My own bet - How much weight can I lose until my birthday?
I'm tired of all my excuses to not eat clean and healthy. I work out 3 times a week, but I really need to eat better and motivate myself with success. My birthday is the 26th of July.
Can I reach my goal weight until then? I think I can do it!
Almased and working out will help me to see results in a short amount of time. There are 2 ways to use Almased, I'm not quite sure yet which way I will choose, but I think I will combine them. The first way is to drink Almased 3 times a day for a whole week and to drink it 2 times a day for the second week. It is called the "bikini-emergency-plan". The second way is to drink it 3 times a day for 3 days, 2 times a day for the next 4 days, 1 time for another 3 days and 1 time with 3 meals for the rest your life, if you want so. A friend of mine lost a lot of weight with Almased, clean eating and exercising and I'm so looking forward to the same results. What could be a better bithday present to myself? :) -Isabella

Just had a Zumba lesson, but it wasn't that good because the original trainer wasn't there. Doesn't matter, Cardio is always better than sitting in my room, doin' nothing. Agree?

Kaebo and Zumba
Today I will have my first 90 minutes Kaebo lesson (karate, aerobics, boxing) with 2 of my fellow students to add some Cardio on my workout. On Wednesday we will have a 90 minutes Zumba lesson and I'm really excited. I hope Kaebo, Zumba, 30DS and Almased will show results on my body :)

Thank you to all those who have replied to my post about me having trouble with the Blogilates workouts! <3 You guys helped me so much!
I will start with running and doing easier videos as a beginner so I can gain some strength first. :)
