We call them sappies because idk it sounds cute and funny. Very vaguely based on the idea of tree sap (not just from how that can be related to "treebark" but also the idea of sap being a thing that helps a tree survive and making for good glue and medicine in some cases. while I'm here late at night with no filter, I'm just gonna have a tiny little vent moment of like. god, I hate when I click on a youtube video that's like, "10 minutes of funny hermitcraft moments" and then it's just the same 5 clips of grian and mumbo included in every fucking compilation ever. watch other hermits!!!!! or, fuck, I don't care who you watch, but at least own up to it! if your compilation is just grian and mumbo and maybe scar, that's fine. just like, say that. don't make me watch it and realise halfway through.

Explanations On The Hermits Nicknames!

• Bdoubleo100: - Bdoubleo (Boo) are the first three letters of his last name. - The username Bdoubleo was already taken so he added the 100 • Cubfan135: - He was a big fan of the Chicago Cubs (A baseball team) - The username was already taken so he added the 135 • Docm77: - The "77" part comes from the fact that he was born in 1977 - The "M" part: 1. M is the first letter of his last name. 2. Stands for Monster/Minecraft -The "Doc" part: 1. He has a PhD in social studies. 2. His nickname for when he played baseball (He was a professional basketball player for 15+ years). Note: Doc has stated that the "Doc" part of his name comes from a non-pg story. The main theory is that it is a reference to Doktor Sommer (Which is a sex ed section in German teen magazines) because he was popular with girls. • EthosLab: - Etho used to go by "Master of Disguise" and when playing Worms Etho would copy other people's names. He then changed his name to Ersatz which means replace/substitute in german (Etho thought it meant copy). He liked having a name that starts with "E" and randomly added the "tho". • Falsesymmetry: -  Has to do with her channel originally going to be an art channel. • GeminiTay: - Gem's real name is Taylor - Gem's astrology sigh is Gemini. She also had a horse called Gemini. • Goodtimeswithscar: - The Office referance: In The Office Michael Scott created a character called Michael Scarn. GTWS misremembered the characters name as Scar and decide to make "Agent Scar" is username for CoD.

- His minecraft username is Goodtimewithscar (No "s" after time) because of the mincraft username character limit. Scar will say the reason is because you can only have one good time in mincraft. -Fun Fact: When Scar was a swimmer his nickname was CatDog because he used to carry a CatDog plushie plushie around everywhere.  • Grian: - He used to go by Gria and added the "n" because the username Gria was already taken. I don't know where Gria came from.

- You can see that Grians old channel name was xelqua. Grian never went by xelqua. It was a randomly generated YouTube name. • Hypnotizd: - NA • iJevin: - Jevin is just his irl name
