Finn Mikaelson in life was a good man and a good older brother. Devoted to the gods as well as devoted to his family, he did his best to protect his siblings from their father and juggle the feelings of their mother in the wake of the loss of Freya and then Henrik. It was all things no child should have to do for their parents - especially considering how he had to become his mother’s emotional rock in the way their father should have been - but Finn took it in stride feeling he had a responsibility as the eldest brother. He knew nothing better, though.
There were times - unbeknownst to Klaus at all - that Finn would even shoulder the blame for things if only to spare his little brother the beatings from their father as he was bigger and could handle them better. He wasn’t perfect and he was emotionally stunted from a very young age due to his own trauma from how they lost Freya and how Esther had isolated him and leaned on him after that - but he loved his family very fiercely in his own, quiet way - especially as he wound up parenting his own siblings to a degree.
After all of this stress and responsibility, being turned into a vampire broke him. It shook his faith to the core and it was more than he really could handle on top of their mother dying and their father hunting them after he helped her do this to them. He shut down and became extremely depressed, not knowing how to handle the already complicated emotions he now felt far more keenly due to the change. He wanted to be angry at their mother, but considering all that he knew - he didn’t feel he had a right to it considering all she had sacrificed. He wanted to be angry at their father, but - they were monsters, weren’t they? Monsters needed to be stopped. And oh, it would put him out of this misery if Mikael did.
His siblings - rather smartly, really - daggered him early. But Elijah never stopped trying to break through to him - waking him up when it was safe and had time to try and help him get out from under their mother’s thumb. The closest in age, Elijah knew Finn better than most.
It took a couple centuries and a long, long talk with his little brother before he agreed to try. He agreed to try, to let Elijah try and help him - and made him promise if he could not handle it, to dagger him once more. It began to work - he would always have that struggle within him - but his eyes were opened to the truth of their situation and how their parents had both treated them horribly. Finn started to break free from their mother’s influence and slowly started to come out of his deep, deep depression as well.
He remained by his siblings’ sides after that, struggling with selective mutism quite a bit but being there for them as best he could despite how truly exhausted he still felt. What really helped him keep going, though, was turning back to his faith and resurrecting the old traditions that often gave him such a sense of security and calm. It was in returning to these traditions that he began to regain his emotional strength - the gods had not left him as he thought. He would be alright.
So by his siblings’ side he remains, a man of very, very few words and devout in his religion. After 1000 years together as siblings (or 700ish in Finn’s case), none of them are perfect by any means. Spending that much time more or less stuck together causes plenty of problems and it can still be a lot but they make it work even with the conflicts that arise periodically over the years.

Atlas was born the eldest son to Iapetus and Clymene. Known for his daring and his intelligence - he was only surpassed in such pursuits by his crafty little brother Prometheus. Life in their household was chaotic but delightful and very much shaped the person Atlas became.
When the Titanomachy began, Atlas was appointed the general of his uncle’s army. Honored and loyal, he threw himself into the war head-first and perhaps a little blindly. When his brother Prometheus tried to convince them all that they needed to use guile to win - Atlas did not listen. When Prometheus tried to convince him to defect as the Titans would not win: he did not listen. In hindsight, that was something Atlas can now recognize was a mistake.
Sentenced to hold the heavens up indefinitely, he almost freed himself by tricking Heracles into doing it for him - but was tricked back into the job. Recently, he has been given a reprieve by being made the guardian of the pillars that hold up the heavens. No longer does he have to hold it himself and he can have breaks from those duties.

