i agree, it is confusing but it works for us and i think it’s @amarasletters’ and my ‘problem’ to solve and get over with. tbh it was never a problem since we are capable of communicating through things without fueling fire and creating unnecessary arguments. i think at this age we can work through this the mature way

☆ at hogwarts. until the sorting ceremony, everyone was convinced liz would be sorted into slytherin. everyone, other than her and enzo who she'd met years prior to first stepping foot into the castle. it's ironic, though, how she, the heiress of one of the most powerful families, with an ancient bloodline, generations in slytherin got sorted into gryffindor. and in spite of initial difficulties, she did prove people wrong.

the gryffindor common room became her safe place, her roommate, katie bell turned out to be one of her best friends, as well. in her second year, when she made it onto the gryffindor quidditch team, she found family in the team members. but she didn't only befriend those in her house, no. her best friends from a young age, enzo and kiara were slytherins, and them being in different houses didn't stand between them.

and she was like a sponge when it came to studying, especially defence against the dark arts, flying, charms and transfiguration. in potions class, however, the only saviour she had were her father's books.

enzo. don't be mistaken by his innocent exterior – he's a playboy of the slytherin house, but a loverboy nonetheless. he might be difficult at times but if you fight for him, he'll fight for you. they've been there for each other with liz pretty much all their lives, and for long, she even thought they'd end up together.

theodore. the king of stoicism who liz had never had to tell anything, they'd always understood each other without words. the weirdest dynamic in the friend group but this had only ever made it just as special.
