Tywin   Lannister   was   no   fool   and   perhaps   the   only   one   keeping   his   grandson   at   bay,   but   there   was   always   something   unsettling   about   the   now   King   Joffrey.   "I   find   solace   that   the   young   Princess   will   be   away.   Dorne   will   take   care   of   her,   they   say."   Marriages   from   the   Summer   Isles   had   been   offered   too   but   so   far,   it   seem   that   these   Stags   are   too   set   in   their   ways.   But   the   young   princess   and   the   little   prince   were   too   sweet   for   this   court.   "I   found   solace   that   Robert   Baratheon   knew   war.   This   boy   knows   little   of   it,   and   I   cannot   trust   my   kingdom   to   that."

"You   were   taught   well.   But   Northern   women,   we   are   different."   Spirited,   that   is   one   word   to   describe   the   women   here.   They   use   politics   to   get   where   they   want   and   use   other   skills,   used   in   the   shadows   to   get   the   desired   outcome.   It's   a   life   in   shadows,   but   one   that   does   not   identify   her,   though   it   does   with   her   ancestors,   and   she   supposes,   her   own   mother.   But   Mara   was   more   than   just   a   Hightower   in   blood,   and   in   all   other   aspects,   she   is   a   Mormont,   born   and   raised   in   Bear   Island.   A   smile   appears   upon   her   lips   as   she   presses   the   blade   further   on   his   neck.

  "Teaches   you   right.   Next   time   you   will   do   better   than   try   and   sneak   around   a   Mormont.   And   a   shieldmaiden   at   such."   A   title   she   takes   with   pride   before   the   blade   falls   to   her   side   and   back   to   her   pocket.   "You   know   my   father.   You   should   know   our   pride."   Here   We   Stand.   Bold   words   for   such   a   small   house   but   yet,   they   have   pride,   and   it   carries   in   the   way   they   fight   and   their   blood.   Eyes   racked   down   toward   the   Braavosi   man.   A   strange   man   in   strange   lands,   coming   with   the   Dragon   Queen   and   yet,   she   is   not   sure   what   exactly   would   he   want.

The   bloodrider   laughs,   though   not   at   the   young   woman   but   rather   at   the   title   given   to   him,   and   the   obvious   lie   it   hides.   She   is   blushing,   her   coloring   almost   matching   that   of   her   hair,   a   rare   unique   color.   He   had   seen   it   before,   but   it   was   never   natural,   never   seem   to   fall   so   easily   upon   someone's   shoulders   as   it   does   on   the   Northern   lady.   "I   am   no   Ser,   that   I   can   assure   you.   We   have   no   titles   in   the   Dothraki."   Though   perhaps   it   was   easier   for   Westerosi   folk   to   put   such   a   title   on   him.   To  them,   he   is   a   knight   who   protects   a   queen,   and   is   that   not   a   ser?   "I   am   not   The   Bear   that   keeps   the   Queen   safe.   But   if   that   is   preferred,   you   can   call   me   as   such."  

And   Jokin   is   aware   that   despite   the   weather,   he   does   wear   little   clothes,   still   carrying   the   hot   sun   of   the   Dothraki   Sea   in   his   veins.   "I   suppose   you   are   not   allowed   to   speak   my   name,   that   is   improper   to   you   folk,   is   it   not?"   They   did   had   titles   of   course.   Daenerys   might   be   a   Queen   here,   but   she   is   the   Khaleesi   of   their   Khalazar.   And   he   is   a   bloodrider,   but   such   terms   seem   unique   to   their   kin.   "I   suppose,   I   should   be   bowing,   should   I   not?   You   are   the   sister   of   the   King   Snow.   A   princess."   And   somehow   the   title   fits   her   just   right,   he   thinks.

There   is   still   fear   in   Jeyne's   eyes   as   she   looks   upon   the   man.   He   is   still   a   Bolton   and   she   had   learned   the   hard   way   to   not   trust   their   words,   even   if   she   does   her   best   to   please   Ramsay   in   anything.   It   made   the   retribution   dim   in   the   shadows.   She   swallows   hard   as   hands   wrap   around   the   coat   around   her   shoulders   and   nods,   still   unsure   of   his   presence.   "Why,   my   lord?"   Jeyne   asks   in   turn.   "By   now.   .   .you   know   I   am   not   the   woman   they   say   I   am."   She   is   not   Arya   Stark.

