Hello everyone! Mod Mick here with some announcements and whatnot! This will also function as my rules, guidelines, and about, so more under the cut! Please read before sending in a submission.

First off, thank you so much for the support of this blog so far! It’s always nice to see y’all in the notes feeling seen by the fact that other people are of the same opinion that Your Fave Was Robbed. That said, as this page grows, just some things to keep in mind:

-Please submit all requests through asks, including the name, franchise (if applicable), and what they were robbed of. If you’d like it anonymous, either send an anon ask or specify in your message. If you don’t tell me you’d like to remain anonymous, I’ll assume you’re okay with being tagged.

- Sorry to say, I will typically not be doing posts for real people unless it’s relevant to their career— for example, a musician being robbed of a Grammy.

-If you wanna send in a submission for yourself or a collective group (ex. “Tumblr user (X) was robbed,” “we were robbed,” “the (hobbyist) community was robbed,” etc.), go ahead. We all get robbed sometimes.

-If you’re requesting a character that doesn’t have official art/photos, I’ll probably just post it with the logo of the franchise. Artists 100% deserve credit for their work, and with the internet and its egregious reposting problem, I don’t have the time to hunt down the OP of fanart I found on the first page of Google and wait on their word. So, official character art/photos and logos only, unless you want to submit your own art with the post, which I can easily credit and get permission to use in one fell swoop.

-I’m well aware there are certain franchises and characters that are/are seen as problematic. Please keep in mind that I’m not all-knowing, and most posts on this page are user-submitted (barring those without an @ or anon note), so all opinions that aren’t mine... well, they aren’t mine.

-I try to do at least a cursory search on things I’m not familiar with and I do reserve the right to not post something if it’s racist, homophobic, otherwise bigoted or inappropriate, etc., but if I overlooked something really serious, please let me know so I can make it right.

That’s pretty much it, I think. Again, thanks for all the support, and I’ll see you all with the next robbery victim!