Menoetius was born the second oldest son to Iapetus and Clymene. The Titan of Rash Action and Violent Rage, he was and still is widely known for his unpredictability and mood swings. Life in their household was chaotic at best with the daring Atlas, the rash Menoetius, and the future trickster Prometheus - but he wouldn’t have had it any other way. (Epimetheus was a bit more calm and someone he more often was prone to protecting than antagonizing, not that he would admit that.)
Loyal to a fault, when his father and his older brother took Cronus’ side during the Titanomachy, he followed suit. What he did not see coming was the betrayals of his younger twin brothers and his mother defecting to the Gods’ side. (Conveniently, he forgets that Prometheus tried to get him, Atlas, and their father to join him.)
As they did not heed Prometheus’ warning to use Guile, the Titans lost and Menoetius was struck down by Zeus into Tartarus. He did not even imagine being able to get free, but he pulled it off with time and patience.
Angry and hurt, he is hiding out on the Earth while contemplating what to do with his time now. While he still holds a grudge against his brothers, he is unable to remain upset at his mother - and even the grudge against his brothers could ultimately be dealt with if they had a proper talk about everything.

Ellen Harvelle was born in 1964 in central Nebraska. She wasn’t born into hunting, she actually married into it. Her husband, Bill, was a hunter when she married him. They’d been high school sweethearts and he’d told her everything before he proposed. She’d believed him and accepted him and his life. Turned out she was a natural.
They had Joanna in 1985. Life was great, they kept Joanna safe. Ellen did stay at home with their daughter but that didn’t mean she was sitting with her thumbs up her ass. Ellen got very good at research at that point, and she and Bill made a strong point to never go on the same hunt together if she did go out into the field. It wasn’t about gender, and Bill would have supported her if she decided to hunt full-time still, but becoming a mother shifted her priorities. Hunting was dangerous and they made sure if one of them died - Jo would still have one parent left.
Unfortunately, they had to put that in action when Bill died on a hunt he went on with John Winchester. Ellen was…angry, but more at the situation than she was at John. He made a mistake - she forgave him for that - but she suspected John couldn’t forgive himself. She was more upset that he never showed his face again, really.
Eventually, John’s boys showed up in her bar. She gave them help, let them have the Roadhouse as a home base if they needed it. Kicked their asses if they needed that too. To say she felt motherly towards them by the end is….quite the understatement.
She died with her daughter while giving the Winchesters the opportunity to escape. After a time spent in Heaven, she inexplicably woke in her grave. Digging herself out, she’s now trying to get her bearings and figure out where Dean and Sam are.

The last thing Frank Castle Jr. remembers before he died is his family being shot. And then, he woke up in his casket days later. Unbeknownst to him, there was alien technology buried deep in the graveyard - long before the graveyard was even built - that would, on occasion, resurrect people buried there. He managed to dig out of his grave, using a kind of strength he didn’t know he had. Dealing with amnesia, he had no clue how he even got there or what his name was.
Frankie was found, dirty and alone near the cemetery but not in it. The little boy had been wandering the streets aimlessly, remembering nothing. Placed in Foster Care and renamed “Jimmy Smith,” he spent the next year just knowing deep in his core he wasn’t where he belonged.
When he finally was able to remember everything, he spent a year doing what research he could and stockpiling things he’d need before he ran away from his foster home. He just wants answers and if being homeless helps him get those, so be it.
Initially, it was about finding out if his father was dead. But then he was seen on camera and now all Frankie wants is to find him again. He’s doubled down his efforts to try and find someone who knows anything about his dad

Felix Berner met Wolfgang Bogdanow in school when they both were given detention. Becoming fast friends, they wound up becoming more like brothers. Bonding over their love of film and protecting each other from harm, they stayed close even as they reached adulthood.
As adults, he became Wolfgang’s partner in crime as well. While unbeknownst to Felix, Wolfgang was going through quite a bit - they pulled off an impressive heist and Wolfgang cracked a very difficult safe to crack. As a result, it angered Wolfgang’s uncle - who had Felix shot. Felix spent a lot of time in a coma but he pulled through.
Wolfgang was kidnapped and he learned about Wolfgang’s cluster as a result. He, in part, helped them get safe, getting shot for a third time in the process - but he’d do anything for his brother, truth be told.