The   streets   of   the   New   Lorath   Empire   cheer   upon   the   coronation   of   a   Queen.   Empress,   as   she   likes   to   call   herself.   The   Kaizina   is   indeed   enjoying   herself   and   was   to   retire   for   the   night,   and   let   the   people   and   those   in   the   palace   to   indulge   further   into   the   nightly   pleasures   before   she   heard   the   word   of   the   Braavosi   mercenary.   Eyes   look   sharply,   up   and   down   at   the   man   before   her   and   a   smile   appears   on   her   lips,   amusement   spread   on   them.   "Are   you   offering   your   services,   Daario?   And   here   I   thought   you   warmed   the   bed   of   the   Dragon   Queen."

  But   the   queen   herself   made   it   clear   she   had   no   desire   to   continue   the   affair   it   seemed   so   perhaps   he   is   looking   for   someone   else.   Loneliness   is   a   heavy   thing   in   the   heart   of   many.   "I   owe   the   Braavosi   plenty   of   things   for   helping   me   gather   support   but   I   do   not   think   sleeping   with   one   will   make   things   right."   Nika   points   out,   finishing   her   goblet   of   wine   and   stands   up,   a   small   look   upon   the   man   again.   He   was   very   handsome,   there   was   no   doubt   about   it,   and   truly,   she   wonders   why   he   had   no   one   on   his   side   or   his   mind   that   could   fill   that   void   in   his   bed.

Gaemond Waters. Bastard son of Lucerys II Velaryon and a sworn shield of the current lord of the house, however, he finds himself curious by R'hallor and the priestess Melisandre.

Gwyneth Yronwood. the youngest daughter of Lord Anders Yronwood. While Prince Quentyn Martell was fostered at Yronwood, Gwyneth became fond of him and hoped to marry him. She harbours a dislike for Daenerys for the death of her brother.

Ser Harras Harlow. known as the Knight, is the head of House Harlaw of Grey Garden and the knight of Grey Garden. A knight, Harras is the heir of House Harlaw of Ten Towers, as its current lord, Rodrik Harlaw, has no surviving children. He has also taken Greyshield.

Lord Harrold Hardyng. often called Harry the Heir and sometimes the Young Falcon, is a gallant, handsome squire, and a ward of Lady Anya Waynwood. He is the cousin and heir presumptive of Lord Robert Arryn, and would ascend to rule of the Vale as "Harrold Arryn" should Lord Robert die without issue.

Jocealyn Swyft. A noblewoman of House Swyft and in line as heir of her house if the current one dies without issue. She is the companion and lady attendant of Queen Cersei Lannister. When Cersei dismisses Tommen from her presence, she often sends the boy off with Jocelyn. She is sometimes a theme of mockery by Taena as she has an obvious crush on Osney Kettleblack, the queen's sworn shield.

Lord Lester Morrigen. The Lord of Crow's Nest and the head of House Morrigen in the stormlands. His heir is his younger brother, Ser Richard Morrigen. Stannis tells Ser Davos Seaworth that Lester is among the stormlords who still remain loyal to him following his loss at the Blackwater. Lester is among the men who marry free folk women to form new houses at Castle Black.

Lady Nerea Upcliff. According to semi-canon sources, they blazon their arms with a cresting wave, sea green on black. Their words are not known. The Upcliffs have a sinister reputation. The Upcliff follow the Merling Queen and they are thought to be witches. Nerea is the current head of the house with a matrilineal line. Despite their reputation, they hold one of the biggest garrison of soldiers in the Vale.

Lord Patrek Mallister. Heir of House Mallister and survivor of the Red Wedding, he pledges House Mallister to Sansa Stark upon her appearance on the Vale and then to King Jon in the North. A survivor of the Red Wedding, Patrek travels up North and is present at the coronation of Jon as King in the North, he would eventually take council in the new realm founded by Queen Daenaerys.

Ser Sandor Clegane. A knight at the service of House Lannister. the younger brother of Ser Gregor Clegane. Sandor is nicknamed the Hound for his fierce nature and unquestioning obedience to House Lannister and for the three dogs featured in his family's arms. Despite his known quiet and fierce nature, Sandor is driven by a secret to get revenge upon his brother, The Mountain, to who he got his scars from.

Lord Viktor Sunglass.While King Stannis Baratheon is fighting the battle of the Blackwater, his wife Queen Selyse Florent has the red priestess Melisandre burn alive Lord Guncer Sunglass and the sons of Hubard Rambton, as a sacrifice to R'hllor. Guncer's brother becomes the new Lord of Sweetport Sound. He abandons Stannis Baratheon's cause, and sails to Volantis for fear of being sacrificed like his brother.

