    The little girl sat on her bed, awaiting for her guardian and caretaker, the big     book placed in her lap and she caressed the golden letters of the title - Once     Upon a Time. She was too young yet to rid it by herself, but she already knew     it. To be honest, she remembered the story. She remembered it so well she     could just tell it from her memory - the story of her parents. The heroes who     gave their lifes to protect her and the whole town. Her blue eyes, inherited from     her father, rose up as the dark-haired woman entered the room.

                                               “ Auntie Gina..? ” 

    She spoke, in a soft, quiet voice.

                                            “ Read it for me? “

   Yet another time. But she didn’t mind.

But that was exactly why Cleo was there. To change     that future to help her mother. So she summoned a soft smile upon her lips,     though her hands were trembling and she couldn’t hide that - trembling just      in a way Emma’s did when she was nervous.

    When she was born, she had been a creature of light. Pure and sweet, small     and oh, so soft. He didn’t get to hold her, before she had been sent away for     her own good, but he saw these clear green eyes, now so different than what     he could remember, filled with anger and hatred, feelings so foreign on her      angel-like, soft face. Whatever was it the Black Fairy had done to her, she made     sure that there was no light left in her heart. Or rather, no heart left in her chest...

    She spoke, mocking his title, the title that sounded so wrong upon her lips.
