If you tell someone directly "that behavior makes me uncomfortable, please stop doing that to/around me" and the person keeps doing it and anyone tries to excuse it with "they're autistic, they can't help that they're bad at social clues", know that it's bullshit. Once you have verbally articulated a boundary directly to someone's face it is no longer a complex social clue, it's a direct request. And you don't get to ignore direct communication of boundaries because you're autistic.

Rant about my equal person

I'm so grateful for my equal person. She's so amazing. She understands my identities and listens to me. And she's super kind and funny. And she probably has ASPD so I feel like she understands me better than anyone else (I'm not friends with anyone else with a PD). She's so smart. She brings out the best in me. She's so cool and adventurous and confident and she makes me feel confident and I feel comfortable trying new things with her. She's pretty popular too. She's so cool. She's got really cool friends too. I love that she feels comfortable sharing her violent thoughts with me. I love talking with her. I love going shopping with her. I love hanging out with her. I love her so much.

She's the only one of my friends who actually understands that this isn't ok. When I told her about it she was like "if he's not joking then I'm gonna [violent stuff] but even if he is joking that's really weird". I never feel like I'm being judged when I'm with her. She's so funny and she laughs at all my jokes. She lets me talk about TMNT (my special interest) and I don't feel like I'm wasting her time! She pays attention to what I say and always at least pretends to be interested! I've never even thought about suicide or self harm when I've been with her (I self harm a lot). She never interrupts me. She's so interesting too! Everything she talks about is so interesting! She's got the best taste in fashion. She's got these neon gloves that she always wears and they're so pretty!!! She's so pretty!! Her hair and her clothes and everything about her is amazing!!!

We're both LGBTQIA+ and alterhuman and it's so awesome to share that with her and she just gets me, y'know?

And she gives the BEST compliments. She's the best friend I have right now!! She's so smart! She makes me feel smart! She makes me feel good about myself! She's the best!!!! I'm pretty sure that she feels comfortable around me too!! She tells me about her crush and her violent thoughts and she vented to me yesterday about some issues within her friend group and I love that she feels comfortable around me!!! She's honestly perfect in every way.

Had a rough day today. I was really low on supply so I asked 2 of my friends for some attention and explained why I was asking. One of my friend's friends was there and he was an ass about it. He told me I can't expect attention and if I want attention I should kill myself. When I explained to him that I need supply to not be suicidal and depressed and anxious he told me to kill myself again and I shouldnt use my disorder as an excuse. He kept telling me to kill myself. He's told me to commit suicide before but this time he kept saying it. He said the world would be better without me. Not sure what to do about it.

Does anyone else deal with like…an extreme territorial feeling when it comes to your space? Like specifically your room and anything in your room.

I see something as mine and I don’t like it being encroached on. Sometimes I don’t even care if I invited them in my room, it still upsets me. It’s to the point where I don’t like if anything in my room starts to not even smell the way I want it to. It’s kind of embarrassing because it makes me feel like some animal but I can’t help feeling overcome with agitation.

In a way my space is me, and when people encroach on it I feel as if they’re trampling over me in a way, so it just kinda ticks me off.
