Painted some rocks for today’s maysketchaday! First time studying rocks, it’s quite challenging to get the correct forms. I’ve been doing a ton of value studies lately, I’m getting really good at seeing what colours are what in values. I’m hoping to level up my art skills, which is why I’ve been very serious about studying everyday :D

Cloud studies! I had an easier time with ghibli’s than the realistic cloud bc its more stylized. Clouds are hard mann.

Dreamcatcher Scream MV color study. 

I’ve been getting really serious about studies and it’s getting a lot easier to pinpoint the color without eye dropping. I want to do a few more studies of this mv bc its so beautiful, and the song is just so damn good. Love love love the girls of dreamcatcher. I hope they get their first win really soon! They really deserve it!

Random sketch, tried for a more looser approach. I always tend to get stuck at  the sketch stage so I just skipped that step and started painting right away. Oh and Happy Black History Month! xD we get 29 days this year!

Ahhh I’m finally having fun animating! I tried like a smokey fire? First attempt!! Not bad, not bad. OK NOW, i think this will be my last post LOL I’m hoping in 2020 I’ll be able to animate a lot more. And I hope it’ll be more fun rather than stress!
