missing in action
it’s been months since I’ve gotten on here. I guess. Cause I’ve lost so much weight and have just kept going. I started this journey at my highest weight ever 185. I begun in January of 2024 I had plenty of set backs even a whole two months where I gained back a lot of weight I’d lost and was super depressed but by sept I had gotten down to 145 and since then my weight has just kept plummeting. I weigh in today at 117. It’s barely even a thing for me anymore I don’t actively try to restrict it’s just kinda second nature at this point. When I do remember to eat it’s healthy stuff mostly but I can’t lie I had a week at a new job where every single day I had one slice of pizza… not the most healthy option but I got out late and it was close by. Mind you I usually only eat once a day so even the pizza week that one slice was all I had for those days even then I didn’t gain anything and be gotten more strict with my after work food by being my own stuff or just going without cause I honestly do not feel hungry all the time anymore. I can go days without realizing oh wait I haven’t ate have I. The tell tale sign is the sudden dizziness upon standing. I can fit almost all of my skinny clothes I had held on to even when I got super huge except a few size 0’s but I know it will come soon. Also I cycle a lot stopped driving to work and I just take my bike to and from been a routine of mine for about 6 months or so. When I have no work like on the weekends I like to extended trips of up to 40 miles. I don’t know why I’m writing all this maybe to encourage my other ed peeps. I know we want it fast and it can be done fast so I’m not discouraging you but when I stopped obsessing about how fast and did the work everything just melted off. I didn’t even truly realize how much I’d lost cause I never see my real body when I look in the mirror. What made me realize it was the constant freaking compliments don’t get me wrong I love them but all I’d hear is omg your so skinny, how did you do it? What have you been doing ? And then most recently, I think your too skinny…. Hahaha never too skinny I will keep going this week alone I’ve lost 3 pound it’s like the lower I get the easier it is. So keep going you got this you will get to your goal wait and it will be amazing.

reminder to edbIr to not reblog other peoples posts with 3d tags, especially if they ARENT using 3d tags. they certainly are doing that for a reason and adding tags to their posts probably causes them a lot of anxiety because its a very quick way to get t3rmed. i genuinely mean no offense, but if you need to use tags to enjoy your time here, leave people who dont need to use tags out of it </3 exposure and reach is not always a good thing on this side of tumbIr, especially unwanted reach and exposure.
