seeing it.” “Your house is pretty, by the way.” “Heh, birds are annoying today, they keep bumping into me and- you know what I’m talking about? no? Okay…” “My name is ____ by the way, nice to meet you. It’d be great to know your name though.” “Please talk to me I feel stupid and lonely talking to myself. Are you even listening?”

“There you are..” Whispers that still rumble your core as your trembling form is picked up by gentle, steady fingers— curling around you. Theres nothing but affection in the giants voice.

Giants with elegant, sleek hands and subtle clawed nails carefully plucking up a human between two fingers on their back and their thumb to their torso.

“Awh.. don’t tell me you’re afraid~? I’d never hurt someone as cute as you.”

A giants eyes clouded with affection, a distinctive blush on their features. Their eyes are half-open; focused solely on the tiny.

Giants being teasing when sleepy, gently cooing things like “Waking up a monster like me at this hour~? How brave.” or “Aww.. what will I ever do with you?” Their voice is more velvety, the gentle, sleepy rumble thats followed by soft giggles or a yawn. (even better if the giant has fangs)

Gentle giants that ask before kissing their tiny. Even if the tiny knows if they really wanted, anything the tiny said wouldn’t matter. The mutual respect and love.. throwing away the obvious power imbalances.. i love..

Loving giants that pepper their tiny love in kisses— lips enveloping their torso and whatever else. The slight squirming of the tiny trying to get comfortable while so obviously giddy, and the giant pulling away as their love is either awe struck or sleepy now. (for girls, the tiny having maybe an accidental lipstick mark or two)

Looming over a tiny with a flirty smile, fawning over how cute they are— curling your hands around them or leaning in to scan their features.

Holding a tiny carefully— getting lost in the moment and beginning to massage their back, shoulders and arms with a thumb, patting their hair until they eventually have fallen asleep.

“You’re safe.” While holding a tiny so close, either comforting them from a memory or nightmare.

Giants kissing tinies on their tummy, its a vulnerable place that protects vital organs— so an abundance of trust would be needed. But goodness, would the gentle contact melt them..

Giants waking a tiny up, not bothering to fish them out of their comfort— instead picking them up, comforters, pillows and all.

Turning Giant Panic

So we all know the scenes where a character turns into a giant and the freaks out. Usaully theres a part where the turing giant reachs out for help only to retrack because they realize how much bigger their hand/they are now. Usually when a person panics they arent thinking straight. Give me a person who is turning giant who is panic so badly they even tho they are so much bigger now the still reach out for someone anyone to help them.

Imagne them grabbing their friend/loved one even tho there so small now and BEGGING them to do something anything to make it stop or to explain whats happening to them. The helplessness of both the turning giant not knowing what to do and not realizing how badly they are freaking everyone else out and the friend/loved one who cant do anything about what is happening to their now giant friend and is now freaking out to
