This Pride, WISHBONE Animation wants to celebrate and remind everyone that pride was a protest.

Being able to express ourselves and tell stories from our lived experience has been incredibly important to everyone working at WISHBONE as the current administration is taking steps towards becoming an authoritarian state. We hope that our works can provide solace and flame to continue fighting for what we value. We strive to acknowledge and thank the countless people who have fought for our rights and ability to be proudly queer as artists.

We’re incredibly excited to show you all what we’ve been working on with MIRAGE and everything else we will continue to have in store 👁️.

Draw our protagonist Mirage in your artstyle and use the hashtags #DTIYSMirage and #WISHBONEAnimation on Instagram or Twitter.

At the end of two weeks on May 28th we will pick a winner and send out a SIGNED copy of our currently unreleased posters and keychains! (US Only).

I am a filmmaker and animator from Portland, Oregon. Here at Wishbone, you can find me running around producing, directing, designing, storyboarding, animating, compositing, and obsessively color-coding our plans for world domination. As an artist, I love telling strange, whimsical stories that come from the heart. When I'm not drawing, I'm writing scripts, making electronic music, or getting lost in esoteric research rabbit holes.
