Public speaking is actually really easy if you don't respect a single soul in that room. Curt's face being "wait you know about that" kills me

How many people know about what happened to Owen? That the mission was with Curt? Cynthia knows of course, but how many others do? Is it common knowledge in ASS that Curt was the partner Owen died on a mission with? Could this play into my theory that Curt's gotten other partners killed on previous missions that are more well known, and the Informant is just assuming that that's what happened to Owen?

I'm fascinated by this, how much does the Informant know?
