There Is No Love Like A Best Friend Kind Of Love
The love between friends can be sparked in a second, a spark that is not based upon perfectly blue eyes or a crooked smile, but on simply laughing at something at the exact same moment or catching each other’s eye and knowing the same thought is running through your heads. Love between friends may only take a day and within that same week, you are sending ugly Snapchats and insulting each other and pouring your heart out over a bottle of rose΄. It’s easier with friends- there’s no expectations, no need to wear spanx on every date or buy a salad when you really want a burger. There’s no over-analyzing every text, waiting an allotted amount of time to reply to a message or making the painful decision of when it is acceptable to share a bed. From the get-go, you can be authentically yourself and there is something liberating and beautiful about that. To click with someone who shares the same values as you, who becomes your biggest fan in a matter of days and wants to get to know you- all of you, even the scary, unattractive parts and will equally give parts of themselves back. You don’t have to force a friendship, you don’t have to worry if they just want to get in your knickers or will get jealous and disappear if you make other friends, or talk to other friends, or like a friend’s selfie on Facebook. You can binge watch chick-flicks without being told the plot is lame, and eat a medium sized pizza each, while downing a bottle of wine and not feel an ounce of judgement – in fact, you’ll be judged if you don’t finish! You don’t have to feel gross on your bloated stomach days, you can lift up your shirts and compare them and laugh with each other. You can turn to them when you are feeling the P.M.S emotions creeping up on you and vent to them about the same thing over and over again without being told you are obsessing. You can be brutally honest with each other and tell them things you know they don’t want to hear because they need to hear it. You can tell them if their outfit isn’t on point or that their behaviour has been a bit shitty without them not talking to you for days. You can fight with them, say things in the heat of the moment and know that you’ll sort it out; you’ll be okay because your friendship is stronger than that. You can cool off for a few days and come back together and admit you are wrong without pride getting in the way or worrying you are going to break up. You can survive distance because you know that texts and Skype are enough to sustain your friendship and you don’t have to be jealous of them spending time with other women while you’re not there; in fact, you encourage it because you don’t want them to be alone and you know you will always be their number one. And some days, your conversation will exist only of memes or emojis but you’ll both know exactly what the other is trying to say. Other days, you don’t have to say anything at all, you can sense the storm raging inside their head and know that all they need is for you to wrap your arms around them and keep them steady. Your person will encourage the parts of you you’re afraid to let shine, they will pick up the pieces when you feel as if your world falling apart and they will be the one cheering you on, pouring you another shot and taking photos of you while you’re bent over the toilet throwing up… but only to show you the next day so you can both laugh at what a top night it was, even if you promise to never get that drunk again and then do exactly that. Love with a best friend is like falling in love with yourself. 2013 is already end and as to take a look I can say that its not a perfect year for me but there's alot to be thankful for. Family,Work,Friends and even in Personal. No matter how hard we've been thru we're still here facing the reality of life with the help of the Lord. When we put our problems in God's hand,He puts His peace in our hearts. Excess Baggage
Problem. In dictionary it defines as a matter of situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful & needing to be dealt with and overcome. A thing different to believe and accomplish. Its true indeed, but how come when a problem came on us hindi paisa-isa bagkus sabay-sabay sabi nga when its rains its pours?!. Before I keep asking why I have to go through this pain knowing that I have to dealt with it Alone. Am I strong to overcome this things? Kahit paulit-ulit nating nararanasan yun kala natin kaya na natin or sadyang manhid nalang talaga to endure this pain. But as time goes by the only answer is knowing God deeply. "For every problem or difficulty, sorrow or frustration, you can find encouragement in the BIBLE". When my fear is holding me back. I find courage to accomplish my goals & follow my dreams in Joshua 1:9 "Be resulute and strong. Be not afraid & be not dismayed,for the LORD your God is everywhere you go." In my joy on the job, I turn to Jesus most powerful quotes "Peace I bequeth to you, my peace I give to you. I do not give you gifts such as the word gives". And lastly, for my Hope and Happiness, I read Matthew 5:12. I realized that all things happened for a reason we dont know why but I know God is in control. Leave all the excess baggage and move on because today is a new day, new beginning, new life and a new Me. THANK YOU GOD!

Cafe Mary Grace - Two Thumbs Up
I’ve always noticed that Cafe Mary Grace is always full when I visit Serendra. We never bothered to check it out since we originally thought that it was just a crowded ensaymada place. So, after we checked our gowns for my cousin’s wedding…finally, we are able to try it. I was pleasantly surprised that the pasta and homemade ice teas servings are good, the concept is awesome that added to the overall ambiance of dining. Its definitely highly recommended.
