it works slightly different. Everyone can request pins with some kind of fandom creations, and this company “Дочке понравилось” makes it. This happened to ghost and pals too.. And as i’ve seen, in CIS not much ppl knows about PAFL (literally, these pins were bought only two times), and it’s so sad. I wish PAFL will be more popular in my country(
