Amazing art works
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Visual artist Lisa Nilsson creates anatomical cross-sections made with a complex paper rolling technique called quilling or paper filigree, a decorative craft that was very popular in the 18th century. Brazilian artist Henrique Oliveira creates plywood and acrylic installations and sculptures of amorphous shapes. His creations range from biomorphic and visceral to almost confectionary. Pieces of plywood coalesce like natural growths, plant-like in their winding formations. Oliveira’s works sprawl out across entire walls in galleries and museums, transforming them into entirely different spaces.`Take a look at some of his works below.
