WORK IMMERSION WEEK-1 Today marked the beginning of my work immersion program at TCC [ Talisay City College]. The morning began with a orientation session where I got acquainted with the School culture, policies, and organizational structure. I was introduced to my Immersion Teacher to Mrs. Brenda and to the other Guidance counselor in the school. Mrs. Brenda who outlined my responsibilities for the duration of the immersion. I spent the rest of the day familiarizing myself with the workspace and getting to know the Other Guidance counselor.
WEEK-2 My second week of work immersion came to an end. I feel like I've made significant progress in my understanding of the School and my role. I'm excited to continue learning and growing in the Last days of My Work immersion Overall, my second week of work immersion has been both challenging and rewarding. I've learned a lot about my role, the school, and myself. I'm looking forward to what the next days on my work immersion will bring and the opportunities to further develop my skills and contribute to the team.
