🌼      ▬      𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈   𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐒   𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒     ;     in  this  horrible  times  tumblr  decided to  lay  upon  us  writers  ,  i  have  decided  to  make  a  thing  for  anyone  who  is  a  regular  addict of  adding  blockquotes   in  front  of  their  icons  ,  gifs  ,  etc  .      –   like  myself  .  so  i  present  to  you  ,      ICONS    TEMPLATE   WITH    ADDED    BLOCKQUOTES      .  i  wanted to  make  this  as  simple as  possible  ,  adding  more  importance  to  the  blockquotes than  the  icons  themselves  .  many  of  you  have  your  own  style  of  icons  already  so  you  can  just  add  them  to  this  template .  the  dimension of  the  whole  thing  is  222  in  width    &   80  in  height ,  the  icon  is  70x70     (  you  can  of  course change  this  to  your  liking  )    .  if  you  want  to  use  the  icon  template  inside the  psd  ,  you  should know  how  to  use  the  clipping  mask  .  you  can  also  easily  change  the  color  of  the  blockquotes   (  original  color  is  the  the  color  of  tumblr  blockquotes  themselves  )    by  changing  the  settings  of  the  blockquotes  rectangles  .

my experiences with addy / hiqey / sexwrk

hello everyone. 

my name is alex. 

for those who don’t know, i used to be friends with addy. a ‘close’ friend that made the grave mistake of believing and defending her when she said she’s changed from her rpslayed days.

i made a post yesterday apologising for my overall involvement with addy and for defending her, but i would like to start this post by apologising again. i wasn’t involved with the rpc outside of writing for a number of years and only really began meeting people and reading the tags a year or so ago. i think addy was one of the first people that reached out to me and was really nice to me from the get go – i’m gonna be completely transparent here, i think i was extremely lonely and appreciated the attention and wanted her friendship, so i never questioned it. when she and her friends continously said that she’d changed and hadn’t done anything since her rpslayed days, i believed it. i had given her the benefit of the doubt. she seemed sincere and i didn’t want to vilify her and not allow her the opportunity to change. because of this, i no longer paid attention to the people coming to her to criticise her, i automatically defended her against everything and everyone. i became a toxic person to a lot of you without even realising it. i genuinely thought i was doing the right thing and now that i realise i wasn’t, i am so, so deeply sorry for everybody i hurt and invalidated. i am sorry i didn’t ask for context or details, i’m sorry that i never questioned addy. i am so, so, so sorry. i should have done better and i promise you that i will do better.

regarding my experiences with addy, i would like to be completely transparent about those too.

in this incredibly lazily named pack, you can find nine transparent vertical icon borders, with the main image area being about 70x90 px and the canvas 80x100 px, with borders of varying width and design. all borders are in a single file, in separate folders, and they all contain the option of having a plain, very light grey border instead of a  ‘ see-through ’  one like in the preview. these borders use layer masks, so knowledge of clipping masks is not required—simply chuck everything inside the numbered folder and on top of the blue layer, toggle the grey layer on if you want, and you’re golden. colouring psd not included. please reblog or like if you download, and credit appreciated but not required, for as long as you don’t claim it as your own when asked. download link below cut.

my experience with addy / hiqey

i’ve contemplated posting my history with addy/hiqey for awhile now. my friends have encouraged me to do so, but due to her stance in the rpc i was always far too scared to do so. with all that is coming to light with her recently, not only is a huge weight off my shoulders as far as comfortably roleplaying as my escape, but knowing i’m not alone. my story with addy dates back to about september 2018. i do warn you this will be long, and i’ll try to include enough details to make it make sense while not dragging things on and on. this includes both my personal relationship with addy, as well as my experience with her in groups one where she she was an admin, and groups where i was an admin. as well as i believe we coadmined one together. i’ve put screenshots where i could, but some of this dates back to 2018 and i just don’t have access to those texts/rp accounts anymore.

a huge huge shout out to @bumkeyz for starting this avalanche, and for also supporting me one on one along with all my friends to feel safe enough to come forward. i’ll put all of my story under a read more.
