Here is the full story behind this painting..I foolishly used a water-soluble brush pen to ink the lineart and it did smudge everywhere when I applied watercolor. Here you can see me trying to dilute the red pigment on the protagonist's hair first before applying actual watercolor..haha and I really liked the lineart too. Wish I saved a good picture of it but the paper didn't fit in my scanner. And my phone camera skills aren't exactly stellar. The protagonist is a fearsome man 😂 he will do anything to take your heart..including posing like Jesus in a church. Yusuke is my favorite character in P5! Ive always liked his katana stance in battle and he says some smart things *most of the time* in game. Also he is an artist like me..much relate 😭 His weird side is just a bonus.
