"The Double-Edged Sword of the Internet"
The internet has revolutionized the way we live, work, and communicate, but it also comes with its share of side effects. While it offers unparalleled access to information and connectivity, it also poses risks to our privacy, mental health, and social interactions.
One of the most significant side effects of the internet is the erosion of privacy. With the rise of social media and online tracking, our personal information is more vulnerable than ever. From targeted advertisements to data breaches, our digital footprint can have far-reaching consequences.
Furthermore, the internet can have a profound impact on our mental health. Constant exposure to curated online personas and unrealistic standards can lead to feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem. Moreover, the endless scrolling and constant notifications can contribute to anxiety and distractibility.
Finally, while the internet has made it easier to connect with others, it can also lead to social isolation and disconnection. Spending excessive time online can detract from real-life interactions and hinder meaningful relationships.

"The Vital Role of Journalism: Guardians of Truth"
Journalism serves as the cornerstone of democracy, playing a crucial role in keeping society informed, holding power to account, and safeguarding the public interest. In an age of misinformation and uncertainty, the importance of journalism cannot be overstated.
At its core, journalism is about seeking truth and providing a voice to the voiceless. It serves as a watchdog, uncovering corruption, exposing injustice, and shining a light on the issues that matter most. Through rigorous investigation and fearless reporting, journalists act as guardians of democracy, ensuring transparency and accountability in government and beyond.
In addition to its watchdog role, journalism also serves as a conduit for dialogue and understanding. By sharing diverse perspectives and amplifying marginalized voices, journalists foster empathy, bridge divides, and foster a more informed and inclusive society.
In today's digital age, the landscape of journalism is rapidly evolving, presenting both challenges and opportunities. While the rise of social media has democratized information sharing, it has also given rise to the spread of misinformation and fake news. Now, more than ever, it is imperative to support credible journalism and uphold the values of accuracy, fairness, and integrity.
Journalism is not just a profession; it's a pillar of democracy. As consumers of news, we must remain vigilant, seek out reliable sources, and support independent journalism. By doing so, we can ensure that the vital role of journalism in our society remains steadfast and strong.

"Feminism: Empowering Every Voice"
Feminism is more than a movement; it's a call to action, a rallying cry for equality and empowerment. At its core, feminism advocates for the rights and opportunities of all genders, aiming to dismantle the systemic barriers that hinder progress and perpetuate inequality.
It's about recognizing that gender should never limit one's potential or dictate one's worth. Feminism strives for a world where every individual, regardless of gender, has the freedom to pursue their passions, achieve their goals, and live authentically.
From advocating for equal pay and reproductive rights to challenging harmful stereotypes and promoting inclusivity, feminism encompasses a broad spectrum of issues. It's about lifting each other up, amplifying marginalized voices, and creating a society where diversity is celebrated and embraced.
Feminism isn't about diminishing anyone; it's about creating a more just and equitable world for everyone. It's about recognizing that when we uplift women, we uplift society as a whole. So let's stand together, shoulder to shoulder, and continue the journey towards a future where equality isn't just a dream but a reality.

The Power of Second Thoughts: Why Pausing to Reflect Matters
In our fast-paced world, where decisions often need to be made quickly, the value of second thoughts is often overlooked. Yet, pausing to reflect before acting can make all the difference between a choice we later regret and one that aligns with our true desires and values.
One of the key benefits of second thoughts is their ability to prevent us from making hasty decisions that we may later regret. By taking a moment to pause and reflect, we give ourselves the opportunity to consider whether our initial impulses are truly in line with our long-term goals and values. This can help us avoid impulsive actions driven by emotion or external pressure.
Moreover, second thoughts promote introspection and self-awareness. When we pause to reconsider our choices, we are forced to confront our underlying motivations and beliefs. This self-reflection can lead to a deeper understanding of ourselves and our priorities, ultimately guiding us towards decisions that are more authentic and fulfilling.
Embracing second thoughts also fosters resilience and adaptability. By being open to revisiting our decisions, we become more flexible in our thinking and more willing to course-correct when necessary. This adaptability is essential in an ever-changing world, where circumstances and priorities can shift unexpectedly.
In conclusion, second thoughts are not a sign of indecision or weakness, but rather a testament to our willingness to approach decision-making with mindfulness and intentionality. By embracing second thoughts, we empower ourselves to make choices that are truly aligned with our values and aspirations, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and purposeful life. So the next time you find yourself facing a decision, remember the power of second thoughts—they just might be the key to unlocking your best path forward.

