A dude I knew who was addicted to heroin/meth/pills for his ENTIRE LIFE (im talking like since pre-puberty) was able to donate several of his organs after his death!! They were even able to use his heart, after all that haha.

I’m technically an organ donor but I doubt any of my organs or tissues are in good enough condition to be donated. Imagining the transplant surgeon slicing into my torso and a puff of ominous black spores comes out. They extract my heart and it melts into black goo and drips onto the floor before they can do anything with it. I’m not worried about it because I’ll be dead but I’m sure that would be disappointing.
