Animal inspired makeup. Here's a list of the animals and where they come in: Lion: backcombed hair Pig: hair colour (however it had faded by the time I did the makeup) Snake: ear shape and colour Ladybird: freckles on the cheeks and dots around the eyes Wolf: eyeliner shape, and colour, shape and fluffiness of the eyebrows Rainbow feathered bird: lip colour Lizard eye: eyeshadow colours and colour pattern. Here’s the mermaid finished! I used my foundation for the skin tone and Snazaroo water activated paints for the rest of the colouring!

My next project is a mermaid who's is dying from oil spills and toxic waste. The prosthetic on the nose and cheekbones is a simple mix of flesh coloured liquid latex and flour, which thickens the latex. The scales are made from gelatine.
