Ok in seriousness, who do you learn magic room? Is there a coven you were part of?

Pacifica: Well, traditionally speaking, a witch's parents are supposed to train their children in magic, but my parents couldn't be bothered, so they hired me a bunch of expensive magic tutors instead. I mean, I suppose all those fancy lessons did pay off because I am very powerful and really good at magic, but it was still hard listening to other witch kids gush about their own experiences learning magic with their own parents.

Are your boobs natural?

Pacifica: Um, excuse you?! That is NOT an appropriate question! And of course they're natural! Why would you even ask such a thing?!

Pacifica, I get the feeling Mabel has asked you to make some sort of potion for her in the past. What would it have been?

Pacifica: Mabel once asked me to make her a potion to turn her into a "pig-a-roo." Half pig, half kangaroo. I tried to tell her it wouldn't work, but she was just too persistant. Let's just say she never asked me to make her another potion again after that.

Have any of you heard of The Boiling Isles in the Demon Realm before?

Pacifica: I'm pretty sure that's not a real place. Witches do have another dimension that we sometimes travel to to buy magical supplies, but there aren't any boilling islands or demons there.

In an effort to keep this AU from being totally forgotten, let's open up another round of fan questions, shall we? Anything you'd like to know, just ask.

Pacifica: Hey there, followers. Pacifica here. I know nobody really asked about this, but I just thought I’d clear something up in case anyone was curious. 

So, you know that my magic can sometimes make things happen by accident when I sneeze, right? So, maybe you’re wondering “How do you manage to keep your witch powers a secret for so long if that’s the case?” Well, quite simply, I’ve always just managed to keep my sneezes under control in public, especially around my kids. It’s not always easy, but it’s essential to help keep myself and my loved ones safe.

Of course, now that my kids all know that I’m a witch, I don’t have to try so hard to stifle in front of them anymore, which is honestly a big relief. Until recently, I don’t think they’d ever seen me sneeze at full force before. Good thing I have some good allergy meds.

ToWP Potential Stories

Since I don’t know when or if I’ll be posting a new official chapter/story for ToWP, here’s a rundown of several story ideas that I had in mind for the series.

- Family Ties: Preston and Priscilla pay an unexpected visit to the Pines family household, where they take Zoe under their wing to train her in more powerful magic. Pacifica and Dipper have their suspicions, but a very eager Zoe happily takes them up on their offer. 

- Stanley in Toyland: It’s Stanley’s birthday and everyone is showing up to celebrate. Zoe learns a new spell that brings all of Stanley’s toys to life, but when they start to run wild, it’s up to the kids to round them all up and undo the spell before the party guests see them.

- Conventional Curiosity: The Pines spend the day at a fan convention, where Stanley discovers that he has the power to see the future. His mother decides to take him to the secret Witch Market, which is in another dimension, to buy him a crystal ball in order to help him learn how to focus abilities better. This leads to him foreseeing a disaster that is sure to occur before the end of the day.

- When A Witch Catches A Cold: Pacifica is sick with a head cold and every time she sneezes, something magical happens. It’s up to her kids and husband to take care of her as well as stifle her random, chaotic magical outbursts until her sickness blows over.

- Everyday Pines: A look at how each member of the Pines family spends a typical weekday with Pacifica at the hair salon, Dipper at the GFPD, Zoe at school, Tyrone at soccer practice and Stanley at daycare.

All of these are still a work in progress and none of them are set in stone yet.

Happy 1st Anniversary!

It was on this day one year ago that I posted the first story in my Witch Pacifica series “One Enchanted Halloween.” As a form appreciation, I’ll let you in on a little secret.

It started out as me just wanting to write a Dipcifica Halloween story. I knew I wanted to have it set in the future and feature their kids, but I only got the idea to make Pacifica a witch after watching The Black Cauldron. After that, the inspiration just started flowing and the rest is history. 

To those who have continued to follow my series for twelve whole months, thank you for your support. Hope everybody has a Happy Halloween this year.

How did Dipper and Pacifica's proposal and wedding go? I bet it was literally magical.

Dipper: It sure was. We were on an anniversary trip to Disney World, having the time of our lives, and once we were in front of the castle, that's when I popped the question. The rest is history.

Pacifica: And our wedding was even better. We got married in Gravity Falls. Mabel was the maid of honor, Soos was Dipper's best man and all of our friends and family were there. Well, Dipper's family anyway. My parents never even showed up.

Dipper: But it was their loss, though, because the reception was amazing. Even with Mabel's ear-splitting rendition of "Accidentally in Love."

Update

Okay, seeing as how it’s been literal months since I posted Love Spells, I feel compelled to give a little update on the status of the Pines family and their magical escapades. First of all, I want to emphasize the fact that ToWP is most certainly NOT DEAD! I love this AU and I want to do my best to help it continue. 

The thing is, I’ve been trying to work on the next chapter for a while now and while I think I’ve mostly got the important parts of it down, I’ve hit a point where I can’t really find it in me to add any more to it for the time being. It’s kind of heavy one, so I thought maybe trying to switch to something lighter and shorter would help bring back the spark for it, but that didn’t work out. So with that in mind, Tales of Witch Pacifica (the official story anyway) is now officially on indefinite hiatus.

I apologize to my followers who’ve been waiting so long only for me to drop this on you, but this is just how it goes sometimes. I hope you all understand. I’ll still try to post new things to this blog occasionally just to keep it running, even if it’s not to post full-length content. And who knows? Maybe something will come along sooner than expected that’ll give what I need to continue. Until then, I hope you’ll keep supporting me and the series.

What would everyone's favorite type of magic be? As in, what spells are their preference, even if they can't cast any.

Pacifica: For me, nothing beats flying around on my staff. The freedom, the speed, the wind in my hair. It’s just breathtaking.

Zoe: I’d love to learn how to cast those wicked elemental spells that I saw Mom use when she fought that Alistair jerk.

Tyrone: If there’s a spell that could make me the top goal scorer on my soccer team, I’d love to know about it.

Stanley: I don’t really know what kinds of magic there are yet, so I can’t really say.

Dipper: Don’t tell the kids I said this, but I pretty much love any kind of magic that Pacifica uses to make our private fun times more... special.

Pacifica, have you ever used magic to "enhance" your looks before?

Pacifica: Nope. When you look as good as I do, you never need to fake it.

Pacifica, do you and Dipper ever think of having another kid? I can see a new daughter being named "Amity".

Pacifica: We’ve got our hands pretty full right now with three kids. I don’t really see a fourth happening any time soon. Amity is a very pretty name, though. I’ll be sure to keep that one in the back pocket if we ever do decide to have another.
