Tips on burning extra cals🌻
🌸 5-10 minute cold showers will burn an extra 500 cals for the day (depending on your weight) (got this from a doctor)
🌸 smoking cigs burns an extra 200 cals (my ed therapists use to make me stop smoking because of this)
🌸 fidgeting, doesn’t burn much but it STILL DOES
🌸 be extra when doing chores, as in dancing or dramatically scrubbing something lol I do this
🌸 standing, standing can burn 200 extra calories every 2 hours.
🌸 self care, do your makeup, paint nails, do face masks, shave etc to pass time and burn a little more calories
🌸 walking for about 30 minutes a day
How to prevent eating/binging 🌻
🌸 scroll through thinspo
🌸 get out the house without money so youre not tempted to go to a restaurant
🌸 get naked and look at yourself in the mirror
🌸 if you HAVE to eat, watch yourself eat in the mirror
🌸 brush your teeth to get a mint flavor
🌸 chew gum
🌸 drink green tea, it will curb your appetite
🌸 take a nap
🌸 drink a can of DIET coke
🌸 chug a bottle of water
Safe foods / drinks🌻
🌸 green tea
🌸 apples
🌸 watermelon
🌸 lettuce
🌸 kale
🌸 tuna
🌸 celery
🌸 asparagus