Arianne Martell - Gwyneth Yronwood, Daemon Sand, Quira Qorgyle, Trystane Martell, Edric Dayne, Gwayne Dayne, Harmen Uller, Doran Martell, Willas Tyrell. Basically more Dorne love for Arianne. Family angst (including my Oberyn in his own blog of course). And a lot can be done with Trystane and Arianne and the sibling bond, rivalry perhaps that underlines it. Quira and Gwyneth are basically friends of her by childhood association and even ladies or companion so there is that too.

Brynden Blackwood - Kore Webber (freaky cousin hi), Patrek Mallister, Sansa Stark, Arya Stark (in her blog), Robb (his blog). Alysanne Lefford can be done as she is taken by the Rivermen in her own castle so there could be a lot of tension there. Barbara and Elyra are of course already plotted with him. Sariah and Jirri if he wants some across the sea interactions with Daenerys' handmaidens when they arrive, or even Jhogo and Rhakaro.

Daario - Ezzara, Nika Elizan, Sariah. Mira Forrester, Desmera Redwyne, Willas Tyrell, Jeyne Poole., Gwyneth or Arianne in her blog for Dorne. Sigorn of Thenn, Myranda Royce, Mara Mormont. I think they all symbolize such different aspects of a place he has no idea how it's managable so basically, Daario having cultural clash with everyone because all the kingdoms are different in how they handle themselves.

Gendry - Arya (her blog), Robb (his blog). Mya Stone (hey little brother), Shireen. Myrcella in her blog. Sansa Stark, perhaps. Edmure Tully. Mira Forrester. The Starks are obvious choice as well his siblings, be it by blood or bond and I think Cella would really grow to care for Gendry and help him be Lord of the Stormlands. With Edmure, I feel he would take pity on the poor guy so you can have Edmure be like a quasi-father figure or someone who help him navigate and Mira is just pure northern energy mixed in a nice Reach bow.

Jaime Lannister - Alysanne Lefford, Jocealyn Swyft. Orysa Baratheon, Sandor Clegane, Oberyn in his own blog. Desmera Redwyne (as she is by de facto, the ruler of the Arbor until Cersei releases her brothers and you know, she killed her Tyrell relatives oops), Arianne in her blog. Sansa perhaps in an AU where he does as he promised and takes Sansa out of King's Landing. Lana, for the clash of the Summer Isles to Jaime in general. Joy Hill. Both Joy and Alysanne are related to him as distant cousins or nieces so it could be interesting as they are both a little trapped in their current affairs, one as lady of golden tooth and the other as a bastard.

Quentyn Martell - Gwyneth Yronwood obviously because she wants her man back okay. Daenerys in her blog is warming up to him so we can have that too. Harrold Hardyng and him could be interesting play on egos and boys being boys. Maybe Elinor or Alla Tyrell as we know tensions between the Reach and the Tyrells were always high so it's always a fun thing to play around with.

Harry of Pyke - Any of my dornish muses. Perhaps he can be one of their lovers or help them get Myrcella across the trip to King's Landing safely. Either way it would be fun. Or if we want a play on sea bastards, Gaemond Waters or Aurane Waters would do. Harras Harlow is also a menace and very Harry coded but he is a Lord and a Knight who is basically taking over the Iron Islands so there you go.

Sansa Stark - Robb in his blog, Arya in his blog, Dany in her blog. I added Wallace back and then we can have her and Harry perhaps in the arranged marriage thing but also Sansa making him aware of Littlefinger's plans. Jeyne Poole for the angst of lost childhood friends. Rhakaro and Jokin if she wants some across the sea lovin' and cultural shock and Doreah is of course there too to help her.

Nikolai Bolton - if you want to set him in the main era, we can have him and Jeyne Poole interact and he might be the nicer Bolton to be honest. Kore Webber could be fun too and let's not forget Mira Forrester whose family was terrorized by Ramsay so there could be that tension underlined there. He could be made to marry someone connected to the Lannisters like Alysanne or if you dare, the Boltons send him to Cersei, rip. Or even Orysa Baratheon if they want a coup.

Salome Xho - both of my Summer Isles muses but also Doreah could be fun to interact with or Lysandro Orthys or even Aurane, who could be a frequent visitor as he does travel around.

Saede Florent - Sigorn of Thenn and we can perhaps complete their arc as they marry as part of the new branches of Houses Jon was making at the Wall instead of him marrying Alys Karstark. Then perhaps any of the Reach ladies or Bayard Norcross.

Guncer's brother becomes the new Lord of Sweetport Sound. He abandons Stannis Baratheon's cause, and sails to Volantis for fear of being sacrificed like his brother.
