I don't know if anyone has talked about this, but lately this has been happening in other fandoms too. There'll be these bot accounts that straight up steals people's posts and adds "expand" "read more" "continue" as a link in the end of the post - DON'T CLICK ON THAT, it's most likely a malware or something of the like.

so if you see a post like this: no profile picture, something that looks reposted (I've seen this happening to artists too) and a link at the end, even if the post has tags, that's a bot. Block and report it.

TAKING A CLOSER LOOK AT THE JEDI ORDER IN STAR WARS CANON, PART VI [A Meta/Reference Guide on AO3] aka, SO WHAT DO THE JEDI SAY AND DO IN THE ACTUAL CANON? This is the sixth part of this citations project, which is a collection of quotes that show how the Force works, what abilities a Jedi has, how the Force feels, what Jedi teach as their philosophy, Jedi's outreach to various worlds that need help, administrative details about how they work with the Republic, descriptions of the various rooms in the Jedi Temple, etc. Anything and everything that might be useful to a fic writer or a meta analyzer that you might want to reference! It's broken up by era, so if you just want to know about the prequels and want to skip over the originals or the sequels or the High Republic, you can do that! But I hope that one thing this guide can do is show the parallels between the prequels and the High Republic, that almost anything you can find in one, whatever teachings or outreach missions or bits of philosophy it is, there's something that is echoed in the other. One of the other aims of this guide is to present a case of how a lot of fanon about the Jedi isn't really supported by the canon and, hey, more power to anyone who wants to write them differently, there's no shade here about that. But I really genuinely like the canon and want to shove as much of it as I can at people and provide the best context that I can, so here have the work in this series that will now put me over the 200k words mark. Come nerd out about the Jedi with me!
