God is love (1 John 4:8)
What is the big deal about God’s love? How many times have you heard someone say, “God loves you,” or “Jesus loves you”?
What does it mean that God is love? For the Christian, God’s love is transformative and is the cornerstone of their faith. The Bible says that God so loved the world that He allowed His son to die on our behalf. I am a father, and I cannot imagine giving one of my children up to die in the place of someone else who was guilty! However, this is the ultimate act of love from God towards us.
Therefore, the Christian celebrates how much God loves them in that He came in human flesh to die to atone for their sins. It is only because of His death for their life, that they can claim to accept eternal life in Christ.
God by His very nature is love. God chose to forgive humanity unconditionally for their sin and paid the ultimate price for anyone’s life. A life for a life. In this case, the death of Christ was not just for one life, but for every human life that ever existed and will ever exist.

Out of all the religions of the world, why is Christianity the only true religion?

Do you agree or disagree?
If all religions are not the same, then what do we make of the claim of Jesus who said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me  (John 14:6).” By Father, Jesus is referring to the one true God who is in heaven. Therefore, Jesus is saying that in order to go to heaven and have eternal life, a person must believe in Jesus and that is the only way to heaven - there is no other way. All other religions are false and do not lead to the true eternal God.
What do you make of this exclusive claim?

What do you think is the purpose for our existence?
Do you agree or disagree with this former atheist who became Christian after trying to prove that Jesus Christ was a myth?

But God’s angry displeasure erupts as acts of human mistrust and wrongdoing and lying accumulate, as people try to put a shroud over truth. But the basic reality of God is plain enough. Open your eyes and there it is! By taking a long and thoughtful look at what God has created, people have always been able to see what their eyes as such can’t see: eternal power, for instance, and the mystery of his divine being. So nobody has a good excuse. What happened was this: People knew God perfectly well, but when they didn’t treat him like God, refusing to worship him, they trivialized themselves into silliness and confusion so that there was neither sense nor direction left in their lives. They pretended to know it all, but were illiterate regarding life. They traded the glory of God who holds the whole world in his hands for cheap figurines you can buy at any roadside stand.

Does life make the most sense from a Biblical worldview?
Does a Biblical worldview include or exclude science?
Is there a scientific plausible explanation to the existence of life that includes the God of the Bible?
Is Big Bang actually scientific?
What about the the theory of evolution?
What is the best explanation of our existence that is scientific and explains our situation?

If a good God made the world why has it gone wrong? And for many years I simply refused to listen to the Christian answers to this question, because I kept on feeling “whatever you say, and however clever your arguments are, isn’t it much simpler and easier to say that the world was not made by any intelligent power? Aren’t all your arguments simply a complicated attempt to avoid the obvious?” But then that threw me back into another difficulty. My argument against God was that the universe seemed so cruel and unjust. But how had I got this idea of just and unjust? A man does not call a line crooked unless he has some idea of a straight line. What was I comparing this universe with when I called it unjust? If the whole show was bad and senseless from A to Z, so to speak, why did I, who was supposed to be part of the show, find myself in such violent reaction against it? … Of course I could have given up my idea of justice by saying it was nothing but a private idea of my own. But if I did that, then my argument against God collapsed too – for the argument depended on saying that the world was really unjust, not simply that it did not happen to please my private fancies. Thus in the very act of trying to prove that God did not exist – in other words, that the whole of reality was senseless – I found I was forced to assume that one part of reality – namely my idea of justice – was full of sense. Consequently atheism turns out to be too simple. If the whole universe has no meaning, we should never have found out that it has no meaning: just as, if there were no light in the universe and therefore no creatures with eyes, we should never know it was dark. Dark would be without meaning.

Hawking argues that "the universe was spontaneously created out of nothing, according to the laws of science,” and finds no purpose for God. Is this the only  plausible explanation for why we exist?
