Marauders doing a hear me out cake and sirius puts a picture of remus after he transformed and is a werewolf. James is scared. Peter wishes he was never convinced to participate in this. Remus is scared that a photo of him as werewolf exists. And Sirius? Hes just smug as hell waiting for everyone to share their “hear me outs” knowing none of them are gonna say anything is crazy as he has.

I think a lot of the time the abuse that Harry’s aunt and uncle put him through is downplayed in the sense that everyone sees it and doesn’t really do anything, making it seem like it “wasnt that bad” but you know it had to be bad when he had known sirius for about 20 minutes and was ready to live with him because it had to be better than with his aunt and uncle

Wolfstar is so crazy because they don’t see each other for 12 years, but they’re so locked in that they were prepared to commit murder to avenge James and Lily immediately upon seeing each other. Like imagine you haven’t seen your partner in literal years over a decade and immediately you’re willing to commit murder with them. They’re so locked in.

Thinking of Fred and George striking a deal with Professor Lupin that if they both get an outstanding on their OWLs then he will give them one hint about how the map works. It’s not the professor lupin is rooting against them, but all year neither of them have ever got more than an exceeds expectations on an exam, so he feels confident he won’t have to tell his secrets.

Then professor lupin gets a letter over the summer containing exam results and a piece of parchment that says 

“one hint”

I would have given anything to see Fred and George’s reaction to finding out that professor, professor lupin, was the one that made their beloved marauders map. That man is teaching them and trying to get them ready for their OWLs and if they found out that he was the one that created a tool for their chaos, they wouldn’t become obsessed with him.

Micro fic- 231 words - regulus

TW DEATH

As Regulus’ head slips under the water once more, he isn’t cursed either flashing visions of his life. His life was cruel enough while he lived it, no sense in reminding him. He was already dying alone where he would be forever lost to the sea. Instead his mind brought one last glimmer of hope. He hopes that one day, maybe one day his brother would be a free man. That his brother, the free man, would see what he has done and be proud. He had done it, he had finally broken free from the mold that formed the members of the House of Black into the perfect soldiers for this war he didn’t want a part in. He finally did something worthy of remembering. For once in his life he hopes that Sirius will be proud of him that he was able to chose bravery and do what is right. He hopes Sirius will remember him more than just as his death eater brother, he hopes Sirius will remember him more than that. He hopes that somehow Sirius will remember him as his brother, his brother who chose to be brave with his last actions, his brother who is sorry. With one last crash of the waves, his head went under for the final time and he let his last breath out beautifully slipping into death, the first and last moments of peace he had felt in his life.

Imagine being a parent who went to school with remus like you know he is a wonderful and capable teacher like he was smart as hell. Then you find out that he resigned and you’re so pissed because your kid is going to have a new teacher again. And like despite being a werewolf remus like taught them a lot? Like they learned so much???
