so I almost passed out because of my blood sugar drastically dropping.
I havent worked out for 3 days, and this morning I chugged a monster and said "let's do this!"
I havent had (real) sugar for these 3 days. I got barely a quarter way through a normal workout before my eyesight started to give and I got a headache. my tinnitus suddenly got a lot worse and I sat down and tried to calm myself.
when my heartbeat started to accelerate I panicked and googled my symptoms. its said I might have low blood sugar. at this point I was feeling lightheaded and sick to my stomach.
I look up symtoms for low blood sugar:

low blood sugar can cause seizures, and can kill you without you knowing. I only figured out what to do because I knew something was wrong. the thing is, I feel these symtoms all the time. they're symtoms of malnourishment too. when my eyesight almost fully gave is what made me realize this wasnt how it normally is.
now, if you've made it this far let me tell you what to do.
if you're feeling these symtoms, and know it's not just malnourishment, you need to get a fast acting sugar in your system.
this could save your life.
I know these foods can be scary, or you may not like them, but even just a little bit can help. I had 2% milk, only 4oz, and almost had a panic attack. but guess what.
I'm fucking alive.
anorexia's not cute, so if you're just in the 'curious' phase, take this as a warning. the amount of people that die from this DISEASE (because that's what it fucking is) is terrifying.
if you're new, or "just want to lose some pounds" stop. you're fucking beautiful.
this is scary. this happened to ME. there was a possibility of death.

be patient- you won’t reach your goal weight overnight. don’t let that discourage you. it’s tempting to see the number on the scale dropping really slowly and say “fuck it, nothing is happening so im just going to eat”. don’t give in. slow progress builds up over time; giving up will get you right back where you started.
