Happy Father’s day! Here is our favorite picture of us with our dad. When he was little Wally used to sit on dad’s shoulder while Charlie laid in dad’s lap. He is such a great dad that he didn’t even care and thought it was fun. We miss him a lot more that he is living in a different state, but mom says he is coming back to visit soon!

Cowboy Charlie a few months after coming home. Here he is recognizing the importance of keeping #microchips up to date and is posting for a picture to attach to his online profile. 4th of July is freight around the corner and is the day most dogs are lost! Be sure to #updateyourmicrochip so if your dog is lost he will be returned!

Wally on his second day home. Mom and dad were making sure he was will equipped to survive in the wild west by getting him used to grooming noises.

In the wild west it’s always important to get water when you can.

Even as a three month old puppy Wally was well versed on survival in the wild west.

Cowboys aren’t afraid to ask for help when they need it, or to do their part to help with pet over population. This is Cowboy Charlie the day he came home from a local high kill shelter. He was neutered earlier that day. His shelter name was Charro (which means cowboy in Spanish). He was extremely under weight and covered in 1.5 in thick dirty matted hair. He was found as a stray in the middle of a 110 degree heatwave in the desert.
