ANNNYYYYYWAY! hi all, back to character introduction!

This is Stella Rosette! He is a cold, quiet and very traumatised. He can create fire from his body heat! Also alot of people get his gender mixed up so HE IS A DUDE WITH A FEMININE NAME!! itll make sense once i start the comic and the stuff about his past come out. But, hes a very silly guy and he doesnt deserve the stuff ive put him through.

I - IVY AYANO

Howdy all!

let me introduce Ivy Ayano, the main character to WARR. The ambitious sniper wielder with a heart of gold, Ivy tries to help everyone the best she can, bad or good, and she tries to make things better. She has the power to manipulate cells, be it plant or animal cells, though it's unclear to her how exactly vast her gift is.

Now, my notes on her? I love her. She was the second proper OC i ever made, and im so happy to finally bring that project that sparked her creation to life. Bringing so many old OCs into this project from the first comic and the original rewrite makes me so happy, and im glad i get to share this with all of you :))

Happy mothers Day to everyone :)) todays post is dedicated to my mum! She is the whole reason why im able to create what i do. Not only was she the one who gifted me what i needed to strive, but she has supported me so much. She's been there for me when i need a shoulder to cry on, and no one can beat her cooking, hell if i could send everyone who sees this her Mac 'n' Blue Cheese i would because its extremely good. She won't see this, but i love her.

She is also the inspiration for Venus Ayano, Ivys mother 😭 my meemaw is kinda cool, guys, ngl.

UPDATES, UPDATES AND MORE UPDATES!

Howdy all! It's your favourite man from the fog here with more updates for WARRs production :) Now! What's in store? Well, I've gotten through most of the storyline for how it'll all go down, and honestly, im so excited to execute it all. Though, i still need to write every chapter plot out! But in the meantime, I will be posting art and character info, eg.

WHY AREN'T ROSES RED

An introduction to the webcomic and the creator!

Welcome to this new blog all about my webcomic called why aren't roses red :) in here youll find stuff about the characters, the progress on the comic and just silly stuff ill make relating to the comic!

Before i get started with talking about it, let me introduce myself!

THE AUTHOR

My name is Lucien, im an artist, writer, and clown enthusiast who may or may not be slowly turning into the lurker of the fog. This webcomic will be delayed a bunch since i am still a student, but dont fear! I leave college this year, so as soon as the academic yesr finishes, the comic will have a smoooooth schedule. I love creating characters, most importantly designing them!

WARR - PLOT N STUFF

So! The big question! What is Why Aren't Roses Red? Well, the story has been in development for years! It had originally started as an Eddsworld inspired series on youtube.. until i took the two main characters and tweaked them a fair bit.

The story now is far different from the original story i made back in 2016. Now, far better! WARR takes place in the fictional world of Hibisca. After years of war and devide, it's finally united under 6 nations; Valkas, Aethercrest, Sylvan, Tempes, Pyralith, Mira. To celebrate the peace that's fallen upon the nations, academies were built to train students to help keep that peace, creating guardians that fight to protect the world. Guardians are trained to protect the people against the monsters that lurk outside the cities and towns.

A young woman named Ivy is given a chance to train as a guardian, but it's nothing like how she imagined it to be. Ivy and the people surrounding her find out that the real monsters aren't the ones lurking out in the land.

The story is inspired off of RWBY, Trigun, and MHA. It is mostly my excuse to draw big guns and make silly designs for characters.
