Ok now I need to Stan Jannik.. I’m so bothered by the ignorance (intentional or not) shown by some colleagues and tennis fans.

Only he knows what happened??? it’s explained in detail how it happened, it was proven, there’s a similar case handled the same, it’s a common medication in Italy, he has a skin condition (typical of his skin type), the amount was ridiculous (he played and won most of basically everyone so he was tested every other week, so THAT was the amount he was contaminated with). He missed the Olympics intentionally? Even if that was the case hellooooo? he was defending himself for something that is against everything he has always shown he stands for.. either he got sick or didn’t want to ruin the Olympics for everyone.. it’s pretty understandable.

Anyway, he handled the whole thing with the same grace and humility shown throughout his career. I hope he can get back to court and play while having fun.
