JZ4 is a minimal home located in Madrid, Spain, designed by Febrero Studio. The 1960s building, known for its distinct character, provided the backdrop for a redesign commissioned by a young family recently relocated from New York. The goal was to strike a balance between preserving the property’s architectural integrity and creating a functional, contemporary space.
