Uma vez que sua mente e corpo estejam totalmente relaxados, você pode apenas afirmar qualquer um dos seguintes (ou qualquer outra afirmação de sua escolha, é claro!;)
☆ Eu sou
☆ eu sou o vazio
✩ Eu sou Deus
☆ eu sou o vazio
☆ eu sou Deus
☆ Eu estou indo para o vazio.
☆ O vazio está vindo para mim
Ou você também pode usar o método da canção de ninar e focar em qualquer palavra:
como, por exemplo, vazio... vazio... vazio
ou, Deus... Deus... Deus
ou qualquer outra coisa...
Quando você sentir que não consegue mais ouvir o seu 3D e está totalmente escuro (ou qualquer outra cor, dependendo da cor que você imagina que o vazio seja), parabéns bae, agora você está no vazio!
Depois de entrar no vazio, você pode manifestar seus desejos um por um ou usar afirmações gerais como:
Eu tenho todos os meus desejos
Eu vou acordar com todos os meus desejos amanhã
Eu posso entrar no vazio em segundos
Eu posso me manifestar em segundos
ou qualquer outra afirmação à sua escolha, como sempre!
Assim que terminar, você pode apenas afirmar que estou deixando o vazio agora. Então você sairá do vazio e voltará a dormir.

⛥ 𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃 ⛥
shifting method
Hi guys, this is first post from my new series ~ shifting methods. I will be posting least known methods for shifting.
This method requires A LOT OF VISUALIZATION. But don't worry i'll post these without visualization too.
Of course remember to not give up on method if it won't work for the first time!
I don't know if anybody talked about this method before but if they did, i don't know. Nightmare Method is made up by my friend who told me about it but i changed it a little bit.
Are you brave enough to try this method?...
1. As always lay/sit down in comfortable position and close your eyes.
optional step: you can take a few deep breaths and count from 1-10 just to prepare yourself
2. Start to visualize that you are in the forest. Forest can look whatever you want it to look like. Let your imagination do work!
3. Imagine that you are standing in front of bridge. You can get inspired by picture above!
4. Then imagine that someone is calling your name (from dr). Turn around and see a character from HORROR MOVIE. It can be Art The Clown, Jeepers Creepers, Pennywise, Freddy Krueger. Whoever!
5. FEEL emotions. Feel sudden danger and see that this character is slowly moving towards you. But he/she hasn't good intentions...
6. Turn around and run. Imagine how you are catching breath and how your heart is beating fast. You hear this character running behind you.
7. Whilst you are running start to affirm: i am safe now, this is just a nightmare and i'll wake up, this is not real. ~ you can "run" as long as you want and affirm. When you'll feel ready, go to the next step.
8. Get off the bridge and see big sign far away from you, with words : JUMP AND WAKE UP FROM YOUR DREAM!
9. Run towards it and jump into big black hole behind sign. While falling you can still affirm and feel relieved that now you are safe and you wake up in your dr.
10. You can fall asleep or you can repeat whole steps till you shift!
As you may see this method is inspired by alice in wonderland method but a bit changed. Let me know what do you think about Nightmare Method and if you are planning on use it to shift!