My love My dear
Come sit with me
Have you been bruised?
Your gown is torn
And your innocence is lost
Your hands are cold
Let me hold them
Cry your heart out my love
Close your eyes and once more
Open your heart and let me in
Give me your mind
To understand you
To love you
The way you wished to be loved

TODAY
My heart bleeds, not in blood
But in tearful eyes.
In symphonies of my convictions
How shall I unveil?
These symphonies of my heart
These passions well hidden
If love be define
Let it be ‘Patience’ and ‘Understanding’
She was yours and now mine
And by God she always will be.
I know not what the future holds
But this i know, ‘I love you today’
My love, fear not for the morrow
For when tomorrow comes
Tomorrow will be today!i
And haven’t I told you?
I love you today.

POWER AND RESPONSIBILITY
We have seen in this life that people in power have enormous influence at their fingertips. They are the ones responsible for the community’s welfare as a whole. Therefore it not not wrong to say with great POWER comes great responsibilities.
Yet one cannot help but ponder about the relationship between power and responsibility and how it effects each other which in turn affects us all! This sense of responsibility in a man is what makes a man take charge and accept his pros and cons. Acceptance of the problem is the first step to solve it and that cannot happen without being responsible. Just because you fix the problem doesn’t mean its your fault, but hey being responsible enough to fix a problem is not a bad thing to do! Therefore it can be said that responsibility must precede power, yet these two go hand in hand. Power comes with great responsibilities but this senseof responsibility doesn’t resides in all man. So we can conclude that with great RESPONSIBILITY come great POWER.
Power in wrong hands is like an ever active volcano which will eventually pompei’d all over our lives. Such a situation has erupted in the tiny state of Manipur. The man in power has exhausted all his power to finish off a group of his own people from the earth. The problem with him is his ignorance for his own responsibility which prevents him from the rightful actions. Ignorance is ESCAPING REALITY.
Why do you keep your dirty clothes aside hoping it will somehow be clean one day? Don’t you know the shirt you wear today too needs a wash already? Do it now! Be responsible now!

Is it right of me?
To dream big and be big
In the far future? Yes!
Now? No and ask me why?
Isn’t it better to want to be a topper
Rather than an officer? Whilst your studies
My goals are short termed
For I believe as for now
It’s better to read my syllabus
Rather than UPSC
Everything has it own time and pace
Or is it not?

The origin and history of the KUKI-CHIN-MIZO people of North east India, parts of Bangladesh and Burma can be traced back to the downfall of the Kingdom of Israel. The mannaseh tribe of Israel was among the captives of war after their defeat. They were taken as slaves in China and made to build the Great Wall.
Though the people were robbed of their religious scrolls, they still follow their religion and observe the days by heart.
Now after that generation had all died, their sons and their son’s sons too. The new generation eventually forgot who they were.and were utterly clueless of their God, YAHWEH. Thus they became the lost tribes of Israel. ( Israel has 12 tribes and 10 are lost as of today)
One day a hunter discovered an escape route away from slavery and bondage. They started making plans and the plan was put into action under the leadership of 2 brothers , pu Songthu and songja. They were divided into two groups each led by these brothers. The first group cut tree branches to mark their passage for the latter. However unfortunately they got separated and landed in different destinations.
The people landed in present day north east, parts of burma and Bangladesh. Though they had forgotten their God, he didn’t forget them. He gave them hills ranger after ranger , green as far as the eye can see. Those hills came to be knows as ZALENGAM zalen meaning free and gam meaning land. and lost people were now called KUKI. Thus the kuki people for centuries settled in the land of the free.

Dear lady, whose beauty unmatched
Those eyes illusional are portals to delusion
A fairer maiden, will there be another?
Those smiles oh! they heal detached arms
Embodiment of ’ once in a lifetime ‘
I blessed the day i met you
Love is love when love fails not
Love is not love only , to love is to miss
O mine, that! the test of time and place
Bear with me and let love pure be proven.

TO A FRIEND
When in melancholy of the mind,
Memories pours like fine wine
And feelings like river flow.
past days like movies before eyes shows
And dead faces gazes you with smiles
Turn away and bid them bye
That’s what i say when you come to mind
Your world is 6 feet from that of mine
Rest in peace my dearest friend
Our friendship shall never end!
