Anyway, here Melanie shared this article expressing that she wanted the lynchings against Oliver Tree or similar situations to stop. Frankly, I can understand Melanie. As it is known, Melanie doesn't like chaos and hatred at all, and she doesn't have bad thoughts about people with whom she doesn't get along. Although the Evil song contains things about Oliver, that doesn't matter. Melanie may no longer want to hear about Oliver and want her songs to be associated with him all the time. As a matter of fact, Mel also stated that she was uncomfortable in her article. I think this process of chaos and fan wars should stop now. It would be nicer if everyone focused on their favorite artist and artists. Yes, I don't like Oliver very much either, but that doesn't mean I can insult him in a way that goes beyond borders. Hate and drama

So~ lately if some of yall didn't notice, Oliver (mels ex) has been getting alot of hate cause of melanie fans.

And tbh, I don't really listen to his music, but I didn't really like him for a while, but when the song EFIL came out in the PORTALS album, many people (including me) thought it was about her past with Oliver but I didn't really want to jump into conclusions.

So when I was scrolling on tiktok I saw one of mels post talking about how people should stop sending Oliver hate and to know that they ended in good terms, I'm not sure if the fandom will listen to her or just continue but I hope the drama about this ends....
