India celebrates its Republic Day on January 26 every year to honor the day the constitution of India officially came into effect i.e. on January 26, 1950, replacing the Government of India Act (1935) as the governing document of India. This year India will celebrate the 71st Republic on a Sunday (Today).
Let us make a pledge to our motherland that we will do everything that we can to rid it of all the evils. Let us stay united. Wish you a very Happy Republic Day!
